As you know I am hard on myself but with as small as the fat pockets under my chest are I would say 7ish%, I don't think I was at 7 when i started this as the calipers said because I had a lot of visceral fat. I was actually holding some water at the time I took these from taking some liberties with my diet Saturday, however the 197 weight was from Saturday morning. I was a little smooth you could see in the side shots that the skin was well WET and kind of hanging a little. You know exactly what I am talking about from having some loose skin. It takes creative posing to hide it. Of course I only post up the ones that I hid it pretty well. LOL For those of you who don't know what I am talking about here is a picture that shows some of it, you see the way the skin at the bottom of my stomach pools up and even wrinkles, completely changing the shape of the tattoo (missing about an inch and a half of it in the folds) and has horizontal lines, well that is what happens if I don't lean back a bit when i flex my abs. The loose skin disfigures and well unfortunately when it is loose and wet like now it just kind of hangs over my abs instead of being tight and sinking into the crevices of my abs. No big deal it just means for me to look as lean as others I have to actually be a little leaner and skin had to have had time to tighten up. However dropping 2 inches from my waistline recently it has not started to tighten up from that yet. When I do push ups or bent over anything the loose skin hangs down about an inch off lower my abs as if I were a wax figure being melted.

Well, typicall I will go into a long diatribe about how this PCT has gone for me however at this point I am gonig to keep things a bit short and sweet as think or hope most of you have been following along.

Within a week os starting the PCT Revolution Black and PURE TEST I notice and increase in libido and aggression. Alpha Male feelings climbed rapidly and I noticed an increase in the size of my testicles rather quicly. I was relatively shut down due having been on something for 10 weeks total. So it was surprising to see signs of recovery so soon into the PCT. My joints did dry out a bit from the Arimistane in PCT Rev Black, this product is no joke and is a very strong AI. Within a week of stopping the 1- Andro my weight dropped about 6 lbs however the only measurements that went down worthy of note was my waist. There were some very minor changes in other areas but I also looked leaner. Here we are at 4 weeks out and I am looking good. Leaner, and look to be holding as much muscle at least to me. The tail of the tapes pretty much keeps that all in line. You can refer to the measurements listed a few posts back. Strength has maintained or increased during PCT which is good and I have gotten a little leaner during PCT even though not trying. As I mentioned libido has skyrocketed, I have some extra pimples and most importantly I have that positive and healthy feeling back with lots of motivation, and overall well being is better now. My testicles are much larger and firmer and at risk of embarrassing myself I have even had an few nocturnal emissions due to the increased libido and production. If test isn't up nice and high for natural levels I can't imagine what else could cause that. I will say it is a first in PCT. So I say FUGGIN GOOD JOB with the new revision of PCT Revolution. I feel amazing and fully recovered. Hell Like a teenager with a middle ages mans joints...

Summary - VERY IMPRESSED with this combo for a PCT when reasonably shut down. If you take something that doesn't require a SERM followup then I would definitely recommend the combo to get your test levels back up and maybe beyond what they were precycle. Would also make for a killer natural test boosting stack.

I think this last set of pictures speaks for itself. I am very please considering I did basically no cardio during PCT, held most of my muscle and still came out both leaner AND stronger on the other end.

Yah that's my story, I am much tighter than I was but I still have to be concious of skin. When I carb up though I get even tighter and I have not done pics of me carbed up yet. That's another reason I was so happy iwth my last pics, cuz I know carbed up I would have been tighter and I don't think there was many pics I didn't like, which is a first for me. True I didn't love them all but didn't hate any either.

I made some adjustments in posing that are really making a huge difference, I am able to pull my lower abs in and this tightens the area in the obliques and the striations pop out even in the relaxed pose. This has a realy slimming effect on my waist.

Awesome work Kleen, also very inspirational. Definitely gives me motivation to push further towards my goals. I agree with you're review 100% as I used the same combo after AH/AL. The Finaflex combo was like a second 4wk cycle for me...just kept getting better and better. Looking forward to future logs bro.
 
Kleen, are you still going to have a log going somewhere or are you taking a break from all the logging?

Also remember as good of quality of a product that 1-ANDRO is, it is only as good as its user, not going to work the magic unless you are putting the time and efforts into diet/nutrition and the gym, just like you did! So anyone out there reading the awesome, detailed Log, if you want similar results you better put similar effort into your cycle or you are just wasting your money, the product is not going to do the work for you, only amplify the work you put into it, giving you back more than what you put into it!
