INCINDERINE FAQ. The modern fat burner. GLP-1 agonist.

Incinderine production will start today. Next week looks like a pretty solid launch time frame.

Hope for Monday!!
It wont be monday. We dont have enough time between now and then to run thousands of units, Mix, cap, bottle, label, seal. Just isnt enough time. But by the end of the week I think 100%

Hope I have some money left ??

Oleanolic acid is another really interesting and underutilized compound. Similar in structure to Ursolic acid and Tomatadine. It also shares the really poor oral bioavailability. with an absolute oral bioavailability of .7%. And it has a low affinity for the type or chemical bond required for cyclodextrins. I think some believe that cyclodextrins just work for everything. This is not true and also not all types of cyclodextrins work for all compounds. This is part of why we dont disclose which cyclo we use in any of our products. They vary widely.

At any rate Oleanolic acid has its effects as a GLP-1 agonist.
TGR5 agonist which leads to increased thermogenesis and increased brown fat.
Is amazing for reducing visceral fat.
Etc
etc
But its also a PPARy and PPARa agonist and strongly increases PPAR and GLUT4.
Here is an interesting study. In mice but still demonstrates some of Oleanolic acids MOAs.
You will notice in the images that OA (oleanolic acid) majorly increases GLUT4 which drives glucose into cells and
Increased PPARy both in the presence of high glucose/blood sugar.

Potential Protective Effects of Neonatal Supplementation with Oleanolic Acid on Peroxisome Proliferator-Activated Receptor Gamma (PPARγ)-Ligand Dependent Regulation of Glucose Homeostasis in High Fructose-Fed Rats

He was referring to post #178 made by Brundel that gives an update on the release saying he didn’t want to give a hard date. If you look in the top right corner of the post you’ll see a number. That’s the post number. This post number is #201.
Lmao tren must be rotting my brain. Time to hop off

This is a great article regarding BAT (Brown Adipose Tissue) It discusses its benefits for fat loss as well as Mechanism of action and toward the end it mentions the 3 best ways in which to increase BAT activation. All 3 are in Incinderine.

Brown Adipose Tissue: Activation and Metabolism in Humans

QUOTE FROM ARTICLE--This is where the stearoyl vanillylamide comes in
Capsaicin and capsinoids
Capsaicin is the pungent compound present in chilli peppers, while capsinoids are capsaicin-like compounds present in non-pungent chilli peppers. Both capsaicin and capsinoids have been documented to increase catecholamine secretion via the activation of the SNS, consequently increasing whole-body energy expenditure in humans. Several reports have stated that the oral administration of capsaicin and capsinoids in humans can enhance whole-body energy expenditure in subjects with detectable BAT. In the study by Yoneshiro et al. [Invalid Link Removed], subjects with undetectable BAT, based on [18F]FDG standardised uptake value (SUVs), did not show increased whole-body energy expenditure after the oral ingestion of capsinoids. This finding was confirmed by Sun et al. [Invalid Link Removed]; however, the acute activation of BAT after capsinoid ingestion was not observed. Capsaicin has been documented to activate transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily V member 1 (TRPV1), thereby increasing sympathetic nerve activity. The increase in SNS activity increases the whole-body energy expenditure and fat oxidation, comparable to the response in cold conditions. Repeated cold stimulation in humans, or cold acclimation, has been reported to increase BAT activity and cold-induced thermogenesis (CIT) [Invalid Link Removed-Invalid Link Removed]. Similarly, Yoneshiro et al. [Invalid Link Removed] showed that repeated daily ingestion of capsinoids for 6 weeks increased CIT. However, a direct effect of the repeated ingestion of capsinoids on BAT activity based on PET imaging was not shown. Although CIT has been speculated to represent BAT activity, more recent reports have found that CIT is in fact due to the contribution of both BAT and deep muscles [Invalid Link Removed]; thus, it can be reasonably speculated that repeated BAT activation may have the capacity to improve overall metabolic health in terms of energy expenditure and the reduction of stored fat due to the release on brown adipokines (BATokines), in a similar fashion to how the repeated stimulation of muscles (e.g., strength training) releases myokines

This is where the EGCG in Incinderine comes in. Or course its also part of BioX and assists with bioavailability.
Catechin and caffeine
Catechin is a bioactive compound found in tea, and the health-promoting effects associated with the consumption of tea are attributed to catechin [Invalid Link Removed]. Human studies have revealed that catechin consumption demonstrates several health benefits, including increased whole-body energy expenditure, fat oxidation [Invalid Link Removed], elevated non-shivering thermogenesis potential [Invalid Link Removed] and reduction in body fat [Invalid Link Removed]. A few human studies have also evaluated the effect of long-term catechin ingestion in relation to BAT metabolism. Yoneshiro et al. [Invalid Link Removed] found that humans with detectable BAT, using [18F]FDG, demonstrated an increase in whole-body energy expenditure shortly after the ingestion of catechin-containing beverages. This effect was not found in individuals who did not demonstrate detectable BAT on PET imaging. They also found that the chronic consumption of catechins beverages increased cold-induced thermogenic capacity. However, that study did not evaluate the chronic effects of catechin on BAT metabolism. Nirengi et al. [Invalid Link Removed] found using nearinfrared spectroscopy that the density of BAT increased after the daily ingestion of catechin-rich beverages after 12 weeks; they additionally found using MR spectroscopy that extramyocellular lipid levels decreased after this intervention.

To date the strongest 6 paradol extract is 12.5%. And a new one just released is only 2.5%. Incinderine uses PYRO-6 which is the first and only 99% 6 paradol extract available anywhere.
Grains of paradise
Grains of paradise (Aframomum melegueta [Rosco] K. Schum.) are a type of chilli pepper found commonly in Western African countries. This plant is also known as Guinea pepper or alligator pepper. It is used as a spice and also as a remedy for stomachache, diarrhoea, and snake bite [Invalid Link Removed]. Like capsaicin, this plant is also known to activate TRPV1 channels in humans [Invalid Link Removed], thereby stimulating SNS activity [Invalid Link Removed]. Sugita et al. [Invalid Link Removed] demonstrated in humans that the oral ingestion of grains of paradise leads to an increase in whole-body energy expenditure in individuals with detectable BAT, based on [18F]FDG PET imaging.

LOL i first read this as GAINS of paradise

I am going to need some quality toilet time to read all this!

What other fat burning ingredients would be good to stack with this? I already have 3 bottles of mitoburn and loads of alpha yohimbine. Would they be useful?

Mitoburn can also lower blood sugar so until you know how Incinderine impacts you I would hold off on that.

Ill wait for Brundel to comment on the AY part as I’m not totally sure if there is any issue with other herbs in the product.

Honestly I would just try the Incinderine first. You probably dont need anything else. More isnt always better. Yohimbine tends to be one of the most side effect heavy supplements there are. If you dont need to take I wouldnt. And Incinderine will get the job done without it.
I would suggest for everyone. Try the Incinderine without any additional fat burners first.

Semi related, couple bottles of Vector incoming, now just needing the Incinderine 🫣

Even Exotherm?

Even Exotherm?
I think I would try them separately but exotherm has stearoyl vanillylamide and then aromatase inhibitors.
Incinderine also has the SV. So you would be getting oral and topical SV and the aromatase inhibition from Exotherm. I think they would work well together. But....IM not sure you need it. The combo would definitely make sure you were dry though....I mean all that fat shredding potential and the AI activity....

Gonna be some really impressive summer recomps going on.

So stoked. I gained 10lbs in 12 days while in Hawaii gotta lose it asap. Can't wait for the drop

Man, This looks promising !!

So the name of the product has turned out to be very fitting in a literal sense.
The mixed powder is spicy as F. I mixed the first batch and we had to evacuate that part of the lab because the airborn paradol was so burly. Had to bring in a vent hood to vent out the particulates during mixing. Stuff is very hot. I tasted it and the raw powder is easily as hot as a jalapeno.

Good to know I'll be able to break open a cap then and dust a taco with it if needed
Intro sale coming tomorrow or FriYAY?

I Love anything spicy !! 🌶 (Except When I Have Thrush)

At that dosage, is it going to be similar to that nasty anxiety cold effect you get from yohimbine type products? Or super elevated heart rate or even potentially really burning the stomach like capsican?

I wondered the stomach thing tbh. I guess we will see

@brundel
Just a few questions before I purchase :)

1. would you recommend taking this before bed ? Or would the high insulin negate the GH when sleeping.
2. Or is this better off as a GDA with foods?

Either would be nice but what’s ur take on it

I think it’s safe to say yes on the stomach thing to those so inclined. This product does raise an interesting question, though, and it’s a question that no other fat burner has warranted: has it gone too far? If i lost 30 lbs or 15% bodyweight over 3 months on just the myr, OA, and berb, wouldnt that be more than enough? How fat do you have to be to use this as a staple?

Any chance Han Swolo will be back in time for this sale?
Unfortunately no. We are working with a new process for manufacturing the co crystals and its taking some time to dial it in. Probably 2 weeks. Its funny...nobody ever mentioned Han swolo until it was sold out :)
Now I get emails all day asking when its coming back. Good to see people finally realizing how good it is.
Stuff is absolutely fire.

Its not anything like yohimbine. Yohimbine makes you cold because its constricting blood vessels. This would do the opposite. And it has no CNS effects or effects on anxiety one way or the other. I took a cap yesterday and had no issues with my stomach or anything. It is possible some might need to take with food. We will see.

I take ipamorelin /CJC every night before bed. When testing I didnt notice any difference in the effects from the ipam. The stuff I have is pharm grade. I only do 100mcg before bed and my hands get so swollen I can barely close em. Carpel tunnel syndrome all night. Doesnt seem to change that.
I think we are going to need to tinker with this a bit. I dont want to say yes do this or no dont do this because I dont have enough data. I think we will tinker. Try with food, try without, Try 1 cap x 4. Try 2 x 2. Different timings etc.
Either way it will work well. But with regards to blunting GH output at night I dont think so. Maybe because its more of a steady state increase and the body becomes adjusted. I dont know or dont know of any data to determine. So...we will find out.

Your insulin should be at least somewhat elevated most of the day. This is how GLP-1 agonists work. But ours is also a GIP agonist and has DPP4 inhibitors so itll be elevated even longer.

I honestly dont know. I did question if perhaps it was too powerful and I sat with that for months.
But someone can always take 1 or 2 caps. Its a 4 cap dose.
And its versatile. For example lets say you are NOT cutting. Insulin is one of the best bulking drugs known to man. If you utilize it to consume more and more calories you should, theoretically be able to use this as an anabolic. Maybe the most potent we have.

Again we are going to have to see. But this is my guess.
Used for Growth this might be the most powerful anabolic we have.

And yah some people might need to take with some food. But I have never seen any reason to think paradol harms the stomach. IN fact ginger is commonly used as a stomach remedy. Its not at hot as capsaicin. Maybe 60%
