KLEEN & QUEEN Get Lean with PX Black and a FINAFLEX PH Stack!

Doing awesome so far brother! Can't wait to see the end results

Legs and back. Very noticeable progress. Everything else is coming along nicely, but those are the most obvious areas that I notice. Nice work Chris.

Yep them wheels lean out quick! Looking good brother!
Yeah they really never lose the separation even when I am a chunk.

Definitely got a smaller waist now too. All in all you've shed some good amount of fat
Thanks, I am finally seeing evident progress that makes me feel things are working well.

Me either, hoping to look pretty lean by 200 lbs.

My legs are the last to come in...so it seems.
Yeah that seems to be the case for most people.

Thanks Brotha! My arms have really leaned up a lot too but it is hard to tell in these pictures. I have the spider veins across the inside of my biceps and a little on my triceps, forearms have ropes in them.

Dang look at those quads! And no need to comment on the calves; they speak for themselves. But it's really all coming together Kleen. How many weeks do you have left? I recall you planning for 12 now right?

This is my 6th week I have 6 weeks left after this but I am increasing my 1-Alpha to 6 a day for a week while finishing off my 550XD then I will go up to 8 1-Alpha a day to finish it all out. I decide to start my 6 1-Alpha today so I added a mid day dose of 2 caps which I just took a moment ago.

6/day right now as well on 1-Alpha, but over 2 doses along with Methylsten. 6 tabs of 4AD over 3 doses and 3 tabs e/d of DecaSARM with those for 3 total dosing periods per day. No sides at 6/day, just gettin pricier ;)

Nice! You are starting to look like a beast too. I think 6 a day will be nice but I am really excited to see what 8 a day does for me.

What site do you use to count up all your meals again?

I use Invalid Link Removed to do mine.

Okay so yesterdays nutrition was pretty much spot on.

I don't have my log here with me from my training yesterday. Here is a short summary of the work and weight ranges. I don't have time to try to completely recreate the workout. Tonight is legs!

Basically the workout was like this

Superset 1 3x15 45 second rest
Face Pulls 70lbs
Side Laterals 30lbs

6 Ways 3xAMAP 45 seconds rest w/ 10 lbs

Superset 2 3x8-12 60 seconds
Arnold Press 50lbs
Front Raise - 30 lbs

Superset 4x8-12 60 seconds
Close Grip Bench 135-215 lbs
Curls - 75-105 lbs

Superset 4 4x8-12 60 seconds
DB Over head Extension - 70-100lbs
DB Curl - 30-40lbs

I am all about the supersets on isolation at the moment. You know the muscle saturation thing. Fast and furious and get the fug out :)

that vanilla flavored carbmaster milk is fantastic!!!!

i mixed up a scoop of gaspari intrapro strawberries and cream in 8 oz of vanilla carbmaster and it tastes just like a milkshake.

another good thing i found is anutra grain, i sprinkle this on carbmaster yogurt and it fills me up for hours. can't believe how well it curbs my appetite!!!

Effin A Kleen. I'm getting jealous of your progress. I'm gonna have to step it up over here and get my lean on

oooo sexy on the boldened :hump:

oh, and looking good in the pics as well bro
:hump:
Thanks and yeah I am pretty excited to see how that goes. I think my calories may cycle back up next week then start working down again so the extra oomph will be well timed!

Myfitnesspal is simple enough even I can use it ;)
Now that is saying something! ;)
Fat secret is better than a butter stick enema!
Uhm... WHAT?
Psht. You don't even know
Oh yes he does...
I'll cut you
Sorry for exposing the secret.
Why the violence?
No doubt!
Nobody should use Fat Secret.......NOBODY!
Agreed!
Fat secret is a whore and a liar
FAT Secret sounds like the name for a girdle.

Got a big belly? Don't want anyone to know? Try Fat Secret, squeeze in lace it up and no one will know your FAT SECRET!

Thanks for recommending it to me. It is definitely good. Tastes like egg nog without the egg. I am kind of alternating between that and my Almond Milk. Wil have to look at the anutra grain.

Thanks Brother. I really was starting to get frustrated but then the changes started happening quickly. Everything kicked in at once the nutrition, the FINAFLEX PH's and the new program are all making big changes.

I'm not playing with you anymore! Taking my ball and going home lol.

I was just kidding too. And yes I'll take a red balloon with an orange slushee

I know, and an orange slushee sounds fire. But I hate the orange lips, like you ran an escort service for oompa loompas or something...

Wait a minute a slushy is not a cookie? Now here is a question is a slushie an icee?

Icee is name brand! I'm a cheap date what can I say

Isn't a slushie more of the syrup over shaved ice instead of some kept in motion frozen syrup cocktail?

Okay so here is my eats for yesterday then this mornings lift.

This was my lift from this morning.
4 supersets 12-15 reps 45 seconds rest between supersets.

SS#1
Standing Incline Cable Flies on Free Motion machine- 25x15, 30x15, 32.5x15, 35x9
- the incline bench was in use so I just stood and positioned myself to where the angles were the same as an incline fly. This Free Motion machine feels extremely heavy compared to a normal cable cross over station if you wonder why the weight is so low.
Wide Grip Lat Pulldown - 120x15, 135x15, 150x12, 150x9 - could already feel an amazing pump kicking in.

SS#2
FreeMotion Cable Crossover - 35x15, 35x15, 37.5x13, 32.5x13
- Oh wow my chest was not only pumped like crazy but was burning from the hard contraction.
V Bar Cable Row - 120x15, 135x15, 150x14, 135x13 - I was really concentration on a good contraction with a squeeze at the end. My back felt like it was done by this time but it was time to move on.

SS#3 8-12 reps 60 seconds rest
Hammer Strength Incline Press weight per side - 70x12, 80x14, 95x12, 105x11
- my chest was looking massive by this time and i was getting pretty soaked by this time.

Bent over Barbell Row Pronated Grip - 135x15, 185x12, 205x10, 205x8 - Was pretty happy with the numbers here considering my back was already worked pretty hard by the first two exercises.

SS#4 6-12 reps 60 seconds rest
Light DB Incline Bench 2 second negatives- 50x12, 55x12

Dead Stop DB Rows - 50x12, 50x12 - I had to stop here I was running out of time. TYpically there should be 2 more sets here. Although I think the first 2 SS I was actually only supposed to do 3 sets not 4. I can tell you from the pump and the sweat on the floor where i was working I had done plenty work.

Kleen, I'm noticing a decided lack of orange slushee in your nutrition log... wth

And those are great bb rows for so late in the routine - that's what mine are getting to fresh at the beginning haha. But what's the reasoning behind all the pre-exhaustion? Quite a few builders at my gym seem to employ that gameplan (they're already pretty big like you tho) and I'm kind of in the dark. What's so wrong with letting the assisting muscles help run the show upfront with the barbell lifts? I mean isolations after should still cook the target muscle group, amirite?

What's so wrong with letting the assisting muscles help run the show upfront with the barbell lifts? I mean isolations after should still cook the target muscle group, amirite?

Well pre-exhaustion brings a whole new type of stimulus to the muscle toasting it with such complete ROM before adding in the assistance of secondary movers. Just another form to break down. However in this case I asked him to make me a program with pre-exhaustion principles so that I could actually lift lighter weight on my compounds to help my elbows recover a bit while still hitting the target muscle as hard if not harder than if I did mostly compound. In my experience pre-exhausting the muscle allows for a stronger contraction in the isolation exercises, then when I get to my compounds my main mover is fatigued to the point that it fails at the same time as the secondary muscles instead of the secondary muscles being the point of failure. Think of it like this. When you are benching and miss a lift 9 out of 10 times if you miss the lift it is in the lock out portion where the triceps are not able to push it up to lock it out. So even though the pecs could move the bar some more the triceps can't so the set is over and the chest is not completely smoked. With this your chest is already worn out then you do the compound moves and the chest and triceps both get toasted and at the same time not the triceps first. Sure you can do it the other way around and move to isolations once the triceps are toasty but this allows you to approach failure with a lighter weight. In my case causing much less stress on my chronic tendonitis in my elbow. Most big guys who can move a lot of weight use them for the same reason to limit how much they have to lift to grow. It is a bodybuilding thing more than a weight lifting or powerlifting principle because maximum weight is not the goal with Pre-exhaust sets, growth and direct muscle stimulation are.

I like the sound of that

Pre exhausting is awesome in some areas. I've seen more shoulder and quad development in a few months than I had in multiple years combined. It doesn't work for everything IME but its helped 2 of my lagging body parts big time.

Sizzurp to get your swag on and ice to fight the 110 degree heat....Yeah were gangster

I'm sippin on some Sizzurp! Sip-Sippin on some Sizzurp!

Slushies or Icees are always better wit dat sizzurp! No codeine no fun...

Here are my eats from yesterday. Numbers look good even though I got in some extra protein, I will take it.

Okay, I am excited I have a free day tomorrow and this concert is why.

Buzzfest XXX Saturday, April 20, 2013
Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion
Main Stage:
A Silent Film
Beware of Darkness
Sick Puppies
Papa Roach
Stone Sour
Bush
Shinedown

Side Stage:
Virginmary's
IAMDYNAMITE
Youngblood Hawke
Oleander
The Dirty Heads
Hollywood Undead
P.O.D..

I will be there all day having some drinks and food that is definitely not on my diet. Unfortunately the concession stands don't cater to dieters...
Will be me the wife, our 2 boys and Jeff kicking it. Nice thing is the boys can drive home if Jo and I do drink too much. Not the plan but not entirely out of the question either.

I decided to move my leg day to today and to only do a light one so I am not sore standing on the hill. The concert is at an outside amphitheater and we have lawn seats. So tonight I will do some sets of tempo squats and call it a day. Tomorrow I will do my Arms and Shoulders before I head out to the concert. Very excited about it. On another note, I feel I am making good progress this week and am very happy with that.

So jealous.......I saw Shine Down on the side stage many years ago.....they sound awesome live.

you mean they still have bands today, i thought they stopped making music after 79!!!
