Thanks everyone! I'm feeling ok just congested and very drained. I'm sure it will be gone in a few days!

Woke up this morning to find my stuff strewn all around my car...someone had gone threw both jeeps looking for valuables I guess. Neither one of them were locked nor did they have anything good in them really. They left all of my gym stuff, chairs and such that were in there. The only thing that we could find missing was my husbands prayer journal and my bronkaid(haha) After that, I realized I didn't have my keys so log story short, I was late and a little frazzled getting to the gym.

I met the owner and a trainer tonight. The owner asked, "hello, what yo name is?!" Lol, I laughed and told him my name. He shook my hand and told me he was glad to have me there and then he gave me a hug. Later on as he was leaving, he told me again that he was happy that I was there. I feel like a part of the family already.

The front desk guy knows me by my name and we talk like we're old friends. "I don't hear you making any noise, you better be working out hard!" That's what he said to me as I was finishing up my squats. :D I also helped out 2 kids who didn't know how to use the leg press machine. :)

All and all, I feel really good and blessed. I hope everyone will have a beautiful Thanksgiving. I know I'll be with my family and sharing it with my AM family as well.

I love I though I'm at the gym look to the right girls stretching so that their asses are right up in the air...look to the left chicks doing Romanian deadlifts with shorts that show some lower buttage...it's like cleavage but for the ass....look to the dumb bell racks more female asses waving in the air...look to the abductors females tightening up their hopefully not too beaten up poonannies....look down...raging boner...look up again...looks of disgust from all the females

I do. However, I don't want them big. I just want enough to not look like a pre-pubescent in a bathing suit. Plus, after nursing my little one & losing the weight so fast I basically have loose skin left with nothing filling it. Sorry for the TMI. It doesn't bother hubby....he's more of a butt man. I figure though, if I'm going to work hard for the body I want I can get cosmetic surgery for the one part I can't work on myself.

I completely understand. I just want to fill out my loose skin as well. I have a friend who's very petite but got some DDDs. It looks good but that's all people notice about her. It's actually her 2nd set, she was a small A then went to a large C, and now the DDDs.



Off topic but oh man, I woke up starving and I ate tons last night. I wonder if my metabolism is working faster because of my new routine. I do feel a lot leaner but more hungry. I think I'll hit the gym this am before work. ?
