Stomach 39 7/8 in down from 41 7/8
Quads 23 in
The best improvement was my gut went down from the beginning so the exotherm has definitely had an impact. I am very happy with the results so far I am looking very vascular too from my arms.
 
It is hard I've been going with chicken and veggies but need to come up with new ideas. I asked brundel so hopefully he will shoot some ideas my way. I do want to eat a cheat meal but I kind of don't want too lol.

Just something that we do in our house, and our kids are learning, is to sit down on Sunday and lay out our lunches and dinners for the week. We plan 5 days worth, knowing that we will be out and about or having people over on the weekend or just living life :). So we know our meals throughout the week and enjoy eating out and not worrying about everything diet related for a couple days. We don't go insane, but I love my Mexican and cheeseburgers and make no apologies for indulging and loving it. But, this will be a single meal or two and then we crave getting back on track.

I'd be happy to pass along our weeks plan to see what we will be doing this week.

This sounds cool like something I would like to do with my kids. That's sounds good sure.
 
I agree...you are seeing great results at 2 pumps...you can increase later or just spread it out as long as possible. I have been in the fence about going to 4 pumps...so I just went to 4 yesterday because I experiment...but I have a feeling it won't be that much more effective than 3 pumps and I may just be wasting a pump...and I will probably fall back to 3 or even 2....based on your results.

I wanted to go tkod 3 but since I am seeing results on 2 I am just going to stick with 2.
 
Ok 8/10/15 I did lower body. I got 325 for 1 rep on deadlift for my last set and 245 for 8 on my last set of squats. So that was an improvement for me from last week. I also started carb cycling and sticking to it. It was no carbs for today.
 
Today I did shoulders and I improved on my Arnold press I got 35 for 10 on my last set I have been going heavy the last set my first sets are light for 12 -14 rep range. I have been seeing improved definition on my arms, chest, and stomach area and when I have been working out I sweat profusely. I have seen a difference on the mirror so I'm happy with results so far. Also today is just protein and fats tomorrow I will carb up.

I completed all this with 35 sec rest in between and in some I didn't even rest. I had so much energy. Also I felt like I was in a sauna suit no joke the sweating is so intense I have been taking a towel lately to dry my head face and arms at least. The heat from exotherm is real too I feel it while doing my workout and when I rest in between. Exotherm has been
Awesome and I can see a change in the mirror too.
 
Dude, those are some great workouts. You are a strong mother. At the beginning of this log, it seemed like we were very similar - height, measurements, weight. You are definitely stronger and carrying more muscle than me. Keep up the great work!

I don't know about that I feel like everyone here is stronger than me lol.

It is all relative...I am sure plenty on here are stronger, even more say they are stronger, and many are not as strong. You could easily bench 300 for 1RM I bet and that is good...especially if you get to the 170-180 range. Is it amazing? No. You are probably one of the stringer people in most rooms you walk into in the general public though.

8 can do 8 pull ups all out to failure ...you do that for 4 sets after rows, etc.

Well if I look at it that way then j guess I am somewhat strong. well those pull ups are hard for me to complete I almost didnt want to do my last 2 reps but I pushed through. Thanks I know I might lose some strength on this cut but if I keep most of it that will be awesome.
 
How are the stats coming? Have you lost any weight? Not trying to call you out, just very curious!
 
Yes sir down to 186.5 which is great considering I am taking in 2300 calories. Well let me clarify sometimes I don't get them in though so maybe that's why I'm losing weight fast too

Wow, that's pretty good - 8 pounds in about 3 weeks. 2-3 pounds/week is good weight loss. You seem to be feeling good and keeping strength too, so that's pretty sweet. Keep it up!

Yes sir it's crazy that I'm losing weight but still gaining strength exotherm is for real!

Today I was just protein and fats day and was still able to pull this weight I had a crazy pump and focus to finish my workout also the heat from exotherm can be felt and I was sweating like a pig. Even after the gym I sweat, just walking at work I sweat more than usual. I am ok with sweating so I am not complaining.
I hit a pr for deads and I am on a cut.
 
Ok today Friday morning weight is 186.5 with clothes on and after I ate a 3 egg omelet w/ mushrooms and brocolli. I applied exotherm on inner thighs today. The heat that you feel from this td is great when I am working out I am constantly sweating my shirts end up soaked. OK hears today's workout biceps and triceps.

I had so much energy today it was just like I didn't want to leave the gym I was so focused. I was sweating profusely I also have been taking a towel with me to pat dry myself. I'm very very happy with the weight loss considering I am on a cut, and my strength is still increasesing on all my lifts.

Also I woke up today feeling pretty lean today. From the looks of it all I need to lose is my gut but I have leaned out pretty good from chest and upper stomach area.
 
Update I just ran a bit ago. I was only able to run 1.25 miles because I have to run some errands. But overall the sweating and heat was felt more on the areas exotherm was applied. I want to mention the focus that I get with this is incredible. I like it a lot.
 
Today was an off day I still allied exotherm in morning and tonight. Today I washed my car and did stuff around the house and was constantly sweating even inside the house. I feel way leaner than the first day I started exotherm. Will have an update on measurements this friday
 
Monday today leg day I am still using 2 pumps. But will bump it to 3 tomorrow. I applied exotherm. To inner thigh this time. I want to mention people have been commenting that I look leaner but not skinny. So this is really good and motivating. I will post my measurements for this past friday. OK here was today's workout and as always exotherm did it's job I felt the heat and was sweating a lot. I have been taking a towel to the gym these past weeks. OK here it is.

I had to shorten my gym time so I did not get to do more volume like I wanted. I also want to note something very important people are telling me man you look like you have so much energy. I see that as probably the exotherm working. I have also been sleeping like a baby and been waking up fresh and ready to go.
