It's a 100% legitimate effect of the product! Just trying to throw out all of the potential ways the product can be used. Just saying ;)
 
today legs... IT was one of the hardest workouts I had in a long time... It took alot of my soul to complete my set with good form. I have noticed that Nitro is helping me in the endurance part of my sets plus the pumps you get for it is so sick... This is the 1st time I have every felt my legs pump I mean the skin tightening effect, it was the best feeing I had doing legs. The more i do my 5reps and 15 sets routine the more I am loving Nitro!!!! Just amazing product also stack with Cre02 and Crange man you in for a good ride.... I do not take any caffeine before I workout but for some reason I am stone focus in the gym MST can you give me the why on that effect!!! I am going to one more week of 5 reps 15sets 20 sec routine. .Next phase to test my stack is going heavy 5reps 5sets routine that everyone knows....

Like my father always says too me when I was a pro Windsurfer NO SUCH THING AS Bragging either you are telling the truth or you are Lying and I am not lying about OMG Nitro Nitro Nitro…. This is a product that delivers the goods…. We are deferent But I think Nitro will work for a lot of us.... GO get a sample and see what I mean.... Then DO THE 5reps 15 sets 20 sec on your arm day then talk to me... :)

hahah well i will say the same thing although i'm not running nitro. .. i have some samples that are going to get eatin during arm and chest days!! hahah i would eat'm on leg days but not going heavy yet so i don't see any need for them on leg days :stooges: hahah MST FTW hahah

good lift but gotta take care of them shoulders. Rest them up and dont get impatient. Its better to take it easy for awhile then go headstrong and mess it up real bad.

today was Basket ball Full Court Start time 6:30am finsh 8:30am.... Me and some ex players get togather every year on Xmas eve. The game was so fun lots of fast breaks and playing some real good D... I cheated a little I took my Citruvol and Cre plus carnge not my Nitro ( I will take this later today...) Man I was just running without getting to winded.. BUt my quadriceps are still hurting from doing Bar Ball hack squats. Honestly I am walking now with a sight limp after bb... Well Everyone I am off tomorrow but be back on Sat. with more 5/15 training.. Also I have my None Stim rag coming soon.. I will change the way I take my Cre-02 so I can add My rag to the mix!!!! Have a very mary Christmas!

I dont know much about either product but get winded super fast with almost everything I do (I blame asthma but its mostly because I am fat..hehe) especially judo. I had a tournament once and was doing pretty good but couldnt continue on cuz I wasnt able to catch my breath and stand up I was soo winded and tired. Definetely intrested in something to give me a little kick..

I have asthma too and I am going to say it was Citruvol because I used it before for my running ( 5k) I love Citruvol for endurance but I hear cordygen 5 is the bomb for endurance.. That is what I am going to try in the summer!
 
I had a great Bi and tri workout today I added Non caffeine Rag to the mix and this how am doisng
This might be a placebo but I think adding the rag help today for more focus and it gave me some real good energy. I did my Normal 5reps/15sets routine but felt I could do more so I did!!!!!

20 sec rest... The reason is -I want to know if this product works, meaing it is advertising power, endurance, massive pumps and Strength. It takes endurance Strength to complete this kind of routine So far this stack is just Amazing-- It gives me everything I need to complete these Gruelling workout--- This for me is the only way I know the product is working Because I tried this routine with out any supps and I could not complete the routine I was so gased and unfocus. The next step in testing is doing 5x5...

The lasting I want to note is I love doing crazy works just because I think is fun and the pumps you get from this routine are so sick!!!

I love it this stack and adding the rag made this stack islandmagic.. .I know I am only on day two on the rag. This was the missing pice to my workout/stack... I feel so energized during my workout and even after I did 5 5/15.... adding rag to the mix is giving me pumps that are so painfull my chest is burning and it just feel so heavy in a good way, this the best way i can explain... Now I can comment better on the nitro lets say my wife is getting tired, she told me no more Nitro and MST products ever becuse I am like a 18 yearold that have a stiffy all the time...

Basketball today 6:30am-8am Rag Citruvo plus carnage = great combo!!!! I will be taking my Nitro Cre and later today... Good run today and I had to d a 24 year and that boy was fast he did not stop running.... Funny thing was I did not stop running, the last game he was tired but islandmagic was still running... HE he he he... the best game I had in a long time... But now I can feel my body saying rest please!!!!

You need to give her a couple of tabs two hours or so ahead of time. Then she'll change her tune. Seriously, she'll love it.

wow, a lot of comments I missed, so....

1. congrats on tiring out your wife, and keep poppin those pills, shes sayin no but really means yes.
2. nice workout numbers and solid floor press especially after the workout.
3. hopefully you won the basketball game
4. give her some of the pills, go crazy, maybe get some Cv02, that way you can keep a better oxygen boost to be doing that late evening cardio

the new routine is 5x5? if you follow the 5x5 principles, you'll need more than 40sec rest

You r correct B The norm is 90 sec I think.. I want to cut the time in half to see what my endurance will be... What you u think? Or should I do 90 sec rest??
 
It depends on your goals, I mean you are doing more of a power type of scheme with what I would assume is less than max effort (I don't mean you aren't giving it your all, I just mean that you won't be able to use your 5RM or close to it).
 
I love this arm routine~~~ I feel so Bad A$$ right now~~~ My arms are so pump. my rest was 50sec> The pic is not the best but you can see how vascular my arms are I should of taking a before pic next time!! But Dam my arms feel so Jack!!! I love this feeling!!!!

Bnatural I took what you said and rested for 90 sec good call because I could not have complete my sets with only 40sec rest... My chest is full and a little sore to boot, My t-shirt looks like I am wearing extra small man oh man the pumps AND ENDURANCE YOU GET FORM THIS STACK is so very cool.. Please note that I had to rearrange the order of my routine becuse all the bench was been used with all those new year folks who do not have a clue what they are doing HMMM I will give them 4 weeks then they will start droping...
