Okay let's get started on this mornings abuse. I did very similar workout to Tuesdays but some different exercises and a few more of them.
Here is a pic from the log book. On my rest I counted a strict 15 seconds between sets this time. That is starting the next set when I said 15. Not setting up for it.

The only thing I edited here were the smith machine Ultra wide upright rows. I had how much was on each side on here instead of total weight so I added it up Also when I say ultra wide I mean that at the top of the movement my elbows were at a 90 angle triceps parallel to the floor and forearms at a 90 angle straight down towards the floor. This put all of the weight on my traps and medial delts. All HS is weight per side of course. The Barbell hack squats were both amazing contractions for the squats and ridiculously hard. Once again keeping to the 15 second rest periods I was soaked in sweat when this was all said and done.

I have contemplated taking Nandrolone for my joints, but was more curious about the dosing, so looks like I might need to contact Jeff and see what his thoughts are, if he is only taking 100mg/wk, I'm hearing different from a someone else, so I definitely value his opinion!

I take 150 to 200mg weekly of Nandrolone to keep the joints nice and buttered up and lubed. I've been doing this protocol for almost a full year now and my joints have NEVER felt better. Hel, I had more pain than this when I was in my 20's pumping the iron.

And Test dosage is 300mg weekly on top of the 150mg of Nandrolone.
This is my cruise dosages.

But I blast.......BIG TIME!!!
So a little bit higher but you see I am paying attention!

Yah my main reason for doing this way is that I need a doctor to monitor the health aspect if I am going to start doing this. First step will be to optimize health. Second will be to attempt to attain cyborg status...while staying reasonably healthy...

If my levels are high then I don't need it.

Besides, I honestly do not want to use it for any other purpose than something to lubricate my joints, just the same way I'm on TRT, I would like to find a dose I can take as maintenance level to keep the joints just right, but way low enough to not have any negative/detrimental affects on my body!

Okay it has been a busy weekend but lets get this done before a chaotic week start at work and I miss the chance.

My workout from Saturday was another full body DC style work out and I made improvements just about everywhere if not everywhere.

Weights on the HS or Hammer Strength are per side. Warm up sets are 8 reps unless otherwise posted.

HS Incline Chest Press 45, 125, 135x16, rp 4, rp 1 =21 - (2 reps increase on initial set and 1 rep overall increase)

HS Rows - 45, 80, 110x14, rp 6, rp 4 =24 (Up 5 lbs and 1 rep on first set, 1 on last for total rep increase of 2)

HS MPS Shoulder Press - 90, 120x16, rp 5, rp 1 =21 reps (up 10 lbs)

LF Arm Curl (preacher machine) - 95, 130x16, rp 5, rp 2 =23 reps (warm up was 15 lbs heavier, work set up 5 lbs, only one rep lost)

Skull Crushers - 65, 100x14, rp 5, rp 2 = 21 reps ( up 2 reps on initial set and 1 rep total)

Leg Extension - 90x15, 130x12, 170x15, rp 6, rp 4 = 25 reps ( first time done, will go up next time) Trying to pre-exhaust quds for more activation during pressing and squating movements. I am typically a posterior chain squatter and presser IE Hams Glutes and Adductors do more work than quads.

Squats - 135x10, 275x10, 315x12, WM 245x20 (315 is 40 lbs higher on squats than I have been since I hurt my hip! Doing 12 reps here was awesome and I had a little in the tank but decided to play it safe rather than risk form going for one or two more.)

I am obviously feeling great and strength gains are still coming along. I think this week I am splitting things up to a regular DC split to save both time and energy.

Libido seems good and everything seems great. Of course this could all be free test improving but I am making some gains here in strength regardless. I ordered a home testosterone testing kit to do the swabs and hopefully will have it here by the time this log is over. I have been reading that the results take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to get back but I will make sure to post them up as soon as I get them. From what I can tell I have about a week left on this run. I have not decided what I will do next. I know it will not include an AI of any sort. I keep hearing about anti-androgen this and that and want to see what happens without one. If anything I may use STOKED during that time as I know it does not have any anti-androgenic effects. Even if there are some with the AI's that have been in use during this run I feel great so I am not complaining.

Okay sorry for not updating this. I have been trying to keep up with some of my buddies and friends logs because I had been neglecting them. Since I only have a short time online I had to cut back somewhere so I am 2 days behind.

Here is my workout from Tuesday 11-8-11 this was a DC Style Upper body lift.

Flat Bench - 135, 205, 235x12, rp 3, rp 2 No increase but admittedly my body was not recovered from the last workout so I am not surprised.
Chins - 65, BWx10, BW+25x9, rp 5, rp 3 no increase
Military Press - 95, 135, 150x9, rp 4, rp fail on this one I added in the extra warm up set with 10x135 and it just took some of my steam.
Wide Grip Cable Row - 105x8, 165x9, 180x12, 180x8
Triceps Push up with Feet Elevated on bench in sauna - 20 rp 20 rp 9

All in all not overly excited with the workout but was taking shorter rest periods and was not fully recovered either.
My elbow let me know that it was not exactly excited with this workout either. I am going to go back to the giant set routine I was doing Tuesdays and Thurdays then one DC Style workout on the weekend.
I did not get up for the gym this morning. My alarm's off button is directly behind my snooze button on the alarm clock and I hit the off button on accident when trying to snooze. So I will go out in the garage tonight and do a little bit of lifting. Not sure what exactly but it will probably be something along the lines of high rep trap bar deads, rows or pull downs and DB Bench or push ups done in a rotation of the three with no or minimal rest for 3-5 rotations.
I got my home testosterone test kit in yesterday and I have one more day of HCGenerate left so I will take the test tomorrow morning and send it off to the lab for analysis. I should get the results in 10 business days after that according to the kit so I will put that info in here as soon as I get it.
I have lost some weight recently from cleaning up my diet. I am down to 201 lbs as of yesterday morning. I don't really see much difference in my abs but the thickness of my abdomen is going down and my chest is looking tighter, fuller and higher.

Exercise 1: Super-Set Incline Hammer Press with Incline Cable Flys
Set 1 - 1 plate on each side Hammer for 25 reps, immediately followed by 20 reps incline flys 20Lbs on each side
Set 2 - 1 plate & a quarter on each side Hammer for 20 reps, immediately followed by 15 reps incline flys 20Lbs on each side
Set 3 - 1 plate & a quarter on each side Hammer for 17 reps, immediately followed by 15 reps incline flys 20Lbs on each side
Set 4 - 1 plate & a quarter on each side Hammer for 15 reps, immediately followed by 15 reps incline flys 20Lbs on each side

Exercise 2: Decline Push-ups Against a bench (body weight) and decline cable flys
Set 1 - 25 Decline Push-ups, immediately followed by 20 reps of decline cable flys 30Lbs on each side
Set 2 - 20 Decline Push-ups, immediately followed by 17 reps of decline cable flys 30Lbs on each side
Set 3 - 18 Decline Push-ups, immediately followed by 15 reps of decline cable flys 30Lbs on each side

* I was huffing and puffing, but I did it, and I did it in 35 minutes and my chest was burning and pumped like nobody's business, good workout, sometimes it works to my advantage to be in a rush, makes me push myself harder and faster than normal, which is a change, and change = shocking the muscles = GOOD!!!

Haha I hardly think my workout one upped yours. You had a beast of a workout too.

I don't think I mentioned it in here but my plan is to take a bit of time off of logging. I have had some other things going on and am trying to do more keeping up with my friends right now so I am gonna break from it for about a month or so. I will be on and supporting everyone in their logs, just not running anything I feel obligated to update on a regular basis. I will pop in an out of my Unwrap Your Abs for Christmas thread with updates and a workout here and there when I really get a good one but for the most part just gonna be following along on others for now. I didn't take my testosterone this morning I had a few things to do and apparently filing this thing up with my saliva can take a good 15 minutes or so and I didn't have time to get into that. I will tomorrow for sure.

I am also supposed to go to MetroFlex tomorrow and workout with Matt (Oufinny) pretty excited about that. I am going to need to bring my big boy pants with some of the numbers he has been putting up recently. :) That and some Skelly Balm for after the madness!!! I am sure we will push each other hard just by feeding off one another.
 
I understand the break from logging. I had to do that myself for a couple months before I started my current one. Sometimes it is really needed, and then when you go back to it the quality of the log seems to be better (at least in my case)

Workout with Fin and some impressions from this this run.

Okay guys I wanted to give some impressions from this run. I don't know what my numbers are right now but I can give some impressions.

This stack has been very effective in making me feel like I my testosterone is coming back. I have aggression both positive and negative. Increase in appetite, increase in libido even moreso as of late. My testicles are fuller, firmer and larger than at the onset of this run. All signs point to an increase in production. I did my test yesterday morning and it is in my freezer to be sent off on Monday. So I think we can expect something around the first of December to validate these feelings.

A few things I am going to be looking into next. I will cut back on my use of AI products for a while and see if this increases my DHT levels. DHT is produced as part of the aromatization process, some is made to estrogen and some is made to DHT but I believe it is the same aromatase enzyme that is responsible. Hence all of the comments you may see floating around that some AI's are anti-androgens. I did notice as my AI use was gradually lowered I began to see more of the libido and aggression returning this could have been coincidental timing as I don't know that the ones I was using are Anti-Androgen but I intend to make myself a wealth of knowledge on the subject.

Of course I like "Ride The Lightining"!!

Okay so now for the workout with Matt (Oufinny)

We had a great workout and got lots of good work in we used the same weights on most every thing just different reps.

Incline BB Bench - 145x10, 205x10, 235x10 rp 3 rp 2 - I was pretty impressed with this since I hadn't done a BB Incline Bench for a good bit.

HS Wide Nuetral Grip Row - 2p x10, 3p x8, 3p+25 x 12 rp 10 rp 6 - I love this machine. I wish my normal gym had it.

Standing Arnold Press - 35x12, 50x10, 65x13 rp 3 rp 2

EZ Bar Curls - 120x8 > 65x10 - Just 1 drop Set here nice hard work and pump to finish the job.

Dips with two 25 lb chains x 24 > BW x5 - Another nice drop set man I really wanted 25 with those chains!!!

GHR - 8, 5, I was trying to figure out the sweet spot for me but these are hard no joke. I have an old injury on my left quad and this was pushing pretty hard on it by the 3rd set so I decided I was gonna move over to Romanian Dead lifts with fat bar and 145 x20

Leg Press (per side) - 3p x10, 5p x12, 7p x 15 Widow Maker 6p x20 - Matt has always told me that the leg press there was pretty intense and it is. The sled platform itself is huge and heavy all by itself and it is probably about 50-55 degrees incline instead of a 45 degree sled. It also has 2 rounded foot plates 1 upper and 1 lower which played with my feet in my wrestling shoes. You have to play with it to get the foot placements. I think I helped him with his form on these so his numbers will no doubt climb.

Over all the workout was a blast, we pushed each other and had a great one. I was really impressed with his strength and he looks a lot bigger in person than his pictures. This obviously isn't the first time we have met but the difference from his last run is actually quite impressive in person. He walked around the corner at his apartment and I was like DAYUM you look different.

From my understanding certain ones do not and I am not sure why which is one of the reasons I need to look into it. I beleive I read that someone thought Formestane was afe in that regard.
