Natty was kind enough to send me a bottle of the new erase pro, stating he was curious to see what it could do for me. Well, let's find out. Some of you may be aware that I started this journey at around 322 and presently weigh in at around 268. Given that adding more plates is what keeps me motivated, the last 6 months or so have been more recomp focused. That is basically my goal with this also. Am about to finish of a Torem PCT following a Epistane/1-andro/RS Transaderm Run that bridged into 4 more of v2 Andro lean for a total of 8 weeks. (You can get an idea of how that went here: http://anabolicminds.com/forum/supplement-reviews-logs/185024-big-boys-throw.html

I am also involved in another weight reduction contest with OnlyChevy6 and Freezito: http://anabolicminds.com/forum/supplement-reviews-logs/191759-big-boys-quest.html (you can a\get an approximation of my starting point here)

I plan to start erase pro tomorrow Morning at the recommended 1 cap over 30 days. I will add to this Titanium and Division 1 both at 4 caps a day (in two doses).

I am presently on my deload week of a 5/3/1 cycle which I often change up the assist portion of. I am also trying to rework my squat form to gain greater depth so I am not sure where to go weight wise when we start going back heavy.

Dietary will be targets of 2400 or less on non lifting days and 2600 to 270o cals on lifting days. Cardio will be ran a minimum of 3x/week, up to as much as 5 times.

Goal: Maintain/Gain strength while reducing fat.

Let's see how this goes!

2/7/12 Day 2, week 4 MC 9 (deload)
5:20-5:55
DL (5's) at 40/50/60% = 170/210/260

Wd Grip PD 3x8 @ 90

Snatch Grip DL 3x8 @150

Romanians 2x8@140

Low Pulley UH Row 2x8 @110

Don't usually do cardio after DL day, but since it was a light day, I did today. Did 25 minutes variable resistance ranging from a low of 4/20 to a high of 11/20 resistance for 2/3 minute intervals respectively. 181 cals. 2656 cals in, 3812 estimated burn.

Hit the Erase Pro and Titanium/Division 1 dose at 6:30 am along with a rinse down of my last little bit of Torem, 2nd dose of the Titaniium/Divison 1 at around 6:30. Felt very focused and on task today. Could be placebo, IDK, but I liked it.

Went a bit overboard on the diet today. Did not really eat garbage per se, just underestimated the caloric content of the hotwings I had for lunch with the salad bar. Anyways, 2850 cals with a burn of 3979. My be in my head, but I think I am seeing some improved vascularity in my arms and hands.

Day 3, wk 4 (Deload) (Erase Pro Day 3)
5:10-5:45

Bench 40/50/60%x5's (110/140/170)

Dead Press (in power rack, starting from the chest pushing up)
3x10 @100

Inc DB Press 3x12 @40's

Assisted Dip Bw-135 3x10

Dual DB Skull Crushers 3x12@ 15's

High Pulley Straight bar Tri PD 2x12 @70.

Finished it off with 40 minutes of Random Hills Cardio-250 cals.

2/10/12 Day 4, wk 4 (Deload)
4:50-5:45 (Started with 10 minute cardio warm up)

Today was more about working on my squat form, decreasing my forward lean and getting my depth.
Back Squat 170/215/260 x5's

Barefoot Squat -135 3setsx10 reps, 175 2 sets x10 reps.

Took some time to just squat down to a bench with no wait or just the bar, stretching the hip flexors etc. Pretty satisfied with the improvements. I think that for the next cycle I am gonna drop my training weight from 430 down to 360 and start squatting to a bench.

Lying Leg Curl 3x12 @55

Leg Extension 3x12 @ 120

Cable Crunch 3x15 @ 120

Finished up with 25 minutes on the bike, random hills for 155 cals, then hit the whirlpool.

Dietary for today:2317 cals, estimated burn of 3828, 234 grams of protein and 18g BCAA.

I have been doing 5/3/1 for almost a year now, thinking about moving on to something else for a bit, maybe GST, idk.

Anyways, Training maxes for MC 10 (starting next week) OH BB Press - 195, Deadlift - 425, Bench - 285, squat - 360 (rework on form AGAIN)

Started employing IF protocols for the diet today. Went pretty well so far, just a bit of a challenge to get 250+g of protein in over 8 hrs. Would be easier if I could eat steak daily :) . Broke today's fast at 12:00, ate 5 eggs scrambled, some wheat toast, colby cheese and a grapefruit and hit the iron. Think I am gonna like this.

Day 1, wk 1 (MC10)
1:30-2:30 (Started with 5 minute warm up and light RC work)

Oh BB Press 125x5, 145x5, 165x6 and a partial. (All reps with strict form, no push from hips, bar just above clavicle)
Went "Boring but Big" for the assist work 5 sets x10 reps at 60% (115). Coasted through first 4 sets thinking this is easy, has to really grind out those last 3 reps.

Upright Row 95-8/5, lightened up to 75lbs-12 reps.

Nautilus Lateral Delt Raise @160x15/12

Face Down rear delt raise @25's 15/14

Standing Alt DB Curl (went a little light on these, trying to heal my elbow some)
35x15, 40'sx12

EZ Curl @85 -12/12

Low Pulley Cable Curl Drop set at 130/85/60 (5/8/12 reps respectively)

Cardio got a bit broken up due to some calf cramping but we pieced together 41 minutes for 215 cals (includes that 5 minute warm up)

Diet for the rest of the day planned out, shutting it off at 8pm. 2694 cals in, estmated burn of 4169, 154 carbs, 222 protein and 18g bcaa.

Off day today, 2403 cals, 255 protein,168 carbs. Fasted from 8 pm yesterday till 2:00. Pm today. Shutting it off at 10:00 tonight. Tomorrow I have to drive to Toledo to deal w/ something so some gym time is unlikely.

Caps @ 8am and 6pm.

As an aside, is it really that important to take the Erase Pro with food? I generally take caps between 6:30 and 8 AM With the LG diet, I am usually not breaking my fast till 12:00pm or later.

Broke fast at 12:00 Today, just the way my schedule worked out. Gonna have to stretch the feed out an extra hour to get my protein in for the day because I got to the gym a little late, busted ass for an hour, slurped down 2 scoops of protein on the drive home, got home at 7:30 and ate 5 scrambled eggs, a grapefruit and wheat toast. No way I was gonna be able to get in another 50-75grams of protein in before 8, so I am downing 3 scoops of chilled, pudding consistency protein around 9:00. I am pretty convinced this will be made up for by the fact I will be fasting till 2:00pm tomorrow. Dietary for today: 2634 cals in (196 carbs, 259 protein [plus 18g bcaa], 88 fats), Now for the work portion of the night:

Day 2, wk 1 (MC 10) (preceeded by a 8 minute warm up)
5:20-6:20

Dead Lift: 275x5, 320x5, 360x3 (Not sure if it was just one of those nights or because I was tweaking my form to get my bottom down lower, last cycle I hit 355x7)

Went "Boring but big" tonight
5 sets of 10 reps at 50% (210)

V bar Pull Down -180x8/8/7 and a partial

Snatch Grip Deads -275x8/5 (my stuff was fried by this time)

Uh Low Pulley row @200 12/12

Hanging Leg Raise 3x15.

Just for the sake of openness, wanted to make everyone aware that on Sunday I started taking BPS combustion at 3 caps a day.

On a subjective note: Libido is through the roof. Also noted more subtle increases in vascularity and have lost about 1/2 an inch of the waist thus far.

Erase gives a libido boost, so no surprise that Erase Pro does the same :) Vascularity increases are nice, and awesome on the girth loss :)

All caps taken on my schedule. Dietary info later tonight.

2/16/12 Day 3, wk 1
4:25-5:30
The shoulder is starting to feel near 100%, no pain but still a bit of discomfort on Chest work, still disappointed in how things started tonight.

Bench 185x5, 215x5, 240x5

(Boring but Big with a twist)
5 sets of 10 reps at 60% (170) Dead Press, in power rack, started at the bottom.

Inc DB Press (Reverse Pyramid) (Focused on making each rep touch my chest)
75'sx8, 65'sx10, 55'sx12

BW Dip 4/4/4

Dual DB Skull Crushers 30'sx12, 35's x7/8

One light set of cable cross overs just to get a burn 60x15 reps.

Straight bar Triceps Extension @160 x12/12.

Wrapped it up with 35 minutes of Random Hills Cardio for 245cals.

Broke my fast at 12:00, a bit short of 16 hours but again, this is how my schedule works out, shut it down at 8:00. Good thing IF allows for a more carbs on lifting days as the wife had home made spaghetti when I got home. Stayed under on overall cals but carbs arewere high.

Believe me, I feel you on the shoulder, bud, but believe me, it WILL get better!

Nothing wrong with breaking your fast earlier some days, and nothing wrong with higher carbohydrates either, as long as you're consistent with what you're doing and get back on track (if that's what works best for you).

Broke fast at 1:30 today, shutting it down at 9:30. Wife made home made Taco's. Allowed myself 3 but limited the meat and cheese to keep the cals from getting out of hand. (YUM). After a meal like that, I had to get a work out in.

Standing OH BB Press (all reps below chin if not touching the chest)
135x3, 155x3, 175x3

Finished up with 26 minutes of cardio for 155 cals.

Gonna break the fast at 2:00 today, stretching it out a bit because I will have to feed starting at 12:00 tomorrow with my work schedule. (It's dead lift day so I don't think it is gonna make a huge difference.) Speaking of which, I wanted to get some gym time in today and just could not see my self pulling heavy on an empty stomach, so we did fasted cardio instead. Total of 45 minutes for 262 cals, had 18g of BCAA per-intra and post.

Boring But Big (5x10 at 60% =255) These seemed easy until about rep 7 of the 3rd set, then it became a grind but got it done.

V Bar Pull Down @ 180x7/7/6

Snatch Grip Deadlifts with a twist- did these on a platform for a 5-6 inch deficit, damn what a difference in exertion level!

Some further observations: The veins on the top of my hand and near my wrist are definately more notable as are the ones near my ankle on the shin. Day 4, wk 2 (MC 10)

4:55-5:50

The focus for squat work tonight was again abut correcting form and increasing depth/ROM.

Smith Machine Squat250x3, 290x3, 325x5 (All reps below parallel, belt on last set only)

Boring but Big (5x10 @60%TM=215) Squat to bench, hit all 50 reps.

Lying Leg Curl @110x12/10/8

Single Leg Alternating Leg Curl @100 12/12, 12/12

Body Weight Back Extensions 25/25

Cable Crunch at 200 25/25

Broke fast a little after 12, cut it off at 8:00. LG Lipotropic Protein tastes like crap, just sayin'. Did indulge in piece of cake for a co-workers send off, so I kept the rest pretty low tonight but these figures do not include that: 2425 cals (203 carbs, 207 protein [plus 18g bcaa], 86 fats) with a burn of 4100.

Did note what appears to be the beginning of some separation in my upper chest and some subtle striations in my delts after my shower tonight.

Aye :)

Today was interesting, had to pick my daugther up at three and wanted to hit the gym for weights, cardio and a shower. Took a gamble and did not break my fast till afterwards at 2:00. So we mixed 2 scoops of PWO and a scoop of BCAA and hit the gym. Consumed another 12 grams of BCAA during the workout and 12 more to help me wast things down on the road (30g total)
The workout actually went pretty well but it was just delt and bi day, don't think I would want to try this deadlift or squat day however.

Day 1, wk3 (MC10)

Standing OH BB Press (all reps to below chin if not to clavicle)
145x5, 165x3, 185x2

Today sucked, missed 405 on my pulls, very unpleased. Guess for next cycle I am dropping my training max to 415 as opposed to 425. Beginning to wonder if this is not a "head" thing as I hit 400 even for 2 reps a few months back.

Dead Lift: 320x5, 360x3, 405-FAIL SAUCE.

Boring but Big Deads (5x10 at 60% = 255) hit all 50 reps.

V Bar Pull down at 180x8/8/7

Snatch Grip Dead lift at a 5-6 inch deficit @235x8/7

Magnum Lat Row Machine using Parallel Grip @160x10/10

Gonna go my lower ab work after tomorrows cardio session.

Dietary for today: 2432 cals (178 carbs, 214 protein [plus 18g bcaa], 88 fats) with an estimated burn of 4248.

Additional Info: weight is still 269 this morning but have another .5 inch off the waist and at the navel.

Liking the fat loss. Who cares about the weight number, as long as your still getting results by numbers of fat loss don't sweat the small stuff.
