The payoff will be worth the challenge. Lots of potential lies just beneath your off-season indiscretions. You're gonna be a monster, and from what I've seen from @Invalid Link Removed you'll be VERY competitive.
Yeah things are really picking up right now.
It just got serious!!! Ready to follow and learn.
yeah buddy!!!!
Oh yeah time to kill it.
If you go back to the beginning of the log pics & these, holy cow!
Thanks, I haven't compared the two but I should.
Kleen has the diet thing down to a science. It's unreal how fast he can go from having a good layer of bulking flab to omfg abs. Because of his wealth of dietary knowledge, He's one of the guys I've followed and learned a ton from since I started on AM.
Thanks Man, right now I am following MattyS4's lead with BOSS BODY, it is really nice to have someone else planning things from the outside in. I know a lot but I am learning some new things right now too which is awesome.
yup yup, bigtime shape taking place
it was only a matter of time
Thanks Snags! Means a lot coming from you and our history.
Definitely progress made brosef. Back looks incredible as usual! Kill this bro!
Guess I spoke to soon this is just 6 days after the post I quoted? **** bro! Killing it!
Thanks Jeff! I am doing my best to rock this while he tosses some very challenging work on me.
So sort of a pre-prep....
Yes Sir, you could say that. One thing is a mentality change into that mode as you know and I am officially there. The other is everything he is doing now is geared toward my final product on stage. He has a plan for each section approaching the show right now we are trying to recomp while speeding up metabolism using more activity to burn off the calories instead of just eat less. We will probably do this show then diet out of it into a lean bulk before getting me ready for an early show next year too.
Well guys sorry I have been incommunicado, I just had an extra busy few days the last few days. I am not working late now but the days are crazy busy and it seems like some year end stuff is going on every darn night. What I have been able to do though is kill it on the workout front.
Thursday -
It was a leg day I was at home with my sick daughter poor thing so I worked out in the garage. It was a hamstring and glute intensive day so I did the Dead Lift version of the leg workout. It was about 85 degrees in the garage and let me tell you that really took it out of me and got me a crazy sweat but I soldiered through all 17 sets of Dead Lifts.
Deadlifts 90 seconds rest = 135x8, 225x8, 275x8, 325x5, 375x5, 395x3, 395x3,
60 seconds rest = 275x5 x 5 sets,
SUMO DEAD LIFT 225x10 x5 sets and ran out of time for the rest of the stuff but honestly
I was toast by this time. Covered in sweat and loving every minute of it.
Friday Chest and Back
Super set 1 90 seconds rest after each super set

Wide Grip Lat Pull Down 150x10, 150x10, 170x10, 170x10, 190x10, 190x10, 190x10, 190x10, 190x10, 190x10 - Barely got last set of 10.

I was looking massive after this workout. Just huge!
On to today's workout,
I want to start off saying my lower back and hammies are toast from Thursday. I was afraid going in I might not even be be to get much done. I did better than I thought I would for as sore as I am. This volume is so much higher and I didn't even finish everything today. My back was just done on the squats by the time I hit my last set of 3. So I moved on to the leg press instead of doing another 5 sets of 10 knowing my back was toast. Anyway here is what I did with a slight modification.
Squats 135x8, 225x8, 315x5, 365x5, 3x385, 2x395 - Back was done here so I wasn't risking an injury continuing to squat.
Leg Press Feet Low and Close to accentuate quads - 540x10 for 10 sets w/ 60 seconds rest periods Was very hard at the end but will go up next time.
Alternate exercises no rest for 7 rotations.
Leg Extension 150x12, 130x12, 130x12, 130x12, 130x12, 130x11, 130x9
Seated Leg Curls 70x12, 70x12, 70x12, 70x12, 70x12, 70x11, 70x8,
Donkey Calve Raise Machine = 300x15 x 3 sets
Okay now that I got those workouts in I have to say I am loving what is going on right now. Coach said we were going to bump up cals a bit and I am filling out nicely but am still leaning out. I really think he is dialing in on me an my nutritional needs which is great. I am curious what I will weigh Monday morning, I can tell you I am leaner and vascularity improves daily. My lower legs look like a road map so do my forearms, front and back. I have a few veins showing in my quads. The fat under my chest is getting less and less. Things are just going really well.
