Natty was kind enough to send me a bottle of the new erase pro, stating he was curious to see what it could do for me. Well, let's find out. Some of you may be aware that I started this journey at around 322 and presently weigh in at around 268. Given that adding more plates is what keeps me motivated, the last 6 months or so have been more recomp focused. That is basically my goal with this also. Am about to finish of a Torem PCT following a Epistane/1-andro/RS Transaderm Run that bridged into 4 more of v2 Andro lean for a total of 8 weeks. (You can get an idea of how that went here: http://anabolicminds.com/forum/supplement-reviews-logs/185024-big-boys-throw.html
I am also involved in another weight reduction contest with OnlyChevy6 and Freezito: http://anabolicminds.com/forum/supplement-reviews-logs/191759-big-boys-quest.html (you can a\get an approximation of my starting point here)
I plan to start erase pro tomorrow Morning at the recommended 1 cap over 30 days. I will add to this Titanium and Division 1 both at 4 caps a day (in two doses).
I am presently on my deload week of a 5/3/1 cycle which I often change up the assist portion of. I am also trying to rework my squat form to gain greater depth so I am not sure where to go weight wise when we start going back heavy.
Dietary will be targets of 2400 or less on non lifting days and 2600 to 270o cals on lifting days. Cardio will be ran a minimum of 3x/week, up to as much as 5 times.
Goal: Maintain/Gain strength while reducing fat.
Let's see how this goes!
