I tried to keep rest periods to about ~45 seconds. A couple sets I got into talking with a dude (really hate talking in the gym).

Did HIIT on the bike for 10 min after:
20 seconds hard follows by 90 seconds rest (5 bouts I think).

Legs were absolutely done.

Things to note:

Seems libido is decreasing or gone. Mood effects I had are also disappearing. Will see if it just was the past few days but I'm pretty sure both are gone.

Endurance was up again today. Also saw some vascularity in the legs which I hardly ever see. Legs were pumped to the max and actually almost have out a few times.

Chest and shoulders tomorrow.

Are you taking the tongkat or no?
Someone else said the same thing. Libido dipped after being super high.

Yeah, taking Tongkat along with Folli. Libido was super high but seems to dipped down quite noticeably.
 
You guys cycling the tongkat? You should be. I prefer 4 on 3 off, but sometimes can run 5 on 2 off before effects start to diminish.

Only been on it for 2 weeks starting today.
 
I actually found out about it because I was experiencing that with other brands and started to research it. A bunch of people posted about different cycles they run it and it seemed the most common was 4/3.
 
Alright. I'll lay off the Tongkat for now then get back on and run 4:3 or 5:2.
 
Lol, it is tongkat, not a proprietary supplement that Brundel created. Research on your own and you'll see it is to be cycled or a tolerance builds.

Understood. I do believe he mentioned 250mg per cap earlier when we tested the original batch.

Ya I guess I can't say how much you do or don't, just stating I know EBF researches a ton.

I am too. Generally I do very little research on most "test boosting" ingredients as I find a lot just don't work lol

Tongkat I've done research on. Not too too much but enough to feel OK taking it everyday for now as it's just a month.

Libido isn't soaring but quality is there.

There's a difference between want, and able to get it up

Also my gyno hasn't flared so I want to stay on since it's been slightly improved actually since starting to take it. Wondering if it's from a dht rise. But haven't found exact studies on dht
 
All I can say is my libido was sky high for the first week and a day or two then slowly faded. No I don't have any urge to get it in. I still obviously could lol.

I'm gonna stay off of it until Sunday then jump back on and dose M-F and see how that works for two weeks. Unless Brundel states otherwise.

Very cool, I always like to know a little bit more about people on here (well, some at least lol). I was originally going to go the sports/PT route back in college and that got me hooked on research and now I do it just for fun. Also, I spent a year studying test boosters and various ingredients before I got on TRT a few years ago.

My own experience with tongkat and this has been verified through multiple labs, is that it lowers SHBG and raises free test to the tune of about 10-15% in me. It had no effect on e2 and minimal to no increase in total test. So, it basically does exactly what I take it for. Now, BLRs tongkat is much better than any others I have taken on the market now. I am getting labs done again in May, so I will see how much better from a #'s standpoint, but feel is there.

It is entirely possible that the combo of preg and zinc along with this that has my libido through the roof.
 
I dose zinc magnesium phenibut GABA at night

GABA to phenibut at a 2:1

1000:500

I use trib as well 1-2g a day just bc I had a **** load lying around

Funny you mention phenibut. That crushed my libido bad for weeks. I tried a few different times hoping for a different result and it happened each time. It is not for me.

After one week (in samples taken at 8.00 A.M, only), the mean plasma free testosterone increased and the mean plasma estradiol decreased significantly. Dihydrotestosterone, cortisol and vitamin D was elevated. Also, concentrations of all three inflammatory biomarkers decreased after supplementation".

So endurance is sky high. Getting through my workouts like it's nothing.

Pumps have been redonculous! Muscle hardness is improving as well. Didn't notice as much muscle roundness.

Legs have some serious DOMS right now and chest/shoulders are noticing some as well.

Taking a break from Tongkat/boron until Monday. Then will do 5 on 2 off.

Notes:

Absolutely killed it today. Didn't go as heavy as I wanted on deadlift because I kept getting a sharp sting/shock in the back of my neck. It did go away but didn't feel right. Had been doing that for a bit now (need to check it out). Only feel it during deadlifts and BB bent over rows.

Muscle fullness was there again today. Biceps especially look much fuller. Endurance still improving. Back felt very wide/pumped.

Will weigh myself tomorrow.
 
Day 17

Hit chest and shoulders again. More of a pump day.

Tried a few new exercises.

DB hex press with a band thrown around my back and end of the band in my hand. Contraction was insane.

Actually used a band on DB incline and DB decline flyes. Band lateral raises with DBs as well.

Got in and out of the gym. Wanted to keep going but chest was so pumped and shoulders were already fried from previous session I called it a day finishing with a tri-set of:

Standing DB Press
Reverse machine Flye
DB shrugs

Still waking up with DOMS all over but liking them :).
 
Day 18-20

Hit back, arms, and back again.

Noticing some more vascularity starting to occur.

Endurance is insane still. Being able to utilize super set, giant set, and drop set throughout work out with only 30-45 seconds rest and start the next set without any problem (other then the pumps). Pumps are awesome.

Still noticing DOMS every day.

Also am losing weight faster then I would like so I am going to incorporate heavier sense meals/ cheat meals twice a week (leg and first back sessions).

I have one more week left and debating on grabbing another bottle to run for 8 weeks.
 
Strength also seems to be maintaining even on the caloric deficit.
 
Been having some great sessions in the gym.

Rep ranges have definitely increased for various exercises. Each session seems to be.. I wouldn't say easier but the endurance and cardiovascular endurance increase has helped tremendously throughout the sessions.

Muscle fullness seems to faded away. I have noticed some better definition and some days rather than others, vascularity is increased.

DOMS continue to take place. My legs are unbelievably sore and I hit them Monday. They always tend to get sore as the days go by but they are ridiculously sore.

Hit back today and had a great session. Been focusing more on contracting and feeling the weight but still going heavy. Pump was insane. Didn't notice much of a vascularity increase.

Strength seems to be staying consistent and not dropping.

Hitting chest and shoulders again tomorrow.
 
Arms today. Had a sick pump from the get go. Kept rest periods to 30 seconds but no super sets.

Also concentrated mainly on a hard flex and a slow eccentric for all exercises. Really felt the weight and muscles contracting. Felt really good.

I have about 4 days left. I'll get in some back tomorrow then take Sunday off then legs Monday and chest/shoulders Tuesday and will be done.
