I don't do facebook. share kat!
I like your "QUICK" shoulder workout. I know guys that couldn't get through that one.
It was just the pic from Sunday. I had posted it on IG/FB. Guess it just circled around again. Lol
Haha Thank you! My shoulders are still aching. They always seem to fatigue quickly!
Check out the guns! and yes I hate going to the Dr. I have white coat syndrome. my Blood pressure always goes up. I think it's because my Dad was sick for so long and remembering him getting poked and prodded all the time.

The dr said I have calcium on the front of my pelvic bone right near the socket and labrum area as well as extra bone growing on my upper femur. He said there’s almost always a tear if he sees calcium buildup but I need an MRI to see that. I will get an MRI after the first of the year so I can take advantage of using my deductible. Options for possible relief are physical therapy to strengthen surrounding muscles and/or a cortisone shot (done through ultrasound) ...other than that would be surgery to remove buildup and repair tear (if there) and that recovery is 6-12 months.
Cortisone shots helped my arthritic knee, but two shots under the knee cap with what appeared to be a 2 foot long needle was no bueno. Hope you get things taken care of Kat.
And Flex Friday pics are always welcome!! (Way better than lookin at Studhorse's ugly mug)
Sorry to hear that! Maybe the therapy will work and you can avoid surgery? Glad I only have a bad shoulder, Couldn't imagine a problem with a joint as big as the hip.

Congratulations Kat. Looks like an awesome location!
Nice bench girl!
Awesome bench with lots of volume
Awesome set. Keep killing it

Kicking Ass Young Lady! House is looking great, and hopefully you can get that hip lined out. Like we talked about that one day, if it comes down to needing the surgery that 6-12 months is WELL WORTH IT!!! I was out for 8 months after my first shoulder surgery, I have to say it was well worth it to be able to train the way that I love to again.
Ewwww......You're all sweaty
Another great workout kat!!

I like sweaty women. Nothing wrong with a woman working for what she hasThank you Chris!! It will be!
Haha Ikr! I was very sweaty! Surprised I didn’t scare my friends off! Guess It’s bc they’re guys and guys sweat more![]()

Drop set sounds like it would have been awesome to see!!!
AND HEAR FROM THE SOUND OF IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That means you're doing something right!
Or something wrong...
smh Haha according to my husband it’s something wrong...apparently training like I do is stupid!smh
I like it and I even like the pain!

Right.I have the same issues with my wife. She doesn't like it, doesn't understand it and has no problem pointing out what a waste of time (in her opinion) it is. I would have thought that having a 54 year old husband who is in relatively decent shape would have made her happy, but apparently not.

They are just never happy. I used to be pretty built, but recently lost a lot of muscle. My wife loves pointing out how much smaller I am now, but gets mad when I go to the gym. It makes no sense to me. Just can't win.
