I hate maple syrup! And heck no to the crunchy peanut butter!
But it's sooooo good!!!
One of my favorite things to do is take two pancakes, stick eggs and bacon in the middle, and eat it like a sandwich. Yum!

Thanks! I tried it again this am and added some cocoa and it's tastes a lot better. It still feels like I'm eating a sweet, rubbery omelet. Hahah
I rather eat this and feel like I'm eating bread than chug down a shake.
Get some protein pancake powder with the bear on it and add half of scoop of protein powder. Comes out to 35-40g of protein and fluffy. I put my mix into a belguim waffle maker

An older gentleman came up to me and asked if I use to body build. Lol, I said, no and he said that I train hard like one. People are pretty awesome at my gym.
