Honestly it’s not that bad usually. Just the crippling insomnia I deal with on occasion can make days like today not a lot of fun.
Insomnia is the worst thing in the world, I would rather deal with Pain !!
I have been pretty lucky lately, since the reduced my steroid mg's I sleep much better, but the lower back pain has increased 2 fold. I can deal with the pain !I’m lucky because I get to deal with both
