I was so exhausted, I did not want to go to Muay Thai tonight but I forced myself to go anyway. Before class, I went to sit in the sauna for 20 mins. I had a hoodie on and perspired a bit. Ugh, I wish I was drenched in sweat! :'(
I've been taking my stack an hour before class and I think it's helping me perspire.My appetite has been good. Actually, I'm not really hungry and I'm not craving anything except for pork rinds, haha.
Tonight was not super intense but I still got a pretty good workout in. I want to continue to get better because I really want to fight by the end of the year.
