Today was the first day doing GVT. I really liked it. I feel like it is going to challenge & really push me the further I get into it. I was just feeling the waters today. So, went lighter on the weight, looking back, than I probably could have. It was still a good workout though. Hit shoulders & back....

Keeping the tempo is going to be something I'm going to have to really focus on, but
yates84 said that it didn't look bad at all today.
My legs were really sore yesterday (after power Sunday), but not much at all today. We'll, see how today treats me tomorrow!!
