Took a few minutes after these. Was having some brutal cramping in my glutes/lower back thoracic area.


So is there like a sign up sheet for massaging your glutes???

They are hard! First couple of reps are fine but once you start stacking a decent amount of weight on there, they really hurt! Haha

Hey guys!!!! Started IF this week with training twice a day and I’m down 6.8 lbs! Pretty excited and only 20 lbs away from my goal weight. I even got the ladies at work to join me!

Yes, definitely. Weights in the am and cardio at lunch. The great part is that I know when I need to rest and do not feel guilty about it.

Thank you! Sometimes! I have one girl who I have to baby and it cuts into my time, but I told her I wasn’t going to give up on her.

The marketing is very SJW... Stating no judgement while judging people massively! I mean they have a lunk alarm for people to use to not only pass judgement but to do so in a very embarrassing manner to whomever is being attacked for being too intimidating in their workout...

I do miss the old bodybuilder Lunk commercials though, when they were being really funny with them. Now... Meh... but they do have some nice equipment. I went to one with my son. I was nervous the whole time someone was going to lunk me out... so wasn't anymore comfortable for me there than out of shape people in a normal gym.

If I had the money I would open a gym called Lunks Gym, and if you weren't hardcore enough then you can't come... Lunk's Gym We are comfortable being uncomfortable!

Sorry I got behind posting. I have been logging though. Update below...Clen dose is up to 80 mcg (40 2x’s a day) Only thing I can’t seem to grasp is my muscles feel very tired(maybe from the slight shaking?) My neck and shoulders are the worst. I have had bad headaches pretty much since I started it. They are tension headaches like I have struggled with in the past. Nothing phases them. Open to any ideas or suggestions on minimizing these effects. Lol

Thank you! I wish excedrin worked for me! I did have a rx for Firoicet. I let my refill expire though so have to go back for more. Lol It was the only thing I found actually worked on my headaches.

Good morning! Another fun weekend disappeared too quickly! Spent the first half of Saturday cleaning up the garage while hubby pressure washed the gutters and cleaned up the driveway after all of the rain washed a ton of mud down by the house. Then spent the afternoon on the lake playing on jet skis. Sunday was spent with the in laws.

One of the local grocery stores had a sale on whole grass fed New York strips for only $4.97. So, we jumped on that! They looked so good I had to take a pic! Haha

A lot of it. Mondays make me want to quit. School starts next week, and the **** face sales rep at the gym straight up told me today, “I don’t have time to help you with your account. I’m just too busy. Come back in a few days.” Oh... we ****ing went at it. He sure as hell had time when he was signing up all my coworkers who I referred.

You can try ashwagandha supplement. I find it has a calming effect for me. I get it from Olympus Labs but have seen it in stores as well

I’ve heard mostly good things about it. Haven’t tried it for myself though. puccah8808 you can also try essential oils. I started using them on my son last year after all of the bully/anxiety issues. Doterra makes a blend called serenity that has several calming oils in it. It really surprised me how much it helped him and even carried over into the next day!
