Is that seriously a lot? I thought 5 was pretty normal.
Not for someone like you Irish, rock-solid physique is high-maintenance

Not for someone like you Irish, rock-solid physique is high-maintenanceI think you are definitely leaning out and your strength seems to be going up too, if you respond well to RESET things should get even better . Got to try these hack squats, I’m curious, what weight do you lift when doing them as opposed to regular squats ?
now there's a libido check. if that get's you turned on, you know t911 is serious stuff.:lol:I'm watching a bunch of fat people eat chocolate on The Food Channel.

That meal looks delicious! Where do you get your jerk sauce? I'm looking for an adequate and natural jerk sauce (I'll never forget the Jamaican jerk chicken we got on our honeymoon)
Day 16
Weight: 169.5lbs (+1.5lbs)
Slammed Back today and it was glorious! I had such a huge pump going, it felt like I had two slabs of meat hanging off of me.
Pretty much everyone at the gym today was working back for some reason, so due to everyone using the equipment, some of the exercises were a slightly different variation from my normal ones, but basically the same movement.
Today's Exercises:
WG Lat Pulldown
Standing Lat Pulldown
Seated Row
RG Bent Over BB Row
20mins on Stairmill
It felt sooo great to be doing Bent-Over BB Rows again. That's another exercise I used to use a lot, but haven't done for about a year. I just love that stretch you get at the bottom, and the contraction you get at the top.
I'll be adding in a couple sets to each workout starting tomorrow. Probably another three or so. Just to add a tad bit more volume.
Just as I suspected, my weight has jumped back up to 169.5lbs. Excited about this as it looks like I've been leaning out at the same time.
weird. i did BB rows for the first time in probably a year too a few days ago. i remember doing sets of 8 or 10 with 135, and i was able to get 225 for a set of 6. feels awesome when you see your lifts jump so much.Day 16

btw, if you get a chance, can you send me some of that info on bb hack squats that inarius (?) sent you?

the highest i went on dosing was 8 in a day. 3 in the morning, then 5 pre w/o about 6 hours later. i only did it like 3 or 4 times, but they were hands down some of the most intense, fast paced, skin splitting pump, tear someones f**king face off type of sessions.
You should all be very proud of me tonight!
My buddy is getting married on Saturday, and a few of us guys went out tonight and I avoided ALL alcohol and cheat foods! I had a grilled chicken salad at the pub with some water, and went to another sports bar after that and I munched on almonds and my casein shake.
Off to bed. I should have been asleep an hour ago, but whatever; at least I avoided the empty calories.

Is this your first time using RPM? Reason I ask is because RPM just killls my appetite!! Especially the higher the dose gets!! Just sayin....
ahhh ic. thanks for the link dood. im going to have to try these soon. would you recommend using smaller plates to go lower, or do you use the regular plates still?Invalid Link Removed
That's the link to the post where I talk about it. It's just basically the form that was explained to me.

only reason i ask is because sometimes ill use 25's and load up the bar and get a greater range of motion on deads, to hit the quads and hams more.

Looking at your most recent photos I think we all agree with you IC ! Invalid Link Removed
More importantly, YOU should be proud of YOURSELFI am most impressed Irish, not a lot of people would be able to do that. Alcohol and cheat meals are nothing but setbacks. It is like being sick, we all hate it but when it comes to drinking that is a different story all together, it becomes a voluntary inflicted sickness. I'm saying that only because most people can't drink in moderation. What is the joy and glory of waking up the following day feeling like absolute crap ?!
I avoid alcohol and cheat meals pretty much all together simply because I work my a$$ out in the gym and DON'T WANT ANYTHING TO COMPROMISE THAT. It is hard enough as it is to get where I want to get (I don't have perfect genes :lolso I don't need any other hindrances on top. I don't see that as a sacrifice at all, I LOVE TRAINING, that brings me most joy in life

I wish more of my family understood this about me. They just don't get it. For example, if I go to my parents house and they are making waffles or something and I tell them I don't want any, it's almost as though they get offended.
I don't think it's as bad as it used to be, but I can still tell it bothers them. Same with my brother...He will ask me sometimes if I want to grab a pint with him and some friends at the pub and I decline, he acts as though I'm too focused on my diet and training and that it's not as important as "having fun" - WHAT THE HELL?! Why can't people grasp the concept that FUN is a subjective word, and that what is entertainment for one person, may not be for another?
It REALLY chaps my hide. I'm so fortunate to know people on this forum that completely understand where I'm coming from. It's just unfortunate that I don't have any close friends that feel the same way.
I thought about this a while ago and I realized that there is just no way that I could ever be involved with another woman that doesn't share my love for fitness. It's just too important, and I can't even imagine how awesome it would be to have a marriage where you can push each other physically.
Day 18
My hams recieved a good slaughtering today. Quads were hit a little too during HIIT.
Today's Exercises:
Prone Leg Curl
Kneeling Leg Curl
Good Mornings
Hip Abductor/Adductor
Standing Calf Raises (<---I was supposed to do these yesterday)
HIIT: 12 intervals @ 30/60 on spin bike
The whole workout took about 1.5hrs. My strength was up on all exercises. I'm really trying to push myself on the Good Mornings since my rep range is so wide. I really enjoy doing the heavier sets as I haven't ever done GMs below 10 reps before.
I lowered my pre-wo dosage of T-911 to 1tab because of the appetite issue, and it seems to be helping already. Still took a little longer than normal to eat my post-wo meal, but definitely not as long as it took me yesterday.
I've been off RPM now for a few days. Intensity is decent, but not as good as when I was using it. I'm just trying to "sober up" a little before jumping on the Reset AD. I'd like to be clean for at least a week before starting the log. Coffee intake has been lower as well; not because I'm trying to cut back, but mainly because around the time I normally drink it I'm now napping instead.
I've got quite a bit going on this week and next week. Not looking forward to all the extra work. Finals are coming up, which means exams, papers, and projects. December 5th is my last day of exams, and I'll have about a month off before starting the Spring semester. Only a couple more semesters left! :woohoo:
Have fun with those exams!!!! How are you bro havent seen you around so much lately, anyway i thought id drop by and say hi, have you recieved your palto labs goodies yet?

Did I see Jalapenos? You sir, have great taste in food.
Spicy, hot foods are amazing! I love all that stuff. I was eating a tuna wrap I made in class today and the chick next to me said, "*GASP* Are those jalapenos?! I can't eat those, they're too hot!" And I said, "I love the burn!!"I had my jalapenos indeed . . salsa .. hot sauce .. the whole she-bang-a-bang. . .

Whenever I go to Subway, by the end of the sandwich prep, I request and I quote, "pepperccinis and an irrational amount of jalepanos."
I think it is okay to have your shake and PB for meal four, as long as you aren't substituting shakes for solid food all day you should be good. If you would rather have beef though, totally go for it. It'll only benefit you more.![]()
