I took yesterday off as well as Wednesday. Still dealing with this cold mess. Made it today and starting to feel better minus a ridiculously annoying cough! Lol
Workout today felt great! Strength was up from last week!
OHP Focus - No Rest during Giant sets, and Rest is 90 seconds between. Try to complete in 15 minutes or you will have to cut conditioning short.
Giant Set 1 - using Rep Goal System for lifts - Rep Goal is 25 reps in 3 sets.
Pull Ups xRGS > OHP xRGS > Plank x 30 seconds - Rest 90
Pull-ups 9/8/8> OHP 75x8,5 dropped to 65x4,8
Really needed 2.5’s to increase from last week 5’s were a bit too much.
Giant Set 2- 15 Minute Block - As Many Rotations As Possible
Neutral grip Pull Up 6 > Arnold Press x8, Ab Wheel x10
(Prescribed reps for Arnold press was 6 but I had more in the tank but wanted to keep form good so I didn’t want to go up to 30’s.)
Pull-ups with red band this time!! (Smallest)
Arnold’s 25x8x5(up 2 reps from last time)

Exactly just feel so helpless. He was so full of enerfy and spunk all day today it was like it didn't even phase him! LolThat’s good! Watching them when they’re little is so hard!! Awesome work, and yeah when you see the 50 ft that means use a heavy weight short walk even if you need straps on them.
As for the weight, it said 50lb on the workout so I thought that was prescribed. (1 50#Db for rack and 2 for the walks) Oh and btw that was already with straps and they felt like a million lbs by the way back! LolIt’s was actually an accident...I scooped out an area to be able to walk thinking it was good. Once I started walking down, I was like...”oh crap! I’ve gotta walk back!” Lol After finishing I calculated how far it was and realized it was roughly 25 yds each way!As for the weight, it said 50lb on the workout so I thought that was prescribed. (1 50#Db for rack and 2 for the walks) Oh and btw that was already with straps and they felt like a million lbs by the way back! Lol
