Brother, tell me again why you want to cut calories!! Still lean as shiit with that growth. Add in some stretching for mobility and get all the gains mang!!
Exactly, stretching is all you need. You are far from being muscle bound. The literal muscle bound, not a look by the way. Start stretching more and you will be surprised how flexible you can be. Remember Tom Platz could do both the center, and straddle splits at the height of his body building career.
To clarify, both are transdermal. Going to stay away from the needle as long as possible

Are you making your transdermal test, and if so just adding test powder to salvo or something?
 
I have some prescription td test, it's mainly used for trt. Thinking about just double dosing the standard trt dose and let the tren do most of the work MrKleen73

yates84 & I talked last night & today about my up coming cycle & program changes. Since I'm not burnt out at all right now, I'm not going to need deload time. Instead just a few transitional days to get acclimated to my new program. So, it looks like I'll be starting the RAD & Osta much sooner than expected. My calories still aren't quite where I need them, but I'll keep upping them slowly, unless the RAD forces me to jump them up quicker. Currently, it looks like I'll be starting my cycle on Monday!!! I'm excited & ready to see some serious muscle growth!!

Thank you, Kleen!! I'll admit that our gym does have better lighting, but even I was impressed by the seperation I saw yesterday!! It was like I looked & all of a sudden it was there! Definitely an awesome feeling.

Well, it will probably be more like a walk in the woods with a few minimal hills, but fun for the nugget. We are going to state park with a lot of trails.

This workout is freaking solid!! Good volume with good weight. At your weight brother some of those are great numbers.

I will. She is waiting til she gives birth and recovers then will become apart of the community.

Idk what he has in mind. My only drug if it is that is for my recovery and advanced eating. Speaking of it's about that time.

He put together a hybrid program for me. A 5 day split...3 days of GVT (Tues-Thurs) & 2 power days (Sat & Sun). I'll still have Insanity classes on Monday & PiYo 1-2 times a weeks. The workouts look brutal. I start tomorrow with my first lower body power day. I may need a wheel chair when it's done. However, we will be workout together again vs just being in the gym together. So, I know he'll help me get through it when I need that extra push.

Then I'll start the RAD & Osta on Monday!!

Damn that's intense I like the split! Yeah he's gonna help you push harder, your gonna get some good results in the coming weeks!

It might be too much for her to handle, we definitely don't want to over train. We will see how it goes and make adjustments as needed.

I never really took it. You just had a lot going on yourself. So, I was trying to give you the chance to figure your cut & new program out. I wish I'd just bugged you more, but I signed on to 8 weeks of that other program & I decided to finish it. Now, to see if I can handle what you are throwing at me!!

I'm waaaay more interested in the radarine results. It's 90:1 anabolic ratio makes it look perfect on paper for women.

I'm happy with them. Just feeling a little nautous and that makes me worry a little when running methyls like I am. We shall see.
