Who gets to 100 reps on Back Squats (regular squats) faster, following the 100s principle. (100s principle, perform wweight as many times as you can, say 30, so you have 70 reps left, which is 70 seconds, then perform as many as you can, say 20 more, you now have 50 total reps, and 50 seconds rest, etc etc.) You do rack the weight during the rest period
The idea here is to reach 100 on less sets than the other guy.

Option B.
Rep out. Get as many reps as you can with the given weight. You can stop to gather breath but NO racking the weight until you consider yourself done.

Option A looks Crazy So let me get this right... 1 i AM GOing head to head with @ 200lb.. Ok soo if I do 15 reps I rest for 85sec???? then I do 25 then I rest for 60sec correct?? I doing option A because it looks fun!!!

Ok, well, my xbox overloaded the bandwidth on my comp and I couldn't get it loaded up, so I had to give the news today.

I got you on the first few sets, but I should have requested that we use wraps. I tweaked my knee doing front squats 2 weeks ago. So.... I hit the ground running with the 1st set of 200x20, then 80 seconds rest and regretting this bet, 200x17, a few breaths and comtemplated stopping at 15, but its a competition, now I am gasping for the 48 seconds I have as my legs tighten up (no more nitroceps before leg days) and I get that feeling, the bad feeling when you squat, ....3,4,5,back tighten,6, knee turns slightly, 7, bent slightly for 8, and racked it. Dealing with the horrible set, I tried to stretch, and contemplated grabbing an ice pack between the remaining sets, but walking was a chore.... I threw in the towel at 59 reps. Sorry brotha, next time we will try another fun torture test. Whens your next leg workout?

wait I won @@@@ I got 60!!!!lol Next week thursday.. I am running 5k tomorrow... You are right though my back hurt and my knees was going wide.... I was not ready for that but next time I will be... Also It so hard to keep track of your rest and reps that is why I had two iphones I was doing a video sharing so i can count my reps when I was resting because I go a little confused..... But dam B I love it I am doing back today and WIll take a before pic and after... When I woke this am I look in the Mirror and all muscle look hard and I look bigger no SHI$ It like somthing just kick.. .Good work B I want more!

Back today was super super.... I broke 2 PR dead lift and Plated Machine row.... My Muscle are getting more dense rock hard I just want folks to see how this stack gives you some crazy pumps.. I have taken some before and after pic of my back.... B my dam legs are rubber!!!

Found my sweet spot .... I am using the non caffine rag.... what is strange is i feel so wide eye like it has caff in it

I feel the same bud. I get phenomenal energy from it without caffeine. Definitely a force to be reckoned with and easily stackable with things like oxyceps ATP products or Shred Ultra.
 
different forms of energy, the energy complex in the caff free version is very overlooked. The glucuronolactone has a nice pop to it

Yep it gives me some good focus becuse of late I have only been getting 5 hour of sleep- I sleep @ 11pm ( working) wake up 4am- this will change next month but for now I been doing this a 2 months and dam!!!!!!! I am so fing tired around 2pm but ever since I got my rag on- my workouts are so much fun now!!!! MST FTW

Good Leg workout~~~ So far this stack has been treating me right I have gained 3lb now I am now 193 Cool... My endurance is through the roof and my 5k run feel so easy. The Caff-free rag it works so well for me becuse i do not like that wired feeling or the eye balls poping out your head look, I am over that stage in my life. The rag gives me good focus in the gym with out that Caff feeling!!!! Great prouduct!! I want to try the premax and ultima both Caffe-free but now I am asking my self why!!! Both look real good and have some good stuff in it... But I am not a pro anything and I have a sexy A$$ wife to boot so What in hell would I drop that kind of cash if all I am doing is trying to keep in shape plus The Rag has every thing I need for a middle age man!!!! Just my thought... One thing how can you go wrong spending 24.00 bucks on a great product that works as it is advertise.. Yep sticking with rag,

Well Today is the 1st tme my shoulders feel real real good!!!!! So I did Shoulder today...

3nitro 2hours before gym ( I have up it by 1 I used to take 2 caps)

Rag I did 2 scoops today to see what will happen ( I am sticking with 1.5)


Short summer of the stack:

The stack has enable me to train real hard more then I though I could yes I have only broken 2 pr but I do not look @ a stack on how many PR you can break ( it is a good to break pR) but how much you can push your body.. MST has some real good products that you can push yourself. The endurance factor is somthing alot of suppas is lacking or some claim but I ensure you the endurance you get is phenomenal.. Good example of the endurance was wearing my xvest with 50lb and sholving wet snow i KEEP A LOG ON WHAT SUPPS I used to shovel with my xvest and how long I can last. .Well I am not going to name companys but MST has won!!!! I was outside for an hour 30min with 50lb strap to me and yes I was fing tired but I got my side walk done and my drive way with out taking off the vest ...This was a true test of what MST endurance can do, if you folks live in a place where it snow grap an xvest and talk to me...


I was ask early on when I started this log what was my diet and my goals for this stack. I did not have a real goal or a diet.

My goal: Is to just train hard and put my body and soul to the edge of dakness: I relize I love to do diffeerent kinds of routine and see what my body can take, I have always said I do not train to look good I just want the best supps to help me ease to the edge of darkness. My family has been breed to train to the max. What I have learned from taking supps is food 1st dedication 2nd....


Diet:
Well I have always eat clean it just what my wife and I do for our 3yearold we do not eat out and we make sure we eat alot of veg and fruit we are a frim believer of setting an example for our son on a proper diet. With that said Yes I may not get enough food for the type of training I do but I never had a an issue so I am sticking with eating 4 meals a day with 2 shakes..

If folks got a routine that is crazy or super long give it to me I love to try new things MST FTW
