Just wanted to point out the only 2 that have more posts than I do in the 4+ yr club are Poopster Yukon and "Matter is neither created or destroyed - unless eaten by Jawhawwk".
 
Wow, its awesome to see this thread. Most of what I have learned has come from alot of ppl in this thread. I have even meet some of the guys here at the Arnold. Been on and off over the last couple of years (Life happens while you make plans). This is by far the best forum I have ever been to in regards to both the knowledge and the Admin/mods. Not trying to sound corny but really you guys are the greatest.

When I read this thread and saw the responses it put me in a great mood. I love looking at everones pics and seeing how everone has progressed. I would love to see bohica and beo get in here. Anyone remeber Bo's avvy the girl doing squats...Anyway Merry Christmas everyone.
 
You know....I just went through this thread and realized that although I haven't kept in contact as much as I would like, there are some long standing "internet" relationships that I've made and it's kind of cool. Knowing people for this many years is a true blessing and I'm glad to be part of the community. Merry Christmas to all of you bitches :D

Havent seen Strategos in here in a long time. Roguedrone rings a bell, big Pete hes on Intensemuscle as well, SYR I remember this screennames. this is a memory course. size maybe i remember, twinpeaks maybe
