BTW I got some new lifting straps for deads and some all-star chuck taylors for legs today. They both worked great!
I just ordered some from Eastbay... Waitin for em right now! My knee is almost 100% healed, Ive been doin some rehab work so looks like Ill be back on next week.

Hey man I have to ask.. How's your sleep?
I was wondering about sleep, because I have HEARD that SD can have people a little restless at night. I know it really depends on your lifestyle, but I for example am trying to figure out dosing, since I wake up around 9, work 10-6 and hit the gym at 7. Little late, I know but its the best I can do with my schedule.
Like I said, Idk if it is the SD or not, but I do take my SD in the morning.
Idk what to would be best for ur predicament southerncharm, but I would play it safe and take it first thing in the morning.
so if im heading to work at 10 and im there til 6... and my workout is at 7, I would take it between 4 and 6 for optimal results?
