Jbry and I have had our differences, but I'll support him here because thinking physique is automatically correlated with knowledge of steroids is a huge misconception. Did you ever see what Dan Duchaine looked like?

What the hell is an ab ductor btw?

well, first off, it technically should be called a horizontal ab/ad ductor machine, but anyways,

ab duction is when you move away from the sagital (medial) plane. or in laymans terms, side kicking.

when you sit in an ab duction machine, you are horizontally ab ducting your hips, and moving away from the transverse (horizontal)l plane. (legs extended, opening them)

i remember it like this, abduction is taking something away from it's home. and so, ad duction is the opposite.

the ad ductor muscles of the femur (inner thigh) are the ad ductor brevis (smallest), ad ductor longus (longest), ad ductor magnus (biggest), and the gracilis, pectineus.

the ab ductor muscles of the femur (outer thigh) are the gluteus medius, gluteus minimus, tensor of fascia lata (TFL) & sartoius.

the only way to really work these muscle is via the ab/ad ductor exercises.

took some bf measurements today just to check (3 site skin fold), but I dont think they are correct. im thinking it is less d/t water retention, which would also explain the slight increase during the first week.

that dunk tank will be here around the end of aug, so i'll get to compare it with that, and get a better idea on what it really is compared to the bio elect imped device & skin fold.

you said youve gained 4lbs in wut a week? how much has your diet changed? Have you gone from a lower calorie diet to a bulking diet?

if diet has stayed the same i like the sound of 4 lbs, if you spiked your caloires though it could be rebound(glycogen, water etc)
 
i have increased my caloric intake to meet my estimated daily energy expenditure, and also am going 500cals above that. so even without the am, i should theoretically gain a lb or so each week.

but just from the skin folds, my bf came out to about 8%. and the bio electrical impedance device showed 11%. a few weeks ago it was around 15%, and that was probably the most accurate.

so this makes me think my muscles are fuller, most likely d/t glycogen & water.
im going to have my instructor check it tomarrow with the calipers again.

the most notable thing is a lack of drive while working out. even with the lethargy from more harsh compounds like sd, bola, etc, once I got going, I didn't want to stop and wanted to just keep on going at a high intensity.

i'm not getting that while using this. maybe it is because it is so much more mild than those compounds.
 
weird, having used testosterone- it made my workouts more intense- not like dianabol- that **** made me want to lift back and legs in the same day

but test did give a nice boost. Strange- o well, still early in the game, and yes agreed on the weight gain @ 1 lb a week, so im guessing if you gain round 2-3 a week that its doing something

i know it's working, it's just not the "bam" like im used to from other compounds. i've probably gotten spoiled, it's been over 3 years since i ran just 4-androstenediol.

The only thing that gave me that "bam" from testosterones is test suspension... very, very, comparable to the SD workouts where I dont want to stop lifting for 3 hours lol.

Test E and even shorter ester prop didn't give me this.

I think it takes ALOT of testosterone at once to produce the "bam"

i do have about half a bottle of formastanz, and have thought about using it, but dont want to taint any of the results of the andromass.

Funny, I literally just took a break from reading Steroid Nation's section on him (just started the book), and somehow he works his way into my board rounds.

Bruh, tell me about it, **** happened to me all the time when running R.A.G.E. RV4. Thats the only cycle ever where i pulled 4 hour days in the gym.

did chest & shoulders today. lifts were pretty much the same, flat,incline,decline press, incline dumbell press, neutral grip dumbell press, flys.

the notable thing today was once I got warmed up, I didn't want to quit. I wasn't super strong, just wanted to keep going, which is why i did some minor shoulder work today.

so far i've got 5lbs since i started, which is good.

tomarrow going to hit back, and then a few hours later, going to do arms.
 
did some light back today.

lat pull down: 140x12x3

bent over dumbell row: 65x12, 55x12, 45x12

neutral grip pull ups: 3 sets of 12

then did some abb work:

swiss ball crunches with 6lb medicine ball- 15, 12, 12

reverse crunch: 3x12

side crunches: 3x12

going to go back to the gym later on today to hit my arms and some cardio.
 
back from the gym, did arms, and cardio, got a pretty good pump in them which was nice. I again felt like I could of spend some serious time on just my arms, but my wife was with me.

trying to get her into working out, so i gotta be careful not to turn her off of the gym.

Cliff bar? Ew. That things a block of soy. Sounds like your having a good run so far, making me rethink a Superdrol/Andromass cycle.
 
I like them, and its healthy.

Soy is far from healthy. No one should ingest soy. That is just my opinion though. Its garbage. Lectins, Phytoestrogens, Not a complete source of protein. GMO. Its just an easy way to make a cheap product. Better vegetable sources of protein out there.

it is best to get protien from a variety of sources, and soy protien may have positive benefits on cholesterol.
 
so today, i got my first noticable side effect.

after taking my last dose, my vision started bluring, and when that cleared up, slight headache.

now, this is a side i normally get withing the first few days of using a methylated compound, and after the blury vision, a huge headache.

im guessing because this is not a methylated compound, that accounts for the decrease in how severe it was, as well as the time it took to happen.

i'll check my bp tomarrow.
