Their new products are nothing compared to what they had in the past. These guys were Hardcore before all the ban. Now, meh..

There’s a lot of people who don’t like Alpha-y and since it’s not legal in every country we’ve dropped it from our line.
However, og bloodshred was very effective so as long you can tolerate alpha-y you’ll love it.

You can also try 1/2 serving with a caffeine tab.

Is touch-and-go Deadlift considered as a Deadlift? Today, for the first time, I didn’t do touch-and-go because it’s said that these aren’t really a proper Deadlift. Since the touch on the floor gives you the momentum to lift, it makes it not a real Deadlift.

So I tried a proper Deadlift. It kicked my rear end.

Did the first and second set of 4. Then 3 sets of 3. I couldn’t manage anything more. The lower back was on fire after that. Touch and go was easy. But, this is really hard.

Did both, amrap (touch and go) and singles. Nowadays I skip deadlift, doing good mornings instead for lower back. Was an awesome exercise when I was starting to lift, now, after 3 years, I opt for different exercises, as one day of deadlifts drains me for a week.

Some say touch and go is fine and others say don’t do it. I should just stop watching YouTube videos to get knowledge. Just messes up everything. So, I should have done Touch and Go today and shoukd continue doing so.

Honestly kind of depends on why you do them.

I program both depending on the purpose.

If you are more interested in powerlifting and 1rm I’d lean towards dead stop being better. You only do a single rep for competition so getting better at the starting position is important.

For time under tension, higher rep sets, and some more “bodybuilding” style work touch and go can be beneficial as well.

Again I program both for myself and others, but if I write deadlift it always means dead stop and only bouncing if I write touch and go specifically. ��*♂️

So, with the 5 sets of 4reps at 82.5% of my 1RM, would you go with dead stop or touch and go? By then end of this program I have to test my 1RM on all 3 lifts.

Cannibal claw is a great stacker with most burners since it works on increasing your thyroid function. Just take away from bed time since increased thyroid activity does give you more energy.

Exactly and everyones designers were legit even cheap Chinese raws of those were good... Once those were gone their lack of quality control became obvious, plus PJ well... Yeah.

Now it just occurred to me what you may have meant. If you are doing them slow, and or controlled for hypertrophy and barely letting them touch while keeping the bend in the bar that is different and would be a lot more TUT, but that would basically be doing a really deep Romanian Dead lift.

Definitely reset every rep. You do not have to let go of the bar to reset, just reset your wedge and hips into the bar so you are pulling from proper position.

In my defence, the weights are not rubber coated, so the recoil is less. But, yes. It does create a momentum to take the weights off the floor pretty easily.. I agree.. it’s not the test of true strength.. because, I felt it when I did a proper dead this session.

I did reset every rep without leaving the bar. I was truly humbled this session.

Have you used the Amnes1a yet? Sleep aides are one of the supplements that I’m almost always taking lol

Right now I’m using SNS Growth Factor XT (almost three weeks now-which have been fantastic) but I want to use it for eight before I review it fully.

Only ones that have helped me so far (sleep/recovery)
-Iron addicts midnight dream
-Evomuse sleephoria

Not yet.. People like us (with infants and toddlers) definitely need a sleep aid.. haha.. I just didn’t take it because I can’t let myself fall into a limbo sleep since my boy sleeps with me. Now, I just take some KSM, GABA and Zinc before bed.

I have read some good reviews about Midnight Dreams.
 
No workout on Friday and Saturday. It was my cousin’s wedding. Had a great time with all family after years.

Starting today, I am doing a de-load week more or less. Also, this will give me a chance to adjust to my new Deadlift (proper way) way. Making some minor tweaks on my squats as well.

I have lost 1.5kgs overall and I think it’s great progress since my goal was to reduce weight slowly. Leaning out pretty well. Going to add morning cardio end of the month, once I get the fat burners and other supps from my home.

The pump was ridiculous. The salt addition really kicks in well. Great session with some conditioning exercise in Battle Rope for 30-45sec burst 4 times. 7mins on Eliptical machine. I have lost decent amount of fat from my stomach and chest areas. Don’t feel that I have lost any muscle mass. Probably my diet and Clear Muscle is doing it’s job.

You will, because you are not far away from your goal. A couple of weeks at most with your discipline.
 
Been seeing a lot of folks on here using Himalayan sea salt pre-WO. May just need to give it s shot. Do you need to grind it finer than with the salt shaker? And do you slam it down with your pre?

Give it a try. I started experiencing a good pump very early into the workout. Just take 1gm of salt and mix with your Pre. Job done.
 
No Preworkout meal today as well. Feels better to workout without a meal in my tummy.

Squats feel a bit better now. I have moved to a low bar Squat to see if I can make some real progress on weights. Real test would be when I start with my 80+% max.

Cardio- 7mins on Eliptical and some abs workout.

I'm sure you posted somewhere but how much salt are you adding to your pwo?

Pump looks gnarly. I remember Hyde reccomending the pink sea salt I cant remember how much.

Couldn’t complete my workout today.

Had a shooting pain from my elbow to shoulder. Did 3 sets of bench and the pain just aggravated. Decided to call it a day and got back home.

Getting some ice pack on it. Hope it’s nothing.

It started since morning. But wasn’t worth paying attention. So, went to the gym. The moment I started warming up the pain aggravated. Any help is always welcome. Thanks for tagging the knowledge bombs.

The pain is on my Distal Bicep Tendon. When I straighten my arm too much it hurts a bit. The pain has subsided but it’s still there nagging me.
 
Its probably only a mild strain. Some anti inflammatory, maybe ice if you can pinpoint the exact spot -and rest is what I would do.

That’s my plan as well. Just read about it last night. Going to just do leg workout this week 3x and give rest to arms. I have to get an anti inflammatory from the pharmacy.
