today was Basket ball Full Court Start time 6:30am finsh 8:30am.... Me and some ex players get togather every year on Xmas eve. The game was so fun lots of fast breaks and playing some real good D... I cheated a little I took my Citruvol and Cre plus carnge not my Nitro ( I will take this later today...) Man I was just running without getting to winded.. BUt my quadriceps are still hurting from doing Bar Ball hack squats. Honestly I am walking now with a sight limp after bb... Well Everyone I am off tomorrow but be back on Sat. with more 5/15 training.. Also I have my None Stim rag coming soon.. I will change the way I take my Cre-02 so I can add My rag to the mix!!!! Have a very mary Christmas!
what would you attribute youe increased endurance and "not gettin to winded" too? Citruvol or carnage? I dont know much about either product but get winded super fast with almost everything I do (I blame asthma but its mostly because I am fat..hehe) especially judo. I had a tournament once and was doing pretty good but couldnt continue on cuz I wasnt able to catch my breath and stand up I was soo winded and tired. Definetely intrested in something to give me a little kick..

I love it this stack and adding the rag made this stack islandmagic.. .I know I am only on day two on the rag. This was the missing pice to my workout/stack... I feel so energized during my workout and even after I did 5 5/15.... adding rag to the mix is giving me pumps that are so painfull my chest is burning and it just feel so heavy in a good way, this the best way i can explain... Now I can comment better on the nitro lets say my wife is getting tired, she told me no more Nitro and MST products ever becuse I am like a 18 yearold that have a stiffy all the time...
You need to give her a couple of tabs two hours or so ahead of time. Then she'll change her tune. Seriously, she'll love it.

Hey all today was chest day... I have to get the weight right but I will have it right on my next chest day... Bnatural I took what you said and rested for 90 sec good call because I could not have complete my sets with only 40sec rest... My chest is full and a little sore to boot, My t-shirt looks like I am wearing extra small man oh man the pumps AND ENDURANCE YOU GET FORM THIS STACK is so very cool.. Please note that I had to rearrange the order of my routine becuse all the bench was been used with all those new year folks who do not have a clue what they are doing HMMM I will give them 4 weeks then they will start droping...
