Started trying out DC to gauge the weights I can lift with Rest Pause, slow negatives, stretches and static holds. Damn, this is some serious stuff.
Just finished my Squats Widow Maker and legs are on fire.. Going to start DC full fledged on 6th May.
Get after some Dog Crapp!

I have an idea!
Day one:
-left arm biceps/right arm triceps
-left leg hamstrings/right leg quads
Day two switching sides.

Day 4 of Supernova

1st dose in the AM (6:00AM) Pre-workout with my 200mg Caffeine and Y HCL- I didn't notice much change
2nd Dose in the PM (2:00PM)- Was playing with my son and I started sweating profusely. This has not happened before. I was wearing a white T-shirt and no stains. Probably my skin is like a diaper.

I am really liking the effects.

I use to do Legs and Bis years... ago. Problem is I had to do bi work setting down because my legs would shake doing any standing bi work.

Not a great pic. But, I have quite a bit of fat on my lower back and handles. How can I reduce them? Some might say spot reduction is not possible. But, if I target this muscle in someway, may be???

Just have to reduce overall fat. Problem with me is, my arms look decent with a thinish layer of fat. To get the fat off my lower abs my arms have to look like toothpicks.

I really like other people's tattoos but would never get one cos I change my mind too much. I get that's why people add bits and pieces but I would just keep changing my mind. If I had the same haircut or wore the exact same outfit for the last 30 years I would maybe consider it.

It needs good care if you decide. Shave often and apply oils and cream to have it stay in a good shape. I have not been taking care of mine for the last 5-6yrs and it shows.

Lol.. I get it. Most of the guys who see my tattoos say the same thing “what if you want to change it after sometime”. I really thought about what to get before I got it done. I have seen a lot of people regret what they have after years. But, I still like what I have because everything has some relevance to my life and what I have been through.

Yes, probably. After training stretching micro-ruptures more muscle fibers = more growth incentive.

Scientifically, I don't think there is any reference to extreme stretching and muscle growth.. but, DC swears by it and people advocate the stretch to be a great tool to create that micro tear of muscle fibres.

I don't think anybody would do Fascia stretching, unless their program requires them to do it.

I started stretching the muscle right after its worked a few years ago. Did it to stretch it while it was warm.
Haven't had an injury since. KNOCK ON WOOD!!!
If I can get some extra growth that is a bonus!
