KLEEN - Gets REDEFINE’D & grows to 6% w/ 1-Andro & PCT Revolution Black (Sponsored)

I actually want to give the FINAFLEX G6 a try but I don't think it is out yet.

No... not yet, but it is coming out very soon, there is no way it won't be ready a few weeks before this year's Olympia and for as many samples as they want to take to be ready, it better come out in the next 2 weeks or so or they will be very hard pressed to be finished with that many samples!

This week's Trivia will take place today... Monday, July 25th at 3:00pm Eastern Standard time! Invalid Link Removed

Well this probably sounds a little silly but I have already noticed my testicles becoming larger and firmer. Like I said I don't think I was that shut down and the DAA and REV PCT BLACK are doing their thing already 4 days into PCT. It looks like the volume in them is up and honestly they feel harder / firmer, they were kind of squishy.

Did cardio today and not much to tell. I enjoyed myself a little more this weekend than I should have but I was kind of celebrating the end of the run. That and I may allow cals to climb more on weekends to maintain weight but we will see if that is needed or not. Joints are still dry but I am going to have to get used to that for the remainder of the PCT while keeping Estro relatively low. I did have a good lift on upper body this weekend and my shoulders are no worse for the wear.

Thanks Kleen, much appreciated as always.

Kneel before your MASTER!!!

Kleen... You have been SERVED!

Love it. Good Job Al! Way to get after it. I will get a vid up soon!

I still have a chance to one-up you and so will you, it will be when someone says a certain number is there max... as in can't lift any more, LoL! FYI, I only do heavy legs 1 x per week, so my next attempt will be on Monday!

Yes you do Doc. Man I'm gonna have to find a new gym lol. Do work Brother...no injuries though we want to read your log!

No worries... I'll kneel before I risk injury, I haven't hit my limit yet, but I will say this... the end of the road for me is growing quite near!!!

TG, what's up big guy? Haven't seen you around these parts, hope you are still destroying the iron like we know you always do!

Thunder, Al is the real deal. You should look up his last transformation for Halloween from like 17% to 4.6% in 12 weeks. Was pretty amazing.

Okay, so not sure why but yesterday I did not update my lift. It was a lower body day, since my hip has been aching a little with the low estro I have changed back to squats for my legs instead of leg press for a little while. So I am following up my squats and romanian dead lifts with leg extensions to finish of the quads since squats hit the inner thigh, hams and glutes on me more than quads.

General Warm Up - 5 min elliptical
Squats - 25 body weight to loosen hip more, then 135x15, 225x12, 285x12, 320x12 - up 5 lbs from last lift.
Romanian Dead lifts - 135x15, 225x12, 275x12, 295x8 up 20 lbs but down in reps. Matched last times high set on 3rd set so still an improvement.
Leg Ext - 150x15, 220x12, 230x12, 230x10>190x4>150x3>90x6
DB Side Bends - 55x20 both sides, 60x20 both sides.

Lunch - walked for 1 hour along bayou levy. Stopped half way point and did 3 cycles of 20 step ups, 25 push ups and 25 body weight rows with no rest then walked back.

So Far so good considering I improved on some of last weeks efforts. Staying the same in PCT is nice however if I can continue to increase I won't complain.

looks good :D

PCT is always a hard time for me... I always think I should be cutting.. like ALL THE TIME haha. sigh..

Well it has already been posted for me, but please follow along, all are welcome, this year it is going to be a hard journey! I mean there is a good side and a bad side... The bad side is this is the highest my body fat has been by a long shot in the past 8 yrs, good side... my lean body mass was 200Lbs, which is heavier than it has ever been in my entire life, so when I rip it down this time, I should be pretty big, I mean I'm not professional so 200Lb lean body mass is incredible for me!

Thanks Kleen, I just want to make one tiny correction, I only got down from 17.6% to 5.3%, I was still very pleased! The 4.6% was before I was on this forum and doing Logs, it was when I ripped down in 9 wks from 12% down to 4.6% to pull off the Silver Surfer (Halloween of 2008), I was 4.6% in my Avatar! Thanks Chris and as promised, whether I get below 5% for Halloween or not doesn't really matter to me, I don't have to be below 5% to pull off a killer THOR, but, after Halloween, I will continue my dieting until I have gotten below 4.6%, I have to, I can't come so close and not hit a new PR!

Agreed!

Wow I have really been busy today. Somehow I turned my early alarm off yesterday and I woke up at 4:50 to go the restroom and was pissed to see I had missed going to the gym. Tonight I am either going to lift in my garage or go ahead and trek on up to the gym and hit upper body. Either way I am lifting today. Was going to wait and do it tomorrow morning but I don't feel like messing up my schedule. That and I know the wife wants to do some cardio. As of late we have not done cardio in the morning as much as normal. I have time to go walk at lunch so no biggie to me but she doesn't and as much as she likes to kick ass and take names on the weights she likes her cardio too. So tomorrow I make sure to get up and take her for some cardio, which means tonight I have to make up for this morning or just take a pass on the workout. Well that ain't gonna happen in PCT no way no how. Too many people relax in PCT when in all reality you should be more about making everything count in PCT than on cycle. On cycle you have a lot of forgiveness even if training or nutrition isn't perfect you make gains. However in PCT if everything isn't right your gains will more than likely be lost. That may very well be one of the most important things I say in this log...

Good PCT info bro, another torch under my A$$ to keep me in gear. On a side note are you experiencing any grogginess in the am upon waking? Since I'm off in the summer I usually just wake up when I wake up and I've noticed myself easily sleeping an extra 3 or so hrs each day since I've started PCT so instead of waking at 0630 I've been sleeping until 0930 almost religiously. Not sure if Rev Black has some magical sleep powers or not, but I'm putting the zzz's away.

Definitely have to kill PCT and make it count. That is the time to make all that hard work pay off and solidify those nice gains made on cycle. KTS Kleen!!

Indeed........awesome post, big Kleen. You hit the proverbial nail on the head with this post.

No not really, well I say that but I get up via an alarm. I was also starting to shut down while on due to a longer run so I was really tired then and wouldn't really notice any difference if that were the case. Actually I think my energy levels are going up but that could easily be from testosterone rebounding. The Revolution PCT Black combined with the PURE TEST is working well to bring my boys back. They are noticeably larger and firmer already 1 week into PCT.

nice log here kleen plenty of great info here
Thanks Mich, is that you in your Avi? I can't make out the face to see if it is a pic of a pro or if you are just that damn beastly!

Hey isn't Needto testing a beta of a PCT product? You should see if you can get hooked up with that for your PCT.

Indeed........awesome post, big Kleen. You hit the proverbial nail on the head with this post.
Thanks Thunder, I learned not to cut in PCT from you and it was very important thing to know. So I figure I better spread out some knowledge and do my part for the community. You know the whole WWTD or What Would Thunder Do.
Yep I go into overkill in PCT....
You have awesome PCT's some of the best recovery I have seen.

Agreed, Kleen is the Man with the Plan!
Thanks Al!

Quick update then I have to get back to my project at work.

This morning 45 minutes cardio on treadmill 501 cals burned.

Yesterday night I had to work out in my garage since I missed the morning workout. I didn't get to do arms but worked Chest, Back, and Shoulders before I got some company and had to come inside.

Flat Bench - 135x15, 185x15, 205x15, 210x10 - I think I was only doing 195x12 last time I benched. So this was my first time over 200. Absolutely no shoulder pain!!!!! Still a little stiff this morning but no signs of any type of injury.

Chins - BWx15, BWx12, BWx12, BWx6 - First time I have done actuall chins since my surgery. Highest I went while on was 165x12 on lat pull downs so 205x15 is pretty amazing for me.

Military Press - 95x15, 105x15, 110x12 - As good as my best while on and I had more in the tank but my company was waiting on me so I put it down and went inside. I figured I didn't need to push myself to the point of exhaustion on that set anyway since it was the shoulders.

I took these pics out my window just a little bit ago. As you all probably know we have been in a drought in Houston. Well I got a few pics of the relief from Trapical Storm Don rolling in. I thought it was very cool how this one building separated the storm line as it was rolling in. I took 2 and made a panoramic pic to really show how bad the one side is. I also put an undoctored pic of it under so you can see it is legit. Kind of crazy....

How bad are y'all expecting to get hit? From what I saw... just like a severe Thunder Storm warning, right?

Not too bad. The tropical storm is supposed to land around corpus christi. We may see an inch or two of rain. While my deer lease will get up to 6-8 inches

Well at least you guys could use the rain. Hopefully nothing too severe though.

No, even though we are on the dirty side of it we are still pretty far removed and the storm is not that strong. Like he said we may get a few inches. When that weather got to our building you could not see out the window for the rain. Hope that rain line traveled all the way down to my neck of the woods.

Funny, I posted that pic and it has been the focus of the convo. Surprisingly no one has actually mentioned the fact that I had not been doing any of the 3 lifts I did last night for 3 weeks. Yet I lifted more weight yesterday than I was before, and hit a lot of firsts since my surgery in January including chins which is a big deal for me...

Good work Chris, and even better that your shoulders were ok today and even better since you weren't sure of working out at all!

I missed my session today, same problem - alarm set for 5.30am, woke up at 8.30am, I must have switched it off! Nevermind, nice rest day and means I'll do tomorrow instead.

I managed 5 chins the other day  first time ever, so I'll going to have to focus a bit more before I could match your awesomeness!

I'm sorry Chris, it was a deviation from the norm, I mean we have come to expect you to make a new PR every time we talk to you, guess you just set the bar so high for yourself, LoL! Congrats on the shoulder feeling so good, God Bless... Knock on Wood, my shoulder has been feeling pretty good lately too, not bothering me when I sleep, not being sore or achey especially on the Acromion Process (the bony notch that sticks up on top between the trap & delts). I was impressed by the chins, but then lost track of all that when I saw the picture, especially for me... being from New Orleans originally and still having family down there, we have been affected by Hurricanes quite a few times while I lived there and after Katrina my parents came up to Atlanta and stayed with us for a week. As a matter of fact, that woman (immigration officer) that was so nice during our interview was originally from New Orleans, right around my home-town area and she moved here thinking she was going to stay here for a week (running from Katrina after-math) and landed up staying! Anyway, congrats on the PR's, just Hurricanes hit home with me if ya know what I mean!

Ok ok kudos to you.... Lmao... Your workouts are always insane so sometumes it is not easy to remember what you do and dont do.

Thanks GWLS, yeah if you concentrate on those chins they will come up quickly once you get going. Once you can get to say 10 drop the reps a little and hang some weight from you for a little bit then go back to no weight for reps and you will be shocked how many more you can do.

No need to be sorry, that picture is distracting it looks really cool. Heck that is why I took it and edited the two pics together cuz I thought it was really cool. I was just surprised how distracting it actually was. Crazy that you ended up with an immigration worker displaced by Katrina when you were from there also.

By the way, doesn't that building kind of remind you of the building from Ghost Busters?

Yeah... now all ya need is the "Gate-Keeper" and the "Key-Master" and then you have the "State Puff Marshmellow Man" on your hands, LoL!

He-Man on your flat bench did you just drop down in weight and add more reps? I know you can lift heavier if you wanted or am i wrong? And when you do your cardio what incline and speed are you walking at? Looking back at some of your older workouts all I can say is dang you have be throwing some weight around haven't you.

Did 5x5 BW chins today!! :D

My older threads weren't 7 months after a shoulder surgery. Being back up over 200 on bench for 12 reps in that time is pretty good progress. I just slowed reps down a little to grow back to my pre surgery size with out over extending my shoulder recovery. However I have never been a beast on higher reps. I train myself to be proficient at them but they not my natural strength. I am a low rep work horse. I pull tree stumps not drag the plow. I can't really go low rep right now not until I am a full 8 months. Yet 6-8 reps is what makes me happy and grow a lot. Now legs some extra reps seem to do the trick. In the coming months I will allow my strength to carry me at it's own pace but for now I am intentionally increasing my weight at a slower rate. It is not about strength for me now so much as growth. The strength will come as a result of the growth.

Excellent!

I did my legs this weekend. Squats again, I went from 320 x12 last week to 335x12 this week. I am going to switch to the trap bar dead lift again and do that only for a while to allow my hip to heal the tendon by lowering the level of stretch. Will activate much more muscle too. This will actually make me work out on Sundays. If so I will do 10 sets of extensions, & 10 of leg curls on lower body days during the week, then 10 sets of trap bar deads Sundays. May justify having a more relaxed weekend having two build days per weekend. As a matter of fact that just became the plan. I will do 10 set of Trap Bar dead lifts every Sunday and 10 x 10 GVT style with 30-45 second dc quad stretching as the second "exercise". I expect some growth out f this in my overall body and cant wait to see the results of the modification and healing it should allow for. I have dropped some water weight and sitting at 203 but amd lean and looking awesome not complaints so far. Lower estrogen is gong to drop the water off. Enjoying this pct so far.

switching it up from time to time, like doing 10-12 reps and focusing on the squeeze will really created more fullness verses pounding out 6-8 heavy reps. This is another way i have found out for myself to stay injury free. Keep up the good work Chris

Great job in PCT so far Kleen! Doing great bud!

200 X 12 that's about where I am and I didn't have surgery, so ya you're doing damn good. I am going to try a few things before I start thinking about surgery. Might be hard to swing here anyhow as the government may not to foot the bill deeming unecessary...

Thanks John! Yeah I loved the growth in that range of 6-8 but not the joint trouble that can come along with it. I may dip as low as 8 again, or maybe even 5 for a two week period if I choose to do a HST run later. However honestly I think there is a lot to be said for the 10-20 rep range on many lifts.

Great job in PCT so far Kleen! Doing great bud!
Thanks, doing well and feeling well. Will update a little more below.

See that is what I fear if the government run medical plans take over here then I would still be in pain. Waiting for the government to deem me bad enough for them to justify a surgery. Now I pay a chunk for my insurance right now but I can get my surgery any time I want or need it. People think that if you are in America and don't have insurance you can't get treatment but that isn't true at all. You just have to wait longer in the clinics and the government run hospitals. Same as it is there, we just also have the freedom of having better coverage if paid for. The idea of everyone getting equal treatment when it lowers the level of treatment for everyone is just not the right solution in my eyes.

More PCT Related Updates - I think I already mentioned I weighed myself at 203 this weekend. Not bad for the day following a burn day. Have to expect weight to be a little lower after a burn day. I ate pretty big this weekend but kept it reasonable. Probably sitting around 205-207 this morning. This weekend also established that my libido is definitely UP, UP and AWAY! I was a Rock Star this weekend. WooHoo! Nice to have that kind of drive again. Obviously strength is not suffering as of yet. PCT Rev Black is doing it's thing with Anti-Estrogen / Anti-Cortisol effects, and the PURE TEST is swelling my boys up big enough I can't tell if they are bigger than pre-cycle or just back to normal and it has been a while since I have seen that. Either way they are bigger, fuller, and hugged up on my body like when I was deep in the throws of puberty. :)

Now speaking of puberty and libido... LIBIDO CHECK!!!
