Well, bad news, if what he is in trouble for is the grey area stuff then you may never get it. One of our other board supports sells things of that nature or you could try some ATD.DamianL said:I'm sure he is, and I'm sure my problem is tiny compared to his, but I was just starting to beat this gyno and my supplies ran out last night. I'm scared about a rebound.
I just remembered that. I have it now. ThanksMatthew D said:Can't PM you, you are not a donating member..

How long have you been waiting?DamianL said:Is there any way to get a hold of him to check order status? If it doesn't come today I'm going to have to call my credit card company and cancel.
No contamination issues, legal issues.sirlordford said:Why is Juggernaut completely gone? I was told there were contamination issues but I don't believe that is whole story or even partly true. Does anyone have any more info without stepping on Matt's toes?
You were told:shootmeagain said:I sincerely mean this is a concerned way, not a negative one. I fully support Matt and the effort to help him out financially due to his legal burden; and yes, that means I'll be contributing monies myself too. However, to say that it's not going to be made known how much is need and/or how much is collected is not good in my view. Are we just supposed to continually collect funds with no goal in mind? I think if you're asking people to donate (in any capacity for any reason) you have to tell them at least a vague idea of how the funds are being used and what the need is.
Perhaps a percentage or a meter (like the United Way 'thermometer' deal we sometimes see) would be a good idea, without revealing specific dollar amounts, etc. I don't know the solution, frankly, and don't mean to complicate anything or sound negative about the whole thing, but I think its a valid point.
Yes, we were told that. That he needs financial assistance, and that he needs a lot of it, is a given. That doesn't speak to the point I was raising. Ultimately, there may be no good way to 'track progress' or for those in charge to 'report' to us and, if so, so be it; but I think it ought to be considered that will be a limiting factor in long-term (and high dollar) fund raising efforts.houseman said:You were told:
Any donation would be helpful as his attorney's fee's are VERY VERY High! (price of a new escalade just to take the case but you didn't hear it form me!)
I agree with SMA 100%. Its hard to help someone if you dont know how much is given and how much is needed. A bunch. Ok, where do we stand? We dont need a dollar amout but a percentage would be helpful. Us continuing to throw out money without knowing its impact is on the border of retarded.shootmeagain said:I sincerely mean this is a concerned way, not a negative one. I was just agreeing with your percentage notion.shootmeagain said:Hmm... well, I didn't put it in those terms.
I really like this idea of writing a letter to the involved authority, I dont see how it could hurt anything at least. Man this really sucks for Matt, he truly is a good guy and then the gov't has to get stupid about something so meniscule. He is in my prayers.CrimsonOsiris said:i donated $25 to the cause. Ive ordered from matt at least a few times, and i have always been pleased. i cant afford to give more straight out of pocket (the $25 actually came from part of my college loans), but there is some stuff i need to order for this coming track season, and would prefer to purchase it from the custom nutrition warehouse.
but i have been thinking, besides donating money, perhaps there is more that we as a community can do? he is apparently dealing with the government, so it would seem that some sort of public response from our community might be able to have an effect. maybe not an extreme one such as getting all charges dropped, but perhaps at least reduced charges, or in the very unfortunate case, reduced sentencing...
there are 16, 000 members here at am.com, if even only a quarter of them were to do something such as write a letter to the proper authority, that would be 4,000 people voicing their opinion and support of matt...
just some more ideas
Ghosting said:I think the letter writing is a good idea. I think the pressure of the letters will show Matt has support. I also think the DEA will fail. They are trying to build a case against him selling "research chems", regardless of what people do with them when they get them. Plenty of sights sells "research chems" and are still operating. Granted, I dont know what this is about, but if it is about Ralox, the DEA is going to have one heck of a time proving anyone was injesting it anymore than other "research chems". As for the DEA confiscating Matts computers and going after the people that ordered whatever they are looking for, they have zero proof that they ever received anything and would have to obtain a search warrant at that. Then build a case, seems highly unlikely.
Edit :This is JMO.
I'm pretty sure that is who he hired for legal representation.CROWLER said:I hope Matt at least contacted Collins about all this as I would think this would be the guy to go to.
