Last day of HGHPro was last night...

10RM day is tomorrow, goal was to rest for it. We'll see how it worked lol...

Probably did you good. I had an eat what i want meal after two weeks of strict dieting and did me good I think by my temperature.

I know I looked good this morning (11PM lol) in the mirror when I took my photo log pics ;) Then again, all men look good in the mirror when they are the only ones looking!

I pretty much ate chips and dip and peanut butter with a few protein shakes lol. Drank a soda too =x Tried to have some popcorn but I burnt it. Had a great 700ish cal dinner of salisbury steak and rice + v8/milk and the same for a 2 minutes before bed snack though lol.

Should give me a little extra fat for some more energy today $$ :D

Thanks for following btw guys, appreciate it a lot! Just need AZ to show up and post nekkid ladies more...

10RM Day!

Almost everything here is good news ;)

Flat Bench: 155x10, then 5+5 - Figure for 10RM day I only need to get 10 once or I am not actually doing my 10RM lol.
Squat: 185x10(2) could have done 200 probably :(
B.O. Row: 140x10, then 6+4
Deadlift: 200x10, then 5+5 :D
BB Curl: 75x10, then 5+5
Calf Raise: 450x10 (2) - second set I took my time, liek4 counts, hurting at the end :)
Dips: 25x10 - still good, maybe a 45 for the 5reps
Chins: 10x10, 5 +5
Tri Extensions: 65x10, 7+3
Shrug: 140x10 (2) - Shrugs is easy.
Military Press: This whooped my ass...95x5, 2, 85x5, 3, quit lol

In: 0340, out: 0505 I was resting a little more today, in order ot give it all and focus on form more than making my goals.

Weight: 176 - all time high :D Feels even better because I know a lot of it is muskles :P

5 rep 3 set starts in two days...I don't foresee these numbers going up too much more, MAYBE bench 180, that is my goal for this cycle, bench the body weight. considering that I started lifting little over a month ago and 135 was my max I think I am doing great :)
 
You gotta love the military press..lol. Back in the day, that WAS the measure of a guys upper body strength, not the bench.
 
Oh, just want to say, I got my myotape today. Will take some full measurements and post em up soon.

Wish I had done this before I started though! Oh well, next few weeks is when I should see the biggest results anyway because its haviest.
 
surprise I got my tape heres my measurements:

Neck: 15"
Chest: 41"
Arms: 14.5"
Forearms: 12.25"
Waist: 33.25"
Thighs: 24.5
Calves: 16"

All measurements are cold but flexing. Was cardio day today. I'll measure my pump tomorrow, so I can test how well the slin-sane and hemavol work when they show up :P

Lucky for me I am developing 100% evenly.

I've seen measurements for other stuff, like delts n ****, but I dont know how to do those on myself, so no deal.

Good day I suppose. Getting tired of the cardio though.

25mile bike split in two.

3x ab workout (100 reps each)
-got 82 (max for my age in army pt test) in 2:13 on my 3rd set. I do situps all the way up all the way down legs closer than 90 degrees, and in the middle of a floor (nothing holding my feet) So I am fairly sure that on a cushion and with someone holding my feet and not having done 200 already, I can get 82 easy in 2min.

Some forearm curls. Some rotator cuff work.

Going to start brining a jump rope in with me, cuz jump ropes r cool

Looking forward to today...although I don't know how well I will do at the end of 5s :P

When I did my 15,10,5 Rep Max finding a month ago I was weak and tired so I mathed my 10 and 5 rep maxes (read, guessed) I met my guessed 10rm in a few things, and beat it in deads, curls, B.O. Row and tri ext.

I set up my 6 5rep days to beat ALL of my projected 5RMs. Hoping to hit 175x5 bench, 235x5 squat, 100kg x5 deads. Only one I am scared on is military press lol. 5RM is set to be 120, and I moved it to 3rd in my routine, hopefully I make it =x

Headin to the gym in a couple hours eh.

That's exactly why I never found my real 10 and 5 rep maxes lol =x

I should be fine on the bench, but on the press when I put the weight up I'll just drop it if it feels too heavy, don't want the bar to take out my cahones...
 
eh. Got my packages today. Heading to gym now, wish they came in earlier so i could of used slinsane and hemavol. Oh well, tomorrow :P

Alright boys, posisbly lady or two, who knows, here's the lowdown today:

Flat Bench: 150x5x3 - Was good, didnt rest enough between warmup sets lol.
Squat: 185x5x3 - My left side hip flexor is hurting so bad after this..more fish oil maybe..
Military Press: 95x5x3 - this was tough, felt good, clearly moving it up helped :)
Deadlift: 200x5x3 - Easy
Dips: 35x5x3 - Easy, dipped down to 90degree angle on arms
Calf Raise: 470x5x3 - long reps, easy
Tri extension: 65x5x3 - Easy
Chinups: 25x5x3 - Last set rough
Shrug: 150x5x3 good :P
B.O. Row: 130x5x3 - Freakin rough
BB curl: 75x5x3 - Freakin rough

Felt good, felt the same as the first day of 10s, like everything was damn near my 5 rep max, but I know after my 2 days sleep I will recover from the 10rm day and be kickin again :P

Oh, I'm doing a Hemavol Log, basically gunna be copy pasting into this one, unless you guys just want to follow the hemavol one only?

I just got lazy and typed "weight x rep x sets" instead of w x r (s) lol.

I started doing 5 reps with my 10rep max (for most things) and 3 sets.

Still going to add 5 pounds per workout for everything (10 for squat and 20 for calves) Might have to stop on the military press though, hoping I am ballsy enough to just knock out 5 reps though o.O

Got slin sane the other day, took my first dose. Dosed it 15min before chow at 1115PM, took in 118G carbs for chow (white rice, an apple, wheat bread, milk, v8) Not feelin anything yet at 1AM, will go do cardio abs at 230ish. Seen some log on bb where a guy felt it same day, well see :D

26 Miles on the bike

3x100 situps

lots of rotator cuff stuff

forearm curls with super emphasis on slow burning form.

I took some slin-sane today...I literally went all out in cardio...normally I am on the bike around 120-130 RPM, and heart rate about 160...today I was no lower than 140RPM, near 160 a lot of the time, and heart rate peaked at 195...I sweat more than I ever have too...don't feel tons different but I had this monster drive that I never get during cardio :D

Hemavol tomorrow....
 
Good job Keithan. yeah sometimes I plan on doing low intensity cardio ,and I do hard cardio. I have done that.

I liked today a lot actually, which is weird because I despise cardio...but I really want to wear the 1000 mile challenge baghdad T-shirt I got today lol...I figure that getting my heart rate a lot higher than the bike says I should (154) will probably help me a lot more on the 2 mile run in the PT test too...what is a deadly heart rate for me I wonder?

154 does not sound that high, My max for fat burn is around 125-128 and aerobic is higher. I can't maintain over 130 as my heart rate is very low since I am in very good shape. It's higher for younger people, there's a formula for it, can't remember what it is.

How's the jump rope working out for you?

I bought one a few weeks ago b/c I got stuck on the midnight shift a few days a week and get really bored. I never noticed how low the ceilings at work are until I tried to skip. The area that I spend my time in is an add on and the darn drop ceiling is not standard height, lol.

Dips: BW+35x5x5x5 - Hurt!

standard 300 situps and such

jump rope didnt come with because it was cardio day.
