- great workout!! Got my ass handed to me on most exercises by my old training partner Les.....
- aggression has definitely been up! Booted out some dudes headlight after he nearly ran me over because he had ran a red light. Normally i'm a very mellow guy but he came so close to hitting me that i lost it.....Oh well!

Dude must have been horrified saying I hope this guy does not kill me.
 
So i've got a touch of fustrating news to put up....I won't be in the gym until tomorrow as my stomach is still not back to normal. Apparently i've caught some sort of stomach bug that's going around. I can eat food and hold it down but i'm spray painting like no other. I'll train legs after i train my client tomorrow! AAARRRGGG!!!

sorry got to rant: i am pissed at colts for laying down and f'ing up chance at perfect season. so i hope jets win today and beat the colts- that would show those horses-asses.

Flat Dumbbell Presses 100x10 / 120x8 / 140x6 w/ dropset 70x12

Reverse Grip Bench Presses 135x10 / 185x10 / 235x10 / 135x15

Upright Rows 135x10 / 155x8 / 175x6 / 115x12 (these are done wide grip and only pulling to my nipple level to activate my medial delts)

Smith Machine Military Presses 135x10 / 185x10 / 235x6 w/ dropset 135x8 (strength just absolutely fell off)

Notes:
- had an absolutely amazing workout
- pump was absolutely amazing!!! Definition is definitely starting to come out while on this stack
- weighed 242 on the scale this morning which means all the eating is paying off
- can't wait to add Maniac into the mix with the swole stack to really get the muscles pumping
- overall sense of well being is absolutely amazing, i'm very energetic and i just feel really good
- to answer Dream's question, i'm definitely recovering alot quicker as i should be limping around today from yesterday's workout but i feel not to shabby (only minor aches and pains....)
- can't wait to blast back with FST-7 tomorrow....Look out weights, Here I Come!

Was impressive but what was awful was the no call on the play that ended the game. Insead of a game winning touchdown it should have been 1st and 10 for the Packers.

I am not sure that the call could have been made seeing that it was a fumble. Anyway there were a couple of should have been no-calls on horse collar tackles that were made against the Cardinals. That GB QB just holds onto the ball too long, he's very talented but makes a lot of dumb plays.

That is also true. He seems better in 3rd down than he does on 1st and 2nd. The Packers were right about wanting to get him in there and I love Farve but this kid needed to get out there.

Those numbers will grow! My workouts have seem to have become alot more intense since i began this bulk and i have a goal in mind finally!

Has anyone tried GPLC or tried it in one of their NO products? I'm really interested in this as it seems to help enhance NO production.

Have not tried it but I have heard good things about it.
 
Awesome weights Big P! You know I have not tried GPLC myself but it is carnitine in a more efficent bio-active form. If you have taken ALCAR, just imagine it a bit more potent and that would probably be similiar effects. Great for leaning up and and getting energy available yada-yada, I am taking the NP ALCAR now but have not tried the GPLC or PLCAR as it is called in the bulk section at NP.
 
I'll be in to train legs later on today, but there will be a slight variation on the squats as i'll be doing some rubberband work with my powerlifting buddy. The rest of the workout will stay the same. I'm also dealing with a sore shoulder right now due to sleeping on my arm the wrong way, i can still train but it's definitely achey.

I swear that is at least 60-70% of the discomfort I get in my shoulder is from sleeping on my side or something that put all my weight on the joint at an agle that is slow straining something throughout the night. So frustrating. Keep your head up. Can't wait to hear about the banded squat workout.

Banded Back Squats 135x5 / 225x5 / 275x5 / 325x5 ( Could go heavier but i didn't feel like dropping the reps, definitely beat the crap out of the middle of my quads near the top)

Jefferson Lifts 135x10 / 185x10 / 235x10 ( These destroyed my glute ham tie ins, which is something i neglect)

One Leg Extensions 90x10 / 105x10 / 120x10 w/ dropset 60x10 (Sick unreal pump!!!!)

Seated Calf Raises Sup/ Standing Calf Raises 135x10 & 295x10 / 180x10 & 295x10 / 225x10 & 255x10

Notes:
- this was an absolutely sick workout....training with Dallas always seems to push me to the extreme! The guy front squats 405x5, just sick strength!
- legs are absolutely trashed
- felt damn strong on my squats even though i had leg pressed so heavy
- i think band training will continue every second week as i find they hit the quads in a spot that i don't normally feel as much with plain old squats
- arms should be another great one tomorrow! Especially with the competitive guys I'll be training with tomorrow

Thanks guys....That's the way i was feeling after this workout! Didn't really clue into how good it went until i typed them out and looked at my old logs. My numbers may end up beating my numbers while taking Microdrol.....WOW!!!

Man that stack really does it too you. The combo of the three is great. So much free test running around your system you might as well be on AAS. Just so you know it doesn't slow down in a months time not sure how the second month goes you will have to pass that knowledge down Bro. Kick ass workout and I was the same way not noticing how much I did until I wrote it all down for the log and then I was like DAMN.
