No, i've never done 400 on the flat except for on a smith machine. I don't really want to use a bench shirt due to still being a bodybuilder and not really being obsessed with numbers just my physique. I know i'll hit 400 soon enough!

Deadlifts 135x10 225x10 315x10 405x6 (Felt weak on this excercise due not doing them for a while. That is going to change cause i felt like such a ***** on this lift!!!!)
Dumbbell Rows 100x5 120x5 140x5 160x5
Hammer Strength Wide Grip Pulldowns 180x10 230x10 280x8 330x5 rest pause x3 rest pause x2
Dumbbell Pullovers superset Standing Undergrip Cable Rows (Set 1) 80x10 & 145x10
(Set 2) 100x10 & 175x10 (Set 3) 120x8 & 205x8
Notes:
- pissed about the deadlifts!!! Need to stop avoiding them....
- felt nice to row the heavy dumbbells today
- amazing pump from the superset, felt wide as hell today!
- will be posting my final review in the next few days and starting my testopro and perform log on monday! Pretty amped to see what kind of results i get.
