-left arm biceps/right arm triceps

Day two switching sides.
Biceps, Forearms and Legs. It definitely was an intense session with the extreme stretches.Bi's & Legs, Now there's a combo you don't see often ...
Absolutely.. My only hope is, it works even if it's a little. Just need to get rid of these love handles and I am done. After that going on a good bulk with some good shytNever tried evomuse products myself. Reputation wise, one of the leaders of novel supplements.
I use to do Legs and Bis years... ago. Problem is I had to do bi work setting down because my legs would shake doing any standing bi work.Bi's & Legs, Now there's a combo you don't see often ...

Neither am I. But, I live in India. So, we do t even have the privilege of getting the app to work.I'm not on the app. Maybe that's it
Lol.. I know there is still fat to lose. But, I don’t know how much.Just have to reduce overall fat. Problem with me is, my arms look decent with a thinish layer of fat. To get the fat off my lower abs my arms have to look like toothpicks.
It needs good care if you decide. Shave often and apply oils and cream to have it stay in a good shape. I have not been taking care of mine for the last 5-6yrs and it shows.Looking good, reminding me that I need some ink on my pigskin.
Lol.. I get it. Most of the guys who see my tattoos say the same thing “what if you want to change it after sometime”. I really thought about what to get before I got it done. I have seen a lot of people regret what they have after years. But, I still like what I have because everything has some relevance to my life and what I have been through.I really like other people's tattoos but would never get one cos I change my mind too much. I get that's why people add bits and pieces but I would just keep changing my mind. If I had the same haircut or wore the exact same outfit for the last 30 years I would maybe consider it.

Not a great pic. But, I have quite a bit of fat on my lower back and handles. How can I reduce them? Some might say spot reduction is not possible. But, if I target this muscle in someway, may be???

Stretching. What is this thing called stretching?I don't stretch near enough, anyone else guilty ??
@ValiantThor08 thisI cry too when stretching a bit:
Yes, probably. After training stretching micro-ruptures more muscle fibers = more growth incentive.I honestly never stretch. Would I see a significant benefit doing so?
Scientifically, I don't think there is any reference to extreme stretching and muscle growth.. but, DC swears by it and people advocate the stretch to be a great tool to create that micro tear of muscle fibres.I honestly never stretch. Would I see a significant benefit doing so?
DC stretches were inspired from John Parrillo's stretching. Both are Fascia stretching.Check out John Parrillo Fascia Stretching

I started stretching the muscle right after its worked a few years ago. Did it to stretch it while it was warm.Scientifically, I don't think there is any reference to extreme stretching and muscle growth.. but, DC swears by it and people advocate the stretch to be a great tool to create that micro tear of muscle fibres.
