I'm on Phosphatidic acid Ya'll

What about taking cost out of the equation?

I think it's still tops for me, but I haven't run ArA or HMB-FA to be able to speak credibly. I've said it before, but I didn't think supplements could have this kind of acute effect before PA.

Actually PA would still be one of the best one even the cost was not the question.
I am huge fan of quality ecdysteroids (high dose).but its not cost effective at all
ArA is pretty effective and it works very well. HMB FA is nice too.

So from next month, my stack will be:
-PA (From Phospha myscle,micro-PA and SL. Totaly above 4g daily).
-ArA (xgels 1.75g daily)
-HMB FA (4.5g daily)
-EpiPlex (epicatechin 1.2g daily)

And i am working on getting quality ecdysteroids so I can throw in :)

All of those product have been ran one by one so I know exactly how I respond to them. Even ran the stack too

Nice stack!

I can't run ArA (past medical history), but my stack for this/next month is/will be:
-Staples (creatine, beta alanine, betaine)
-PA (likely 3-4g daily) (from lecithin, maybe also King V2 if I meet up with Chris before I leave for Canada)
-HMB-FA (3g daily)
-Peak ATP (375mg daily) (I remember it was also used in the HMB-FA study, and I've been wanting to try it for a long time now. Picked it up on sale.)

I've also never tried epicatechin, but I think I'll wait till I'm back in the States to give it a try.

Sounds good buddy.
PEAK ATP is great stuff actually. Would add it myself :D

Just got my Fearn granules in. Took a spoonfull for a taste test. They remind me of that "Dippin Dots" icecream in terms of size and texture. They seem to melt in your mouth and have very little taste. In my opinion these should be easy to consume on a daily basis.

Yup. They are very tolerable.

Been dosing 4 tbsp since May 10 (~10 days) and I notice my muscles are fuller and strength is increasing. I like em!

I was quite skeptical at first, but I seem to be getting some of the same effects. I am sticking with 2 tbsp. for my first can, ordering more next week and will likely kick it up to 4 :D

They seem to keep me regular as well, LOL.

I know some may think I'm jumping the gun at 4 tbsp instead of 2 tbsp, but eh....the tubs are dirt cheap and it's good for my health and fits my macros. No point in screwing around with the weak stuff, haha..

I mean, the way PA is working and more IS Actually better, there is no need to start lower then increasing. Its no sides at all.
The only issue could be stomach issues from granules. But you will find that out pretty fast :)
Other phospholipids would not make any issues either. Would just be beneficial

Random question, but does anyone recall asking or having heard what % of soy phoshatides VitaCost brand SL are?

Whoa! 1g of epi? How did that go?

I ran it at 600mg and didn't see any difference from 400mg

Right now I'm running our new epi (follidrone 2) and its f+cking amazing with two enhancers for better bioavailability. Epi dose is higher as well. Without the added enhancers I didn't feel any difference.

Agreed. I'm just assessing my experience with it before moving up :) I will most likely start using at least 4 tbsp per day. Interested to see what happens :)

Not sure if I recall seeing that. The labels have some differences in the listed amounts of other things, but hard to tell :(

To be honest, it was little bit better endurance and thats it :)
But epicatechin has many health benefits and i like that :)

No, I want to say 97% but the label came off my tub and I biffed it out :/ ...so cant confirm that.

Hate the taste of the VC product, wish I hadnt bought the big tub.

I have an email into them, haven't heard back just yet and I know there should be a min universal standard for any SL...but just curious :)

Ok lol. I figured it had to be a little more endurance at most. The health benefits while on this is fantastic.

You are lucky when saying no side effects, I don't know what is wrong with me but I felt lethargic only with 1g of lecithin granules. I don't kniw if it is not due to linoleic acid it has since I feel lethargic with ALA. What is wrong with my genetic?

Everything ia possible but its not common issue:)
Then I suggest PA caps such as Mediator

I have a tbsp of honey every morn as part of my prewo ritual. For some reason my stomach does not like when I have raw manuka honey eaten within ten or so minutes of the soy granules. No probs if I have raw clover honey, though.

Heÿ guys I just finished up a sponsored phosphamuscle log over on another website. I noticed an increase in endurance and muscle fullness. I want to move onto a higher dose of fearns but right now I do an IF diet where I eat noon - 800pm every day. I workout at 530am so I don't want to take the fearn pwo and break my fast with all the calories. Would it be totally useless if I just dosed with my dessert protein shake the night before? Anyone else try something like this?

Are you continuing with Phospha Muscle as well?

Either way, I doubt anyone will claim dosing the granules hours prewo (as you are considering) would be a total waste of time. Some of the more 'acute' effects may not exhibit themselves, but the primary benefit (mTOR/pro syn) should still potentially be apparent given due course.

No not continuing with phosphamuscle. It was a great product but $60/month for only a 750mg dose is totally ludacris. I just started a new run of ABE so I'll probably give the fearns a shot in a few weeks. I'll report back on effects dosing the night before.

Yeah do.

As to the Phospha Muscle, did it help with pumps that you noticed? And how long after commmencing your run with it did you notice muscle fullness?

Yes it did help with pumps. There were quite a few workouts in my 8 week run where I was like "holy **** I feel like Godzilla" right now. I really noticed the muscle fullness about 3 weeks in. I'm a little fat right now so it wasn't too noticeable. The strongest effect for me was endurance. For example I always finish my upper days with chins/pull-ups. Prior to the PA I'd be happy banging 3x5 after being exhausted from the iron. During the PM run I was getting 3x8-9.

The study split the dosages, either Pre/Post Workout (400mg/350mg), or Breakfast/Dinner on Non-Training Days. I went from all at once on training days, to 3/1 (Tbs) on workout days, with 2/2 on off days. Just experimenting around.

First day using Optima lecithin granules after finishing my last tub of Fearn. Took 3 tbsp mixed with my pre-workout. Nothing to complain about taste-wise, and I decided to max out on bench today. Hit 300 (old PR tie) and 310 (PR) no problem, needed the spotter to touch the bar at the upper part of the rep on 315 (160.6 lb bodyweight yesterday morning), which is awesome since I haven't even been training for a max or heavy for weeks (hadn't gone over 275 in a while, was focusing on higher rep range). Also did a few sets of tripples with 90lb on a belt for chin ups and 135 for dips.

I also wish it was cheaper. Ditto for Clear Muscle. MT has some nice products but they aren't cheap.

I took 2 grams of PA today pre-workout as I feel I broke through a barrier with the taste issue I've been having with the granules. I'd been taking 3tbsp because that's as much as I could comfortable tolerate in a sitting. Just experimenting with doses.

I attribute my very positive first impression of PA to having taken larger doses the first week. I think I can tell the difference between 4tbsp and 2tbsp, but I'll need months to get a proper feel.

Congrats on your PRs. I had assumed that all granules were created roughly equal, but after reading people who have sampled various brands describe the surprising degree of differences in texture/flavor, I'm not so sure.

Nice #'s!!

Any chance you could snap a quick pic of the Optima granules? Curious to see how they look compared to Fearn.

I started taking Fearn granules ~2 weeks ago. Didn't notice much dosing 2tbsp immediately pre-wo for the first week. This week I've begun putting 2tbsp in my pre-wo shake/meal (~2-3 hours before I hit the gym) and then 1tbsp immediately pre-wo. Muscle fullness is definitely up and so is the scale. Calories are basically the same, but I'm up 2-3 lbs. No perceivable strength increases yet.
