maybe the answer to that depends on your goals. if you lose weight from a supp over 30 days, but continue to eat and train the same way, then maintaining that fat loss after discontinuing isnt realistic ( normally, although there are semiglutide testimonies where sometimes significant weight is kept off). i think there is reason to believe results will be seen in 30 days, more results than any supplemental alternative, and that there is a unique characteristic here where continued use can reap continued results to a perhaps insane extent. 30lbs in 90 days would be that insane extent. personally, im inclined to regular use; im basically in a weird position where if i decrease my calories, there's a loss of muscle fullness that supports my joints and allows me to keep lifting heavy. thus lifting less heavy would lead to unwanted muscle loss. and i mean, we are talking alot less calories to trim a waist, so what's exciting here is a chance to keep bulk and lose the waist naturally
