Night 7

Took the Somnidren sublingually last night and I was OUT! Really nothing more to say. I slept great. It was wonderful. I just took another sublingual dose for tonight about 15mins ago, along with ZMK, PW, Super Cuts 3, and VitC.
 
Night 8

Once again, incredible sleep from sublingual Somnidren dosing. Was a little groggy when I woke up, but I don't believe that's due to the stack. I only had about 7hrs of sleep because I was prematurely woken by my nephew. Had great energy throughout the day, and crushed my training session this afternoon.

As for tonight, I took Somnidren and ZMK about 20mins ago...going to hit the sack in a few. :)

Night 9

Wow...okay...Last night was crazy...

I had my Somnidren/ZMK with me when I was out last night, and took it at about 1am, just before I drove home from my lady-friends beach-house. I got home, got ready for bed, and I was just about to lay down on the couch to fall asleep when my sister (visiting us this week) ran out of her room in a panic, holding my 18-month old nephew...

He had been vomitting uncontrollably, and at this time was completely limp, hardly moving at all...for a while, he literally looked dead. We called 911 and the ambulance was here in about 5mins or so. My sister, nephew, mom, dad, and uncle went to the hospital, and my aunt and I stayed at the house.

Fortunately my nephew is okay now, but they don't totally know what happened. They think he had a seizure. It's hard to know when a kid can't talk yet.

Needless to say, I didn't get much sleep at all last night.

Today is an off night, as is tomorrow...at least for the Somnidren. I'm going to take ZMK only tonight. Still loving this stuff! :thumbsup:

Ya, my parents live in a gated community, and for me, just the drive from the front entrance to their house takes 3 minutes. Not too great for dying old people...or little kids for that matter.
 
Night 10

Just took the ZMK last night; probably about 30mins out from bed...I was extremely tired last night, so I crashed hard when I hit the pillow...I was out in a minute, tops. I got in a good 9hrs or so...I was woken a little early by my nephew (which was welcomed considering the other night), but fell right back asleep for another two hours or so.

I had an insanely intense workout today...Did circuits of a few different things...

3 sets, 20 second rest max between exercises

DB Shoulder Press
Overhead Squats
Standing BB Press
Jumping DB Squats
Split lunge DB Jumps
Plate pushes

Next circuit...

DB Shoulder Press
DB Lateral Raises
Front plate raises
DB Front raises
Push ups
Plate pushes

I had a workout partner, so that made it much more enjoyble...Plus she's uber-cute, and that made it even better. :D - On the weighted exercises, she was doing about the same weight as me and she weighs no more than 125...It was humbling. :lol:
 
Night 11

This night I only took ZMK. As I mentioned, I'm doing Somnidren 5 on and 2 off. I really LOVE this stuff! ZMK kept me asleep all night long, and I woke up totally refreshed. I remember having a dream about being in class doing something, but I don't know much beyond that.

I slept a good 9hrs or so, and it was wonderful.

Worked Back/Traps and sped through my workout with great energy and stamina. :)

Night 12

Took Somidren and ZMK, both orally, about 45mins out from bed. Crashed on the pillow and was out in probably 30 seconds. I had to get up early, so I only had about 6hrs of sleep, but the 6hrs I had was great.

Before being on this stuff, I'd wake up at least once during the night to go to the bathroom, but recently I've been sleeping the whole night through with no issues. I am a tad groggy in the morning, but that's honestly quite normal for me, so I don't think it's related to the supplements.

Workout tonight was supersets of...

BB Hacks and
BB Squats

Standing BB Press and
DB Lateral Raises

Reverse Flies

Sped through that workout too. This is really a killer combo. I have great energy throughout the day even on less sleep. Hopefully tonight I can get a good 10hrs+ and really catch up on some sleep. Woooooo! I'll be taking Somnidren sublingually tonight...

Deuce, can I break open the ZMK capsules and take those sublingually as well?
 
Night 13

Took ZMK and Somnidren about 30mins before bed. I took Somnidren sublingually and noticed rapid heartbeat for a couple minutes due to the GABA. That stuff is FUNKY! Slept great...ended up waking up to go to the bathroom, but I REALLY had to go. :p

No workout today, just school stuff.

If you guys haven't noticed...

Log's lookin good!! I couldn't resist and snagged the special. Now, when I get to use it is anybody's guess, my schedule is so nuts now, I'm lucky if I get 4 or 5 hours of sleep per day, wanna make sure I can get some before starting it. That is a killer deal!!

Night 14

Took ZMK and Somnidren about 45mins before bed. Mixed my Somnidren with Purple Wrath and downed it. For some reason I became very sleepy very quick. I hit the sack and was out for the night. Woke up to my alarm 7hrs later, and jumped right out of bed! Wasn't groggy at all. Beautiful! :)

Had a weird dream I was at a gym, but it was like a space-gym. All these crazy lights and sounds...Babywifey and Resolve were both working the counter, and I kept trying to talk to Resolve but he just kept walking away. :wtf:

Night 15

Again, I took ZMK and Somnidren about 45mins before bed. I was out like a light when I hit the pillow. Didn't wake up until my alarm went off at 8:30am. I don't think I moved the entire night. No dreams.

I feel bad not giving huge updates, but I don't know what else to say other than this stuff is amazing! I've been sleeping better than ever before, and am crushing my workouts every day. Energy has been through the roof. You can't underestimate the power of a good nights rest, and every night is good on this stack!

Everything else looks great man! How you liken the nights just with ZMK? I really wanna try it.

My nephew is doing okay now, thankfully.

Night with just ZMK are great. It's much better than plain ZMA. When you just take ZMK, you obviously won't get the sedative effects that you do with Somnidren, but you sleep great. Very restful. After this log is over, I'll probably purchase some more ZMK and use it in conjunction with I-GH-1, which I haven't tried yet. I'll include that stuff in my other log when I start using it.

I think I will get this and try it after reading your log. My sleep pattern has turned to &^*(. I need something to help meh. I am perma wired lol.

Ya, it works great. Just make sure you haven't eaten for a couple hours before taking the ZMK and Somnidren. For sedative effects, I'd recommend the sublingual dosing of Somnidren, although you can try both and see what works best for you.

To the MST guys, I don't know if I've mentioned this before, but I think it would be wise to cut the scooper in half so it makes dosing sublingually much easier. I'm sure when I estimate a half scoop, I'm either taking too much or too little. A 3g scooper would be perfect!

Like stop eating a couple of hours before sleeping!:scared: I will have to up my dose of it insted lol. I am starving before I go to bed.

You'd really lose out on lots of the effects of it, regardless of a higher dose. I don't eat for ~3hrs before bed. I just take in my Somnidren/ZMK and some BCAAs...helps in leaning out, actually. Quite a good protocol. HGH doesn't operate too well with carbohydrates in the system, and as you probably know, HGH is highest in the middle of the night.

I had to work myself out of that eating before bed rut as well.

Oh buddy its just that I burn so many calories working that I actually feel incredibly bad hunger pains. Time is a factor as well to get in my daily requirements. I'll figure something out...thanks for the advice man.

Somnidren will work much better sublingually, but again, you'll lose some of the effects...ZMK just won't work, period, on a full stomach.
 
Yeah, I was thinking of dosing it myself when I get the time with LG's BC-EAA, that or taking it a touch before the MST stack. I'm not a big or strong guy, it's just I get a stomach that yells at me every few hours if I don't eat. That way, I could avoid the calcium and carbs. Any thoughts on that man? Thanks.

I'd recommend just taking the MST Stack with the BC+EAA. You should be able to avoid hunger pains when your body has that stuff to work with. Just have a nice, full, lean, big last meal. :) - My last meal is usually a couple cans of tuna, half a cucumber, handful of walnuts, 6g fish oil, and a scoop of Dymatize Elite 12hr. I still feel full when I take my supps 2.5hrs later.
 
To let everyone know, I'll be adding some ALCAR to my nightly supplements. I know it's in Somnidren, but I don't know in what amount.

Is that your own observation with the ZMK?I have used ZMA in the past and defintly noticed the difference when I took it with my last meal. My last meal is usually a liquid protein blend and small amount of either oats/br or sp.I have looked for some research on the absobtion rate of ZMK with food but I cannot find any as of yet. Help a brotha out with a link or reference point?It has to stop snowing so I can work and buy some more supps for myself and do some testing on myself. On a side note I took a combination of meletonin and valerian root last night which knocked me out for the full night..did not even get up to pee.:laugh:I feel much better today. Thanks in advance, Irish.

The effects of zmk on your body are at the fullest potential when your stomach is "empty". Optimal to take it 2+ hours after your last food intake. The natural minerals from zmk will be absorbed best by your body when it isn't still trying to absorb all of the minerals and vitamins from the food you had last.

I am the reference ;)

Yea pretty obvious that it would be optimal,the same could be said for a lot of supplements. It would still have an effect regardless though, no? It wouldn't render it inert would it? I don't have the time to dose optimally so I just want to be sure it would still have an effect. ZMA worked really well for me, I am very interested to try ZMK. I am a guinea pig of supplements this year. I have a lot things I plan on trying out.:laugh: Thanks for the response CT.
 
Taking 370072892 other supplements right before taking ZMK still wouldn't render it useless, no. Nor would eating a boatload of food and washing it down with a shake. The point is that if you're going to spend the money on a quality supplement (zmk vs. regular zma)...then you'd probably want it to work optimally for your body, wouldn't you?

I'm not trying to argue with you either way...I think you should dose however your time will allow...but it is definitely far superior when used on an empty stomach.

So after a very long post...a short answer...yes, it will still work. Just not as well.
 
Night 16

This night was great. Again, I was out like a light as soon as I hit the pillow. I dosed Somnidren and ZMK about 45mins before bed with some extra ALCAR, a a scoop of Purple Wrath. I had a rush from the Beta Alanine in the PW, and started to get a decent sweat going before I hit the sack. It was one of those sweats that doesn't make you at all uncomfortable...just warm.

No dreams this night.

Night 17

I was Somnidren-free last night, as I will be tonight, but it didn't at all effect my sleep. ZMK really did the trick, and even offered a good sedative effect. I watched an episode of South Park and I could hardly keep my eyes open. Went to bed and I was out...I had some crazy dream again, but can't quite remember what it was about. I remember getting up to go to the bathroom and saying to myself how weird it was, but I have totally forgotten now.

No no, I'm not arguing at all lol. I was honestly seeking your advice as I am not as familar with the compound as you are.:laugh:I always want to know how things work, like a small child does haha.I'm obsessive that way.I know there is a better way to do pretty much everything in life..I just have restraints that I have to work within. Its a struggle for me to just stop work for 5 min and down a shake, let alone stop eating before bed when my calories are still deficient.Money isn't really an object..even a small benefit is a good one to me. I appreciate your advice and will try to tailor my plan to find a happy medium.Thanks again,

haha I couldnt agree with that more. Right now i'm at a loss of both though. I am laid off at the moment looking for work...so there's no money....with between searching for work and helping my girl who is pregnant with our twins, haha, it hasn't exactly given me any time either.
 
Night 18

This was another ZMK-only night, and it was great as all the others were. No dreams to speak of. I was knocked out as soon as I hit the pillow. I woke up a little groggy as I have been recently. Anytime I wake up to my alarm it's hard for me to get out of bed. I feel so much better just waking up naturally, but I'd sleep a good 10+hrs each night if I did that.

Had just about the best workout of my life this following morning.

Night 19

Okay, this night sucked pretty bad, but it wasn't Somnidren or ZMK's fault. I have been taking Havoc to try and zap some gyno I got from ATD-rebound recently, and Epi/Havoc gives me horrible insomnia. I honestly don't think I slept a wink last night. It was so horrible. I took the Somnidren and ZMK about 30mins before bed, but I just wasn't getting sleepy. My body was dead-tired, but my brain wouldn't shut off.

Tonight I'll be taking some more drastic measures. I'm going to try knocking myself out with some diphenhydramine as well as sublingually dosing the Somnidren and taking ZMK.

A side note, I'm giving my bro a night's serving of both Somnidren GH and ZMK tonight. He'll be dosing sublingually. I'll get his thoughts on it tomorrow and put them up here.
 
I wish I could get some real GHB that would be sweet. Half a cap of that and you are out like a light. Gives you the deepest sleep and strips fat right off.
 
Night 20

Last night was a little skewed as I had to dose 100mg of diphenhydramine to make sure I had some good sleep. As I mentioned yesterday, I had absolutely zero sleep the night before, and I wanted to make sure that didn't happen again. I woke up extremely groggy this morning, but I was just happy to have slept.

I had a dream that NP sent me the wrong product and I freaked out...ya, it was a nightmare.:rippedhand:

Night 21

I had to take some diphenhydramine again last night which I was bummed about. The Epi is just killing my sleep ability...

However, I'm noticing that even though I drug myself up, the quality of sleep still seems to be restorative with the help of Somni/ZMK. Usually when I drug myself, I wake up not feeling quite recuperated, but I've been feeling pretty good the last couple of mornings. I wake up a bit groggy, but I seem to snap out of it decently quick, and get up and moving within a reasonable time.

My power and force in the gym has been excellent, and my endurance and speed are really up there; probably better than it's ever been. I've been cranking out supersets every workout, finishing 40 sets in under an hour. That's pretty crazy for me. I usually go in and take my time, but I've really been blasting through my sets...I just can't get enough! :biglaugh:

I know what you mean, it seems like I just started to lift and next thing I know I'm done. Sometimes I got to double check to make sure I did everything I had planned on doing. But 40 sets under an hour is impressive Cannon!
 
Night 22

It took me a little while to fall asleep this night, but after about forty-five minutes or so, I was out for good. Woke up to my alarm at 8:30am, stayed in bed for another fifteen minutes, and then got up.

Once I got up and ate breakfast, I realized I was still VERY tired, so I went back to bed and slept for a couple hours. I had some CRAZY dreams, but I don't quite remember them...The Somnidren must have still been doing something in me...I woke up with a dead left-arm. I passed out in a weird position...I got up, ate, and fell right back asleep.

...an hour later I woke up, tossed some supps and hit the gym. I crushed 40 sets in under an hour...How's that for groggy? :D

Night 23

It took me quite a while to fall asleep last night...Probably a good two hours. Once I was out, I was asleep, but I did get woken up by my roommates alarm quite early. NOT what I needed. He always forgets to turn it off when he goes out of town...So, I went in his room and yanked the alarms cord. That was probably around 6am. I fell right back asleep and woke up at about 8:30am.

I feel like my recovery has been much better on the Somni/ZMK stack. My power and force in the gym is great. Muscle groups that are normally sore for days are now recovering much more quickly, and I think my restorative sleep has a lot to do with it.

This exact feeling was amazing to me when I first started using the stack a while back. Eventually the feeling of heaviness and passing out immediately fades a bit...but the muscle restoration is always 100% there. I'm glad to see that you're feeling the same thing!! great job so far brother!

Dreams of losing teeth are often dreams of embarrassment or potentially embarrassing situations. The parallel waking experience could be summed up in the phrase "losing face" publicly. Other possible teeth-loss dreams may come from physical sensations such as grinding your teeth or having particularly sensitive teeth.

hmmm... that's interesting. Well, I had braces when I was 7, and have worn my retainer every night since they were taken off when I was 9. I think I may just be afraid that something bad will happen to them after all this time. :lol:

I have more dreams that I want you to interpret! :D
