I liked today a lot actually, which is weird because I despise cardio...but I really want to wear the 1000 mile challenge baghdad T-shirt I got today lol...I figure that getting my heart rate a lot higher than the bike says I should (154) will probably help me a lot more on the 2 mile run in the PT test too...what is a deadly heart rate for me I wonder?

I bought one a few weeks ago b/c I got stuck on the midnight shift a few days a week and get really bored. I never noticed how low the ceilings at work are until I tried to skip. The area that I spend my time in is an add on and the darn drop ceiling is not standard height, lol.
Flat Bench: 155x5x5x5 - Good
B.O. Row: 135x5x5x5 - Form was better today for all sets
Squat: 195x5x5x5 - No hip flexor killing me today, shifted my weight a tiny bit to the right
Military Press: 100x5x5x5 - This was great...surprised at myself tbh
BB Curl: 75x5x5x5 - ow is all I have to say.,..hemavol pumps hurt
Calf Raise: 490x5x5x5 - Dunno how effective this is with such low reps
Dips: BW+35x5x5x5 - Hurt!
Deadlift: 210x5x5x5 - Knocked these out, I think 250 may be my 5RM
Tri-extension: 70x5x5x5 - barely got the last one up
Chinups: BW+20x5x5x5 - easy sauce
Shrugs: 160x5x5x5 - I lean back and do toe raise at the same time
Did some db curls and pushups as well for added pumpage
