I'm officially out of my 6-pack stack ingredients :dunno:

Not to worry. I have a few capped (bulk) P-Slin and some Core Zap to substitute.

For my last week I'm upping my CHO intake using a day on: day off double P-Slin dosing (400mg/cap) protocol (AM postWO: PM preDinner). This equates to an additional 130g CHO on P-Slin days.

Body is loving it! Fullness and pumps! Strength jumping! Core Zap - diiiaaaled in. Damn good stuff right there! :thumbsup:

Got the legs back in the action - 90% on the deadlifts, but squat strength still down (~65-70%?) Murder :684:

I got some serious ground to make up here - Last photos will be posted next week - stay tuned :thumbsup:

Box could run 10 miles, do two-a-day total body workouts, swim for an hour, AND have a smokin' hot girlfriend all in one day; all because of ZAP! Sometimes I miss that kid, lol

The Summary That Never Was . . . .

It’s been a hectic few months – full-time job, part-time study, part-time parenting etc etc

. . . so after the injury, the fat-loss ended – I would say the photo’s in post Invalid Link Removed is the pinnacle.

Initially I tried dropping carbs a little, but my days are too long to cope - I'm up at 4am and down at 8pm. I’ve found I really need the cardio – fasted am to shift the weight. But my strength stayed on a roll, so in late april I started a nice, clean bulk supping creatine mono and glutamine and lifting heavy.

I’ve now stacked on some serious mass, my ankle injury has fully healed, now it’s time to recomp:

The Training:
Volume Trisets 10-10-10 dominate approx. 45min per WO. Split is:
Day1: Cardio AM Legs/Shoulders PM
Day2: Stretching PM
Day3: Cardio AM Chest/Biceps PM
Day4: Off
Day5: Cardio AM Back/Triceps PM
Day6: Stretching PM
Day7: Cardio AM

The Diet:
Clean 40:40:20 macros. Plenty of eggs, tuna, oatmeal, natty pb, fruit, yoghurt, plenty of fish oil. Approx. 4000 cal

The Supps:
I’ve had a few ideas, but have settled on:
  • DTHC+Activate Xtreme
  • Bulk Vat Attack + SuperCissus + 1C
  • Bolic (98% Forskolin) then managed to track down some old skool cAmphiBolic for a run :thumbsup:
  • Zap or YRD for preWO

The Goal:
Drop body fat – weight should remain static, if not increase over the next 6 weeks

Update!

Training is going well - strength up slightly, not static.

Weight down 1.5kg to 98kg, stabilising, but firming up nicely. Cals ~ 4,000 (500 below mantenence)

Workouts Currently running 12,12 rep 3 set supersets :

Legs/Shoulders

Leg Press/Seated DB shoulder press
Hack Squats/Lat Raises
Stiff Leg DL/Rear Delt Flies

Chest/Back

Flat Bench/BB rows
Incl. Bench/Chins
DB Flys/Rear Delt
Cable Flys

Arms

BB curls/BW dips
Seated DB curls/Narrow Bench
Hammer DB curls/cable extensions

Changed my supps around - I honestly didnt notice much when adding Activate Xtreme, so I dropped it off. DTHC @ 3/day is more than enough:

The current stack is probably one of the most enjoyable to date:

1x DTHC (3x day)
4x Refresh
2x dominATP
2x cAMPhibolic (bolic replacement) (3x day)
2x Jack3d

great dialed in focus, alpha controlled aggression, intra-set recovery - and the feeling lasts most the day. Have 2 Bottles of Refresh - I really hope USPLabs makes it a permanent product - it's under-rated by far.

. . .as an addition, this morning I added 400mg bulk PSlin and 60g WMS to the mix - all 30min preWO - superb pumps, added endurance!

Pumping in the veg juices postWO too - making a big difference to recovery and general feeling of wellbeing - there is plenty of flu around, so far managing to dodge it.
