Happy Thursday! Up and at it at 4:30 this morning! I was really excited to get back in the gym this morning! Had a great workout! It was super tough but always love the pain in the muscles when I'm leaving the gym!!

Went back in after work to get in more cardio! I was quite entertained by the different variety of people there at 5! A lot of the "bro's" training upper body and staring at themselves! Lol

I actually went and lifted some just to try out my strength on a few of lifts. Superset some pulldowns or rows with flat bench. Pulldowns, I stopped at 140 due to the grip twisting and needing straps. Then, I switched to seated cable rows @120...bench I worked my way up to 135! Whoop whoop! Probably could've gotten 140 but I stopped once I got 135.

I looked like a big mess with soaking wet hair and a hoodie on! Haha

Happy Friday!! Got up a little earlier today than the past few Friday's but still got to sleep till 7:30 so still thankful!! Took the kids to VBS then headed to the gym! Energy levels were down today but I've cut some calories so that's to be expected! I was very excited to actually make it through all 10 sets though!

Warmed up with 10 mins on the bike, stretching and some light sets of squats/leg curls

Rode the bike for 5 mins when my leg started acting up...it helped calm the hip flexor down.

Finished up with 35 mins of incline walking. (5-10)

Thanks Simon! I'm doing IF so I don't eat anything until about 1...I think it's primarily not breathing right but I get dizzy often with movements like squats due to poor circulation in my legs. (Bad varicose veins)

Good morning! I hope you all had a great weekend! Our Saturday was packed full of stuff! Had a big thing at the church for back to school with bouncy houses, school supplies, dunk tank/water slides, rock wall, car show, and food! I worked the popcorn, snow cones, and cotton candy booth! Kat were doing pretty close ti the same thing except the reps I do sets of 5. What I love about this routine is how it makes me feel like a monster for most of the week. Perma fuggin pump :)

Thanks! Feel free to give me pointers as this is my first attempt to video...I did notice I did not get near as deep as I thought. Need to make sure and touch my chest more. Also, my negatives were a bit too fast.
