Puccah, I might have to get back into Martial Arts and some circuit training. Ive been lifting heavy for about a sold year and want to switch back to something more circuit, cardio related.

I was so exhausted, I did not want to go to Muay Thai tonight but I forced myself to go anyway. Before class, I went to sit in the sauna for 20 mins. I had a hoodie on and perspired a bit. Ugh, I wish I was drenched in sweat! :'(

I've been taking my stack an hour before class and I think it's helping me perspire. :D My appetite has been good. Actually, I'm not really hungry and I'm not craving anything except for pork rinds, haha.

Tonight was not super intense but I still got a pretty good workout in. I want to continue to get better because I really want to fight by the end of the year. :)

My friend is dragging me to go hiking with him on Saturday. I freaking pray that it's going to rain because the last time I did that hike, my ass cheeks and legs were dead for a whole week. :'( Please rain, I need you!!!!!

Where are you going hiking? When you get blasted like that it just hardens you up. ;)

How in the world you did all that on 4.5 hrs sleep is beyond me!

Make sure you get some rest tonight. Otherwise it might be counterproductive with the rise in cortisol.

Thanks! I get to sleep until 6...unfortunately during the week I usually only sleep from 11-4:30 so not much longer. Just can't get to bed any earlier.

Got my cardio in at lunch. I was able to get another 45 mins today!! I am too sore for Tabata so I did the stairs again. Those suckers leave me drenched every time!

Sounds like it I remember taking those thigh kicks limping into work the next day. I use to do that thigh abductor machine that works out the side of the Quad alot

I'll use that tonight. I think I just pulled a muscle. Lol

The big salad .,. with lots of stuff in it.... :) It's amazing what I can eat when I put it in a salad. Hey I don't even put lettuce in my salads anymore. Kale, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, spinach but no lettuce :)

My core is stronger.
My energy is better.
My sleep still sucks.
Weight has plateaued but I'm getting a new meal program soon.
Strength is creeping up again.
Sweating like crazy.
