Exactly, stretching is all you need. You are far from being muscle bound. The literal muscle bound, not a look by the way. Start stretching more and you will be surprised how flexible you can be. Remember Tom Platz could do both the center, and straddle splits at the height of his body building career.Brother, tell me again why you want to cut calories!! Still lean as shiit with that growth. Add in some stretching for mobility and get all the gains mang!!

Sorry for the lack of updates. I need quiet time to myself to really type things out...and let's face it....I don't get a lot of that with an almost 3 yr old running around.

yates84 & I talked last night & today about my up coming cycle & program changes. Since I'm not burnt out at all right now, I'm not going to need deload time. Instead just a few transitional days to get acclimated to my new program. So, it looks like I'll be starting the RAD & Osta much sooner than expected. My calories still aren't quite where I need them, but I'll keep upping them slowly, unless the RAD forces me to jump them up quicker. Currently, it looks like I'll be starting my cycle on Monday!!! I'm excited & ready to see some serious muscle growth!!

Caught up on my sleep last night and was ready to put some work in this morning. I kept a pretty good tempo through this workout but couldn't call it 4,0,1,0. Weight felt good today and I just kept adding on the weight and the sets. Body weight is still holding steady at 175.

Even with my calorie increase this week, the scales have barely moved. Only up to 117.6lb from 117lb. So, holding steady for my start weight for my cycle. I'm getting antsy now, and I think yates84 is even more excited than me!!

Now, yates84 is in there telling me that I'm going to HAVE to be on "drugs" (read SARM's) to do the program he's finishinh putting together for me. What is he going to try to do to me? ???

He put together a hybrid program for me. A 5 day split...3 days of GVT (Tues-Thurs) & 2 power days (Sat & Sun). I'll still have Insanity classes on Monday & PiYo 1-2 times a weeks. The workouts look brutal. I start tomorrow with my first lower body power day. I may need a wheel chair when it's done. However, we will be workout together again vs just being in the gym together. So, I know he'll help me get through it when I need that extra push.
