Perfect timing, I just ran out of my pre workout volumizer drink. Am I intense? Check out my current Glycobol log!

If you haven't gotten a chance to check out my Glycobol log, basically my training is structured around myofibrillar/sarcoplasmic style hypertrophy / cns overload hypertrophy based workouts, everything is in full detail, so I can assure you ill ensure if I get chosen ill be able to log everything in full detail DAILY.
