I just ordered some from Eastbay... Waitin for em right now! My knee is almost 100% healed, Ive been doin some rehab work so looks like Ill be back on next week.

The shoes are great! I've been meaning to get them for months and they are completely worth it.
I am at 189 right now. : (
Sleep has been terrible. I'm sure to get my 8 hours, but the timing of when I do is terrible. Idk if its just because its summer time and I took time off from school, if its the girlfriend, or the middle of the night phone calls for work, but ill have to sleep in till like 10-12. Not my preference.
 
I was wondering about sleep, because I have HEARD that SD can have people a little restless at night. I know it really depends on your lifestyle, but I for example am trying to figure out dosing, since I wake up around 9, work 10-6 and hit the gym at 7. Little late, I know but its the best I can do with my schedule.

Like I said, Idk if it is the SD or not, but I do take my SD in the morning.
Idk what to would be best for ur predicament southerncharm, but I would play it safe and take it first thing in the morning.

SD has a low half life, around 6-10 hours therefore make sure you plan your intake every 6-8

or take approx 1 hour before training thats always a nice little treat to maximize your blood serum levels pre training :) this is very popular protocol with Dbol :sgrin:
 
so if im heading to work at 10 and im there til 6... and my workout is at 7, I would take it between 4 and 6 for optimal results?
 
i follow the rule of thumb of trying not to take any ph's past 5 p.m. and 5:30 at the latest because of sleep issues, i once took epi at like 7:30 and needless to say i was up all that night

well uve got 2 seperate protocols

Protocol One

Non training days
split dose into 3.... Take 1st upon waking 2nd mid day, 3rd before bed
take entire dose hour before train

Training days

take entire dose hour before training, in ur case 6pm

Protocol Two

split dose into 3.... Take 1st upon waking 2nd mid day, 3rd before bed
