There are 2 options here and it goes by the brotherhood trust code (just a madeup thing I thought of) but I will trust your word and you trust mine, that whatever the result is, then we trust it....
Option A.
Who gets to 100 reps on Back Squats (regular squats) faster, following the 100s principle. (100s principle, perform wweight as many times as you can, say 30, so you have 70 reps left, which is 70 seconds, then perform as many as you can, say 20 more, you now have 50 total reps, and 50 seconds rest, etc etc.) You do rack the weight during the rest period
The idea here is to reach 100 on less sets than the other guy.
Option B.
Rep out. Get as many reps as you can with the given weight. You can stop to gather breath but NO racking the weight until you consider yourself done.
you will use 195, I will use 200, that way is bodyweight vs bodyweight.
the way you listed it is correct. Oh, no wraps either, and no half squats, at least parallel

Ok, well, my xbox overloaded the bandwidth on my comp and I couldn't get it loaded up, so I had to give the news today.
I got you on the first few sets, but I should have requested that we use wraps. I tweaked my knee doing front squats 2 weeks ago. So.... I hit the ground running with the 1st set of 200x20, then 80 seconds rest and regretting this bet, 200x17, a few breaths and comtemplated stopping at 15, but its a competition, now I am gasping for the 48 seconds I have as my legs tighten up (no more nitroceps before leg days) and I get that feeling, the bad feeling when you squat, ....3,4,5,back tighten,6, knee turns slightly, 7, bent slightly for 8, and racked it. Dealing with the horrible set, I tried to stretch, and contemplated grabbing an ice pack between the remaining sets, but walking was a chore.... I threw in the towel at 59 reps. Sorry brotha, next time we will try another fun torture test. Whens your next leg workout?

Funny-how I was thinking Caff-free means stim free...
