KLEEN & QUEEN Get Lean with PX Black and a FINAFLEX PH Stack!

Yes Steve's ADD/OCD combo make him extremely functional. He obsesses over things to the point he can be consistent even his brain is all over the place everything needs to be exactly as it should. On the same hand he is just ADD enough to get distracted from his compulsions and not end up in a repetitive circle.
 
My wife was OCD about the house being clean......then we got married and her OCD magically went away :)
 
i think i read an article a few years ago that stated that around 85% of americans suffer from a mental illness of one kind or another, actually as i drive back and forth to work every day i think it must be even higher...seriously, watch people driving-almost everyone is distracted in some way. you hardly ever see anyone focused on driving!!!
 
BCAA SAA is good, I have really been enjoying the extra reps I get out of it in deeper sets. That was one of the first things I noticed with it.

I wanted to give some feedback in here about PX Black, I feel it needs some attention in this log since it is a major part of what is going on with me right now. I will use the same form we have everyone else using for it just so my thoughts are organized and clear.

Please rate on a scale of 1-5: 1=Strongly Disagree; 2 = Disagree; 3 = Neutral; 4 = Agree; 5 = Strongly Agree
1) This product was a great source of clean energy... (1-5)
I give this a rating of 5, the first time I took it I might have given it a 4, but over the course of the week it seemed like I got more and more energy from it, and not as much was required for the same boost in energy.

2) This product affected my mood in a positive manner... (1-5) -
I give this a 4.5, I am a relatively happy guy most of the time anyway so I would need a huge increase in positivity to the point of euphoria to give this a 5. However we shall see as life tosses things at me how much of a difference it is really making.

3) This product helped control my cravings/appetite... (1-5) -
Okay my rating for this product may be a little different than some. To me PX Black gets a 6 on a scale of 1-5. It makes food an after thought. I find myself reminding myself that it is time to eat, and the best part is whenever I eat, I can not only shove the food down but I can enjoy eating my food. No change in taste or over stimmed stomach trying to constrict and make swallowing the food hard. Just plain old no cravings, but no aversion to eating either. Just the way a diet pill should be, especially for those trying to retain mass while leaning up.

4) This product enhanced my mental focus... (1-5)
I give this a 4 in this area, I agree I do seem a little more focused but I also have ADHD so it can only do so much for me. ;)

5) This product gave me the jitters... (1-5)
1 here without a doubt. I have not even had a hint of the jitters. The second time I took 2 caps I did get a strong rush of energy for a little bit. Strong enough to say I was having a WHOOSH of energy, but even then there was no signs of jitters or trembling.

6) This product helped me lose weight? (1-5)
I will give this a 4 for right now. So far I feel that this product is definitely helping me with the fat. Ample, appetite suppression and faster metabolism just make the fat come off however I need more time to truly assess how much it is helping, and how much was cutting carbs way down.

7) I really enjoyed this product and would recommend it to friends and family... (1-5)
Hands down for this one it is a 5, I love this stuff and can't wait to see how well it works continuing on into the 8 weeks of planned use.

Just catching up. Great feedback and I like the details. If this keeps up I am going to definitely going to have to check PX out here soon.
 
Agreed on all counts, man I am ready to get to the gym here shortly. I haven't been this week and am Jones'ing for some action. Today will be a full body workout thinking I may go with a 15, 10, 6 reps scheme for each exercise.
 
Okay here is todays workout I would say it went pretty well. I went to the other gym that has my favorite chest machine the Hammer Strength Horizontal Chest Press. I just love that bad boy so that is where I started.

Hammer Strength Horizontal Chest Press - 90x15, 135x10, 160x4.5 - Man the contraction from this one is perfection it is hands down my favorite chest machine.

Chin Ups 213lb x15, x7,
Assisted Wide Grip Pull Ups 213-50x10 - Was pretty happy with hitting 15 pull ups at this body weight. That pretty much spent me though.

Nautilas Nitro Plus Overhead Press Neutral Grip - 200x15, 230x9.5,
Lateral Raise Machine 87.5x17 talk about a delt pump my whole upper body was pumped at this point.

Hammer Strength Preacher Curl 45x15, 70x8
Pinwheel Curls - 45x6 - Talk about a pumped biceps!

Nautilas Nitro Plus OH Tricep Ext - 95x15, 125x10, 140x3 Just wanted to push hard on that last set.

CYBEX Squat Press Sled - 450x15, 720x10, 900x9 Kept feet close together and low on platform to really hit quads.

Yeah, I was sick last week then going into this week extremely worn out and dehydrated from the weekend and lungs were still a bit messy so I just decided to recover this week. I was itching to go to the gym by yesterday. All will be back on level this coming week.

I will check out the Max Pump tomorrow on my arm & Shoulder specific day. Not sure if I am going to do a GVT or FST-Style lift... both will definitely expose the pump. I am going to start my MAX PUMP tonight to see if having it in my system already makes for a bad ass pump.

Yeah I am pretty excited.

For some reason I never really get sick much, I got the bronchitis but that is an infection thing that I am prone to. I don't seem to catch the viruses people at work get. I do use echinacea when I feel something might be trying to get me though.
Yeah this is bronchitis, it is pretty much all I catch, I basically kicked it last week but being outside all weekend in the chill and not getting any rest plus drinking my lungs started tightening back up. Figured rest was more important.

Battled and feeling better today. My entire body is sore from Saturday which is pretty surprising. Tuesday is my first schedued lift of the week. I entertained the thought of doing arms today but since everything is nice and sore I will just do them as scheduled starting either this Sunday, or Monday. My extra Arm Specific day is actually an extra day of lifting that I will be doing most weeks as long as recovery is at a point I can hit them without any issue. Today, not happening, I am surprisingly sore in my triceps and biceps. No need to obliterate them.

Tomorrow is a leg day. I am sure Max Pump is going to do it's thing, not sure how much you will be able to tell but I may try to snap a few shots of the calves or something since they are lean enough to notice increased vascularity and what not.

Will look a bit like this.

Squats x5, Leg Curls FST-7
Leg Press x5, Leg Extenstion FST-7
Calve Raise Machine FST-7


Back on to counting everything this week. Had my lil downtime there where I knew I was going to be winging it a bit. Now it is time for my more reserved eating again. Macros will be very similar to what they were before with some added carbs around training only and perhaps a small refeed or 2 a week.

I am going to same my Crea-trona for PCT and bridge. I will use some for pump around contest time though. Max Pump in an ignite crea-trona sauce while still on Epi-v and osta... :) can you say circus freak boys and girls ...

You are really missing out on some extra growth by not supplementing creatine while being on anabolics. Creatine does not need to be cycled and increases the intramuscular levels of IGF-1, higher IGF-1 while on anabolics means one thing... More muscle! Only using creatine in PCT is just a head game to help make you feel like you are not losing a step in PCT. All it really does is keep you from gaining the extra step during the cycle. I will definitely be giving my body ample amounts of Crea Trona to get as much growth as possible out of the run. THen keep up with it during my off times to keep as much as possible. No need to cycle it. Especially Crea-Trona it being buffered makes it for easier on the system.

MAX PUMP - From Guns to Cannons

Okay that should give you an idea of how my initial workout went with MAX PUMP. Well let me tell you that this stuff is as legit as it comes for my first time out. Now I did take 4caps of it last night to get it started in my system, but tonight I took it about 30 minutes prior to my workout with 2 Scoops BCAA SAA. Before I went out to lift I took an arm measurement flexed cold before getting a pump. Man I wish I could have got my web cam to record or take a shot but I was missing the software on my rebuilt pc. Anyway I digress, both of my arms were 17.25 inches cold.

I went outside and did 10 Super Sets of
Drag Curls 75x10 for 10 for 10 sets
JM PRESS 135x10 for 10 sets

Came back inside checked the tape and for the first time ever...

I broke the 18 inch mark at 18.25!!!!!!!
So for now lets just say I am giving this bad boy a 5 on pump! I need to have a look into what the rest of the criteria was but right now an inch difference in an arm pump is pretty ridiculous. Even checking pumped before I have never been over 18 this was pretty friggin awesome!

Yeah I had to choose to either get my CHL or cut the sleeves off my shirts so they were not concealed. I went with the sleeves. You should see me in my work polo's now. ;)

been a fan of nitrates for a long time now...i went nuts over the old aps creatine nitrate-if this is in the same league as creatine nitrate was then it is kickass!!!

og aps mesomorph/creatine nitrate was best non-ph results i ever had....actually it was very close to being ph results!!!
 
Yeah I loved Mesomorph, I would say pump wise this is right up there with it maybe even better. I puffed up by the 2nd set and just kept swelling tighter and fuller from there. Obviously this has no stims though.
 
Well here are my eats from yesterday. I intentionally did a little carb back loading last night so I would have plenty fuel for this mornings leg workout but for some reason my damn alarm didn't go off or didn't wake me up one of the two. So now I find myself needing to change up my workouts for the rest of this week to incorporate legs into them. I will more than likely do a full body push session tomorrow and then a full body pull session on Saturday. Basically that means I will work chest, shoulders, triceps and quads tomorrow then do back, biceps, rear delts and hamstrings on Saturday then will either do my arm workout on Sunday or Monday.

Notice even with the small carb back load I only went up to 122g of carbs for the day. If I notice more ability to lift better this way I will do this on my off days. We shall see. Either way carbs will both be watched and manipulated from here on out.
