I Think He's Going To Explode!!! Punthra's Two Month Bulk On The Swole Stack......

It's a cross between a lung and a deadlift done with a barbell. Kai Greene does them so i figured i'd give them a try.
 
like a one legged deadlift? I gotta youtube this now... I can't even picture what a lunge and a deadlift would look like mixed.

I liked it alot...You just have to be careful! If you really concentrate on squeezing at the top it really thrashs the hams! I'm keeping it in the program as i think they will definitely improve my legs overall.
 
we adusted ours so one foot was in front of the other one then did 10 reps for each leg.
 
Man that stack really does it too you. The combo of the three is great. So much free test running around your system you might as well be on AAS. Just so you know it doesn't slow down in a months time not sure how the second month goes you will have to pass that knowledge down Bro. Kick ass workout and I was the same way not noticing how much I did until I wrote it all down for the log and then I was like DAMN.

Well this is one that you are gonna wanna have a balanced body with. Short legs long torso not so good, or normal legs and short arms, not the way to rack the weight!!!

Yeah I could see this thrashing one legs hamstring/groin per set and the other legs quad. It is a mix of s Sumo Dead and a Barbell Hack Squat, ingenius! I bet this exercise supplies an assload of lateral power for the hips too. Be AWESOME for anyone ice skating like hockey players, or trying to impove power in a dead lift.

So you made it more of a single leg barbell hack or a hanging lunge?

Either way this lift will provide some functional strength for sure. It already sets you up to improve your balance while lifting it. I am going to have to incorporate this lift at some time in the future.

Standing Cable Flyes (FST-7) 90x10 / 80x10 / 70x10 / 60x10 / 50x10 / 40x10 / 30x10

Barbell Military 135x10 / 155x10 / 175x8

Dumbbell Laterals (FST-7) 45x8 / 40x8 / 35x8 / 30x9 / 25x10 / 20x10 / 15x10

Notes:
- another great workout even though i didn't feel to strong on the barbell military presses so i kept the reps high
- shoulders and chest looked amazing after the workout
- definitely feel like i'm making improvements in my physique right now, weight is going up roughly about a pound a week as i weigh 242 right now. Which is up from 239, i also look like i've dropped a bit of bodyfat as well
 
I think i might have to pull Somewhatgifted out of retirement to train again with me, so we can liven this log up a bit with some vids and pics. Plus i need a good steady training partner right now as i'm going at it alone unless i join someone for a workout. I think Somewhatgifted would give me the kick in the ass that i need!

Notes:
- felt powerful through my entire workout
- lats are still swole even as i'm typing this, which is an hour later
- quite impressed with chinning strength considering my weight is still climbing
- BTH pulldowns had my upper back absolutely popping out!

I remember Canadian zip codes being pretty screwy when I worked shipping at a company. I could see Canada giving P his own, there is definitely enough space up there. ;)

Sorry i haven't been on here to much but my wife has been incredibly sick in the last few days. i'll be training today but i'll be doing arms today and legs tomorrow.

I actually aquired a bottle of the hemo rage, and it turned out I liked the stuff.

Hey GPLC helps with fat and what not but it also is supposed to bring out the androgenic effects of compounds you are using if having all that free test from the SWOLE stack is making it hard for you to control your temper; taking a GPLC or PLCAR is going to increase all of the androgenic effects of it. That includes libido, strength, oilyness of skin, and then the negative TEMPER so be completely aware of your temper once adding GPLC / PLCAR to it. Be sensitive to the feeling of the hype coming and squelch it before the before you act on it and it escelates.
 
thanks kleen, my weight hasn't been coming on due to stress with my wife's illness. The doctors don't have any answers which makes it really tough right now. I'm going to try to keep eating but the stress is definitely dulling my appetite. Strength is going up but my weight is dropping.

Ah, I of course have no need for anything like that. LOL Eating is not a problem for me however if I were in Big P's shoes I can not say I would not be the same way.

Head Up Punthra! She is in my prayers. You just do you as best as you can, take care of the wife that is the priority. Since no appetite, maybe you can try more shakes, less food intake but still getting cals, and much easier to swallow when not hungry.
