Kat and Puccah's Strong is the new sexy log

My shoes came!!!! They fit really good but for some reason, I thought the toes would be a bit more snugged. I can't wait to use them! Lol, I act like these will make me super strong!

You'll be surprised how much better your squats will be in those shoes. Just be sure to think about staying on your heels as the heel of the shoe will want to push your weight forward a bit. Especially if you have short feet like me lol.

I don't think they will work well at all for deadlift. We had a member in AM that pulled 600 in oly shoes, but he's literally the only person I ever saw that did well with them.
 
puccah8808; well I like the look of those shoes!! please tell if they are comfy for squats and how they feel and if you recommend them!
 
Looking good puccah8808. I love those shorts too. Let us know how you like them!! Everyone is different, but yates84 actually does prefer using them (over soft bottom shoes) for deads. So, he utilizes them on leg & back days.

I love my new shoes! My atg squats have never felt so awesome! It's like they absorb all the weight and help me bounce up with ease! I definitely recommend them!

That is a good daughter. I got to see both my daughters yesterday and my grand daughter spent the night, Great Fathers Day!

Good morning! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! Mine was great! Son had a ballgame on Saturday. Poor thing got too hot and couldn't finish the game. The humidity has made the heat almost unbearable unless you're in/by water! So we mostly stayed around the house the rest of the weekend! We did go swimming Saturday evening at a friends and grilled out yesterday!

These workouts have made me sore like I expected but usually I'm sore the day after--with this I don't get sore until the 2 and 3rd day! My legs are still sore from Friday! Haha

I sweated more at our 9pm game on Saturday then the games we played during the day.

Haha yeah that is crazy! You wouldn't think humidity would make that big of a difference but it really does!

Oh no here in Texas the saying is actually. "It ain't the heat, it's the HUMIDITY!"
Yesterday we had a high of 92, but the humidity made the heat index 102 degrees. Humidity makes it brutal.

Thanks! Lol what grass though? I don't have a pretty years like you! Mine is mostly dirt and a little weeds! The back yard(dirt) only gets mowed every other time for all of the dust!
