Hey you mind linking me up to the BB Hack Squats routine Resolve learnded you?

It's not really a routine, it's just the form that he explained to me.

You start with the bar behind you at your ankles and grip it regularly, palms facing behind you (I used wraps). You are sort of hovering over the bar at this point, and you almost perform a deadlift movement focusing on bringing the weight up using your quads.

Glad to see the hack squats love is getting spread around. They're the real deal - comparable to front squats for quad work.

Just bare in mind, that, if you're tall, you're gonna want to elevate your heels on some plates or a block so the bar doesn't hit your calves every rep.

I wasn't having a problem with it hitting my calves (I'm not tall), but it was rubbing against my hams the last few reps when I was getting tired. It didn't bother me much, though.
 
Irish, I tried yet to no avail. I explained in my log why they didn't work for me. :(

I just read, and I had a little of that same problem, but once you correct the form it feels much better. Just work with the bar only for a little while until you get it right. Don't give up!

It was just a webcam site. They had costume templates and you line your face up to the template costume.
 
You should check out Poison's coffee man. I just got my first order of Organic Nicaraguan beans....the scent is EFFING intense!! I haven't had a cup yet but my whole room smells amazing.

Can you order those beans online? As far as local shops that sell beans, I don't have much luck. Since I'm in the South, these people just don't understand what good coffee is.
 
My body felt like waking up a little early this morning, so I'm about 30mins ahead of schedule. I'll be hitting back today and I'm very excited as I have not done more than a single exercise for back in any of my workouts for the last year.

Quads/Glutes are in DOMStown today. While I was sleeping I had one of those twitchy moments that wakes you up. For about two seconds my entire body tightened up and it hurt because I was so sore. I was laughing because it reminded me of how hard I worked to get that sore, and it felt good!

I'll be performing deads today, so we will see how close to my goal of 550lbs I can get to. My lower back is a little sore, and my quads are totally beat, so I fear that may hinder me quite a bit. We will see.
 
Can you order those beans online? As far as local shops that sell beans, I don't have much luck. Since I'm in the South, these people just don't understand what good coffee is.

Day 9

Tore up Back today. My aggression and drive in the weight room is really high. The T-911 seems to really keep my focused and hit it harder than I normally do.

Today's Exercises:

Seated Wide-Grip Lat Pulldown
Standing Straight-Arm Lat Pulldown
Seated Row
Deadlifts
20mins on Stairmaster

Everything was exceptional other than the deads. My lower back was screaming from yesterday, so I only made it to 375lbs before I decided I should probably go easy. I really want to avoid any injuries. I fell well short of my goal, but I have to remember that I'm not doing this routine to reach any PRs. That's for the next routine. I'm sure I could have made it to 405lbs without any problems, but I just really didn't think it was wise.

I've been enjoying the wide rep-range I've been hitting. I haven't done sets like this in a long time. As most of you know, my last routine was either high rep days (12-15) or low-rep days (4-6), so to be hitting the whole spectrum in a single workout is nice.

Don't have any plans for the weekend. My new routine doesn't really allow me to go out late, which I planned on purpose. My only day off is Wednesday, and who goes out on Tuesday nights? It's perfect! I can focus completely on my training. :bruce3:
 
Tuesday's at the Irish Pub "Flood's" that I used to frequent is 10cent wing night with $1 domestic drafts and $2 foreigns ;)

haha it was terribly hard to stop going at first. I don't think much about it any more....well...until now :(

They have a sauce for their wings called McHale's (which is probably popular everywhere)...but it's friggen awesome. I mean I can make it myself and have it taste good...but they put something in their's that makes it outrageously tasty.

If the AC was in my town, I know what pub we'd hit ;)

Yah, and they are roasted to order as well. Truly fresh coffee, none of that 3-month old crap you get bagged up at a local coffee shop or starbucks (unless you have a roaster in your area, as I do). I've yet to order from him, but I will try to remember to buy from his site instead of my local roaster next time.

French press coffee is so great. Now every time I have a coffee-maker brew, it tastes... burnt or something, or I can taste the plastic of the foodservice brew cup...

Reps on the french press. Having some Kenyan out of mine right now. Yum!

As far as the hair thing goes, just get a pair of clippers, and give it a once over, about once a month. The whole cream and razor thing is quite high maintenence, and stubbly. I tried it, and didnt like it.
I do have to ask a girl to do my back for me though. Just saying....:woohoo:

That theory won't always work if you do it within a few days of wanting to have sex, haha. I have known many girls in the past (including my current girlfriend) that shy away really bad when you're "stubbly"
 
Day 10

Today started out a little odd. I got to the gym around 8:45am and they're supposed to open at 8am, but nobody was there. I waited around for about ten minutes, doing some incline, decline, and flat push ups in the parking lot. I got a little impatient so I called the sister-gym in Destin which has the same owner and management, and told them that nobody was there. The girl over there was real helpful and called someone and about two minutes later, they arrived at the gym so I could start my workout. I guess the dude that was supposed to open slept in or something. Maybe he thought you were supposed to spring forward rather than fall back? I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. Hopefully I didn't get him into trouble.

Anyways. once they opened up the gym I already had a pretty good pump going from the push-ups. My exercises were:

(Push-ups in the parking lot)
Pec Deck/Flies
Incline DB Press
HS Decline Press
Dips
Standing Calf Raises
20mins Stairmill

My strength was up considerably in this workout. I went up 10lbs in on my Incline DB Press, and 20lbs on the HS Decline Press.

I upped the intensity on the stairmill today and got my HR up to 180 for ~10 of the 20mins.

I increased my carbohydrates in my Pre-WO shake this morning by adding 30g more of WMS, and 15g more of Oats. I'll be closely monitoring my waistline since that would be where I put on any fat. I figure since I'm using the P-Slin, I may as well put it to the test.

My pump was solid this morning and I got a snap of it after my workout. I'm completely relaxed in the photo. I definitely noticed an increase in the pump from this chest workout compared to last weeks, due probably to the increase in WMS/Oats.
 
Damn man gotta good pump goin! Your delts look bigger too man! And vein in your bicep is more pronounced!
 
I need some help from you guys if you can offer it. I'm putting together a transdermal of Trione/Formestane/7-hydroxy DHEA - I'll be using 8oz of fluid to make the mixture. That equates to 240ml/bottle @ 1ml/pump. I'd like to apply this morning and night, so two doses daily.

If you guys can help me figure out a good amount of each to drop in the bottle, I'd really appreciate it. I don't want to go overboard on the AIs, so moderate dosages of those would be good.

4ml 2x daily would equate to 30 days of usage. So I would assume 3-4ml per dosage is a good rule of thumb.
