So, a little about me currently - I am working to build up my calories after years of dieting...after some health issues, surgeries, and other unforeseen things, I am actually the heaviest I’ve been in years. Thanks to @TheSolution the reverse dieting has gone great so far up 1200 calories a day and only ~up 6lbs. My goal with adding Ursa Major is to help with the muscle gains and hope to lean out some in the process.
As suggested, I will be starting with a low dose of .5ml am/pm for the first couple of days and increasing from there. Will be applying to upper chest/shoulders/upper arms- alternating locations.
Training is 4 days a week ...currently focused around each main lifts- Bench/Deadlifts/Squats with a day dedicated to shoulders.(cause I want bigger shoulders
) Cardio is only 15 mins 3x’s a day steady state.
Macros are currently 150p/365c/55f
