Nice job bro very intense session. I like the weight drop!!! How's about passing that **** over to me lol. I just got home from a damn softball one-pitch torneyment. Started at 7:45 and just got home close to 3 am went 5-1 and 2nd out of 15 teams. I hit a 3 run hr, grand slam, and had 14 rbi's. I say I did my cardio for the day!

I was going to take today off, but Imma have my low carb protein shake, then a scoop of N.O Ignite and Amino Vita and then go do a 2.5 k run, 10 bike and 350meter swim, ab workout then some rehab on my lower back

Yep the big one that hit weeks ago was about 10 miles from my area. We didn't have anything hit our trailer park thank God! However some of my best friends lost all they had and some lost their loves ones. Very sad my friend. Yeah that Grand slam was tight and it won us the game to make it to the championship.

Thanks bro! I just now orderd me some PP Androhard, so now I finally get a bottle coming my way to stack with androlean, APS Mesomorph, Creatine Nitrate, PP liver juice, and Xtend BCAA!! I will log the **** out of this stack!
Nice update bro. 5k run is no joke and 28 minutes is a great time. I can get 5k in just under 30 minutes, and it took me a while to work up to that.
Definetely need to get them BCAAs in there as soon as you get them though bro. They are a muscle saver in the fasted state and I swear by them now. Recoverpro is pretty good stuff, and I may switch to it when my xtend runs out.

Thoughts
First 5k run attemped, I got 28min, I'm happy with that as it was my first attempt. Will try and get better time every run. I wanted to do swimming as well but the pool was closed due to someone took a dump in the poolI sweated like crazy during that run, unreal lol. After that bike ride my legs are so sore, crazy twitching in my quads. 7 more days left until this contest is over, I'm gonna give it this week.
LEANGAINS DIET: Weigh in was good today, did measurements Day 1 and today, not sure how to feel about them, Arms only went down 1/4 inch, but not happy about how fast my chest/back and shoulders are shrinking lol. But my #1 goal isn't on how I look, it's on performance, I want to get down to 175ish lift as heavy as possible and get endurance way up. Wish I had some BCAA's, I should get my Nutra order in by Monday, I'll start using the RecoveryPRO.
I've done up to 15k's before and I def prefer doing a fast 5k then a paced out 10-15k. My goal for this summer is to get my 5k around 20min, my PR is just under 22min.
I'm going to compete in a spint triathlon in the middle of august, figured if I have something like that ahead it will keep my endurance up lol. It will be a 750meter swim/ 20k Bike/ 5k Run.

I went through a TON of bcaa as I trained for a triathlon. I also added in AN Drive, this helped with endurance and I maintained muscle mass. I am def adding it into my training arsenal this summer as I prep for several tris.
I'll be adding in Ultra-Cordygen for sure, the cordyceps work great!
Did you do a Sprint Triathlon? or Olympic Triathlon?
I'd love to try the Olympic Triathlon next summer. I would love to train for a IronMan one day, that **** is crazy.
I did a sprint, my buddies talked me into doing it and I had 4 weeks to train. Not sure if I want to deal with the ~1 mile swim for an Olympic and the Iron Man is just NUTS!!! My buddy is trying to qualify for Kona next year, he is doing an IM in August in Kentucky.
Nice! Ya Iron Man is nuts, I think I could work my way up to be able to do the swim and bike, but I honestly don't think my horrible flat feet would be able to run 42k's or w.e it is lol.

I did a 45 min wo today followed by 500 yds swimming. I will slowly build up the endurance, first race is Aug so plenty of time. I do have a mini-sprint in 2 weeks but that is nothing. Doing it with my 11 yr old nephew.
I used to keep weight workouts between 45min-1hour, but I needed to change things up, my buddy is a beast and decided to try his way....tons of sets lol.
Will update tonight, I will say it was one of my hardest workouts ever, but I was determinded and wanted to finish it and thats what I did!
I can't imagine working out more than about 90 minutes. I would think overtraining would be highly likely after doing that for a while
Interesting approach on the bench routine. I had great success with going high rep and building strength in a short time. I liked the hi-rep routine to build endurance.

DAMN ITMy computer has been causing me problems for the last few months, it's less an a year old, the warranty was only 6 months so now I can't return it. For the last month the screen has been flickering when it wants too, the last week the corner of the computer screen has been heating up really bad and looks like it's almost burning the screen, now 1/8th of the screen is white with a bunch of different coloured lines. Now I have to borrow $450-$600 for a new laptop :frustrate Damn it!!!! :frustrate
Rant over.
But besides that had a killer cardio workout for being my rest day and it felt much easier today, cardio is def starting to go up now.
